Great location, room, and kitchenette amenity. The only downside was never really being able to access the pool because the pool/patio area is WAY too small for the amount of guests trying to access it.

Place was clean, and we liked the suite, however the air conditioning wasn’t great.. no staff over the weekend to help, and the pool opened late.. Breakfast was ok, but I have had a better quality.. Wouldn’t stay again.

The room was quite spacious with a big desk to work at. Staff very responsive. Great breakfast. Nice little pool for a cool off after a hot day. Fabulous location: quiet, safe, green residential neighborhood two blocks from the metro. Close to fabulous restaurants and a super cool mall. A great hotel at a great price. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m next in Santiago. Very nice and spacious lobby.

O hotel é bom e bem localizado. Tem boa infraestrutura e é bastante novo. Contudo, no quarto, tinham alguns pontos ruins. Tipo a questão da cama ser meio declinada na cabeceira. Também tinha uma chaleira elétrica, mas não tinha tomada para ligar, ou, pelo menos, o cabo não chegava. Além disso, a equipe é pouco simpática e acolhedora.

The reception and service were outstanding. The location is is in a comfortable neighbourhood and the setting for breakfast is a good place to start the day. One thing about our room, though, was rather odd: the electrical sockets were inconveniently placed, requiring one to get down on the floor to plug in or inconveniently locsted for udimg the coffee maker.

O Hotel é muito agradável e limpo e a estadia foi muito boa. Gostaria, no entanto, de fazer algumas observações: O banheiro deixa a desejar quanto ao quesito segurança: o chuveiro está sobre a banheira, que fica escorregadia quando usada, minha filha e eu escorregamos e nos machucamos. Além disso, existe uma porta de vidro na saída da banheira para evitar que a água molhe o banheiro, talvez fosse interessante substituir por um material menos perigoso… O piso do banheiro é de porcelanato polido, que também fica muito liso quando molhado, pessoas com mais idade e menos reflexos podem se machucar seriamente.
O café da manhã foi muito bom no início, mas foi piorando com o passar dos dias, talvez pela quantidade de hóspedes, já que pude perceber que o café é servido para hospedes de 3 hotéis diferentes. A limpeza foi feita todos os dias, exceto no dia 31 de Dez, nossa última noite no hotel. O hotel é bom, bem localizado, bom café da manhã, boas instalações e funcionários atenciosos, porém, como eu tinha duas reservas precisei trocar de quarto no meio da estadia e acabei esquecendo algumas peças de roupa no armário do primeiro quarto, no final do dia lembrei e acionei a recepção para que pudesse verificar se algo foi encontrado na limpeza e informado a administração, no entanto, nada foi informado a administração, retornei ao quarto e as roupas não estavam mais lá. Time Select is a wonderful place to stay in Santiago. It’s a sleek, contemporary designed hotel on a quiet, tree-lined street, close to restaurants, shops and galleries.
The hotel has everything you could want in apartment-style rooms which include kitchenette with frig, freezer, microwave, cooktop, dishes and cutlery. There is a nice sitting area and full bath with both shower and tub. Our room was in impeccable condition and beautiful.
The hotel has a nice rooftop pool and there is a gym in the lower level. Breakfast at a nearby restaurant was included and was a wonderful spread of hot and cold offerings—very good.

It was a work trip. I changed rooms because sounds of vibration were coming from the wall, but I came to find out that this sound was in the next room as well. I was told the sound is normal, I suspect it to be water pumps. I just wished they didn't turn on in the middle of the night. I had a bit of trouble convincing the staff that I get an upgrade because of my Expedia status and the VIP+. All was worked out. I recommend the front side of the building for better wifi access. It was within easy walking distance to everything including the mall. Breakfast is served in a separate building and requires a 1 minute walk in the morning.

Nice hôtel in las condas
We stayed at the Time sélect 8 days beginning of January 2007, the hôtel is well located in Las Condas in a very safe surrending and with easy accès to the métro, restaurants and shopping center. The breakfast is served at the near by hôtel owned by the same group (within 3-4 minutes walk) and it is excellent with good choices of hot and cold food, fresh fruits are excellent. The rooms are great and the staff is very helpful. The only drawback is the WI FI which is on and off which is a problem If you need it for business, it is the only négative point with hôtel.
Overall I highly recommend the hôtel and hopefully they will soon be able to solve their WI FI problem.

Hotel Reception Staff Very Unfriendly
The reception staff never acknowledged me when I walked into the hotel and I stay here for half a month. Given the cost of the hotel, the reception staff should be more courteous to ALL guests. I noticed they were to a couple. Racial background should never be taken into account when addressing any guests. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was extremely clean and new. Just like any 5* hotel. Very safe neighborhood. Just in a quiet area that needs a taxi to get to the fun places. About 5-10 mins by taxi. But it's a great family hotel. If you are here to have fun though, I would recommend a district called Lastaria. The only inconvenience is that they don't have 24 hr room service and no dining options. The breakfast is in another hotel one block away. General service is very slow - and they speak broken English.

The building looks new and it includes a lot of wood in the stairs and aisles. The room is very well equiped, however the internet inside my room didn't work at all, I had to stay close to my door to get some super low signal. You can hear everything from the room next and above yours: tv, water filling the tub, snoring, people walking down the aisle, and the pillows are not good at all. You don't have any kind of room service since the restaurant is 1 block away shared with another hotel; we arrive late after an 8 hours flight and the only option they gave us was McDonald's which was 5 blocks away.

Very nice boutique hotel in a great and quiet area. The breakfast is at a neighboring hotel owned by the same group so you have to leave the hotel and walk a couple of blocks for breakfast. But the breakfast is worth it. Over all good but because of the lack of restaurant I didn't make it excellent.

The location is excellent, quiet safe neighbourhood, two blocks away from the main street of the city. With no traffic you are 5 to 10 minutes in Taxi/Uber from most places of interest. If you don't know your way around, this is an excellent location, more importantly, very safe area of the city.

This was a great hotel tucked away in the business part of Santiago. Location is great with Constanera Shopping center nearby. Plenty of banks and food/restaurants around. Hotel Staff was awesome. Very helpful as I had language barrier with locals. They were very helpful giving directions and information about local places. Best of all free covered parking is available to guests and free WiFi Internet. Surprisingly hotel was not crowded at all considering such great features. Price was also very affordable. Room was spacious and perfect with great TV and which also included breakfast. Cant ask any better than this.

Wonderful room, with only a few quirks
This hotel and the room I had was absolutely astounding. There are unfortunately some cons, both minor and serious. The hotel is not in or near the more touristy areas, but in a very quiet area of town. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest metro stop, so that does help. If you prefer to have a relaxed environment away from the more touristy areas, then this won't matter much. One of the bigger problems was the early knocks on the door and occasional ignoring of do not disturb sign. The guy who brought breakfast came into the room after one knock and even as I ran to the door half-dressed, he walked past me to do my thing. That is unacceptable. The made service also knocked on the door despite the sign once. All before 9am. Despite that, the room itself was wonderful. Full menu of TV channels in ENglish, Spanish and others, reliable wifi and a very good free breakfast served in the room. TO be fair, as I'm no shrinking violet, I did let the housecleaner know about honouring the do not disturb sign and it didn't happen again, so I would most likely stay here again when next in Santiago.

I arrived at midnight and was checked to a room that was already occupied by two young ladies, who were sleeping at the time I opened the door. They were really frightened. When I returned to the lobby the staff at the reception desk did not find the incident too serious and laughed.
The next day I changed some dollars into local currency at the front desk; the second day they told me they were not allowed to change dollars. When I told them that I had changed dollars into local currency the day before the lady at the counter responded that she was not responsible for what other staff members did.
I check out and left my luggage with the front desk early in the morning of my last day at the hotel. When I came back in the afternoon to pick up the luggage the guy at the front desk told me that he could not leave the front desk unattended and that I had to wait 30 minutes until the change of shift.

Glad I booked Time Select. Arrives close to midnight due to flight time, and very impressed with Guillerme? at front desk - very engaging, excellent English and very welcoming. Also Nestor? - extremely helpful and very accommodating when needing local assistance with transport, sites etc
Property is of great quality, and very quiet and upmarket location, within easy reach of the subway, malls and key city locations.
Rooms of great quality although few (very) minor irritations with the design of the room. Not enough accessible power sockets in usable locations, design of bathroom - toilet specifically - far too close to the wall and very tight leg space!
Housekeeping were a little frustrating, although cleanliness was excellent, they disposed of bags and paper which were not in the rubbish bin, and certainly were not looking like rubbish either! They also didn't replenish tissue which we felt was strange!
Continual Breakfast idea in the room is great, and gives great flexibility - would be quite nice to have some sweat pastries rather than the same read rolls every day, but otherwise no complaints.
