Our 11-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express, Las Condes, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we experienced outstanding service from the entire staff, with special recognition to Juan and Javiera at reception. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to accommodate every request—always with a smile—set a new standard for hospitality. Having traveled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels, I can confidently say this was the best service we have ever received.

The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, cafés, and shopping malls, making it a convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers. The premises are impeccably maintained, with cleanliness evident throughout the property. Our room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and the bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring restful nights.

The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a wide selection to suit all tastes. The restaurant staff was truly outstanding, consistently replenishing food items, maintaining spotless tables, and ensuring coffee and refreshments were always available. Fabulous place to stay on all aspect. Friendly staff, helpful, walking distance to restaurant and shopping.
The breakfast could use fresher hard boiled eggs. Coffee was so bitter close to 10:00 from sitting for so long. But we loved everything else on the property and staff were wonderful.

Overall this was a good stay. The bathrooms especially could use an upgrade. Paint was peeling and the door didn’t shut correctly. Beds were ok. You could definitely hear traffic outside but not surprising given the location. We were also on the third floor so better to ask for something higher up. I put white noise on my phone and that was enough at night. The staff was always helpful and nice, and the breakfast was decent enough. Location is good, buses are close and metro about a 10 minute walk. It’s one of the cheaper hotel chains in the area, so if you don’t necessarily need something more polished, this is a good option.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, es una muy buena area para quedarse, hay muchos restaurantes y un centro comercial a 10 minutos andando, toda la comuna(Las Condes) es bonita para caminar, tambien esta el parque bicentenario cerca, el hotel es comodo, el personal muy amable, la unica sugerencia es dar mas opciones en el desayuno, esta muy bien para 2 o3 dias pero en estancias mas largas aburre un poco desayunar lo mismo cada dia

The staff at this hotel were particularly helpful and friendly. They always had a smile and a friendly greeting for us and plenty of helpful suggestions on things to do and places to visit. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and had lots of choice. There was a good sized gym. Our room had a spectacular mountain view, which I would really recommend. The hotel was in walking distance of many good restaurants, the big Costanera Mall and the subway. The rooms were spacious and clean. A special mention to Barbara, Maria Jose, Nicole and Belen who truly made us feel at home during our visit.

The staff especially Nicolás From front desk was really really helpful. We landed at Santiago airport around 9pm and we came out around 10:30pm Our pick up transfer didn’t show up and we ended up getting transport with a couple of shady guys who wanted the money half way into the drive.
Nicolás was at front desk when we arrived and he helped us sort the disagreement with the transfer

The hotel was overall good; however, the lack of a mini-bar/fridge in the room was a bit of inconvenience. Also, the hotel does not have a restaurant and provides only breakfast (though, a small but good one). There is also a small vending area for snacks and beverages (not sure if it has someone covering it on 24x7), but better walk right outside the hotel to buy this stuff, as my own experience is that the hotel prices are on the very high side.

Traveling abroad can be a hassle especially in countries that have fewer English speaking persons like Chile. I have stayed at this hotel several times and they consistently have been helpful and great place to stay. They don't have a restaurant but there are many choices around.

I needed to stay at this hotel for only a few hours, and it was within walking distance of my location and next to a lot of places in the city. My boyfriend´s father had a hotel reserved for us, and we had no problem getting a room. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was easy to get in and out of the room and hotel. I also liked that there was a worker who opened the door for me when I arrived with my luggage.

We could not have had a better experience. The hotel was convenient to a great shopping mall, two great restaurants, and to transportation. In addition, our room had a great view of the mountains surrounding Santiago. And the service from the hotel staff was terrific. In addition the breakfast was terrific. I am so glad that we stay there and we will stay there again the next time we are in Santiago.

Great location, just off one of the main avenues. No nonsense service, but precise, courteous and responsive. The rooms are standard for HOliday Inn, but relatively new and always clean.
