One of the worst 5-star hotels I have stayed in. When we checked in, the room was dirty: there was food on the floor and counter, the bathroom countertop was not clean, and there was so much dust in the drawers that I did not want to empty my suitcase. There was no housekeeping on a Sunday evening at 7, so the front desk had to clean, as there were no other rooms available. Also guest services did not meet a 5-star standard. They were contacted 4 days before we asked for an outing and responded with a few question via WhatsApp. I immedialte replied and then never heard back. I went to the front desk and they were not available, so I had to arrange a tour myself. When we asked for a late check out, they said no they were full, which I understand I had looked to rebook our room only to find out we paid for a terrace suite and were given a deluxe room. They said it was a glitch in Expedia's system. I am still waiting to see if I will get a refund. The bed was nice and rooftop pool and bar area was very nice. But I will not stay here again.

Motorized curtains difficult to operate if working. Smart tvs with Roku.. had to call in 3 separate occasions for support.
No air extraction in bathrooms.
Deficient room and bathroom cleaning.. not terrible but lacking..
Generally it is not 5 star quality or value for money.

I have stayed here before, and it was a pleasant hotel experience. Now it is not. There is a significant lack of maintenance; the rooms are in disrepair. My window curtain didn't work properly, so I couldn't close it completely. The night lamp on the bedside table didn't work. The USB port to charge the phone (that was on a digital radio on the night table) didn't work. The handle of the bathroom sink came apart when turned on. The AC broke 2 times; the last night was so hot, and it wouldn't cool the room. The key to the room kept failing, so I had to come down several times so it could be reactivated. The gym was also in disrepair, didn't provide any towels or cups to drink from the water dispenser. The staff was nice but mostly inefficient. I would not stay here again until I know there has been a major refurbishment. The area is great, with many restaurants, stores and a beautiful mall close by, very walkable, but there are other hotels in the area which I will choose for next time. It is really a shame that a nice hotel like this is in such a bad state.

Great hotel in Santiago! The rooftop bar has incredible views of the city and Andes, and the location in Vitacura is perfect with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. We just wish our room had been on a higher floor with a view—it would have made the stay even better. Overall, highly recommend!

I enjoyed the SPA the staff was incredibly friendly, but the tile for the floor is very slippery. The breakfast was also spectacular. The only downside was the limited option to check out later in the day and I was told by my UN Colleagues that the ID was sufficient to obtain the UN rate and that was not true according to the front desk. This is definately a place I will return.

O ar condicionado do meu quarto não conseguia gelar o quarto todo, o hotel forneceu um ventilador. Centro do quarto estava mais quente do que o lado de fora.
As tomadas são bem antigas e em mal estado.
O piso do quarto estava danificado com uma infiltração.
Meu banheiro estava cheio de formiga.

Hotel bien situado con personal muy cortés. La habitación de mi hijo el aire acondicionado tenía problemas y no obstante ser reportado al personal, no fue resuelto. El último día se le ofreció ser cambiado de habitación pero no teníamos tiempo y se optó por no usar la climatización y en cambio abrir las ventanas. Nada agradable por los ruidos de la calle.

Not a Five Star Hotel.

This hotel is ok. Jr suite room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. But don’t be fooled this is not a 5 star hotel as advertised. It’s not even a 4 star hotel. This is a solid 3.5 star hotel.

Great property with great staff. Rooms a really nice and both had great views. There’s a really nice shopping center one block away with cool brands for fashion and homewares. The hotel staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Santiago.

We booked the Terrace Suite King Room for 2 nights. Great and quiet room with a beautiful view from the balcony which also had a nice size spa for us to relax in the evening. Staff in Reception were great and there were plenty of options in the breakfast buffet. We both loved the area where the hotel is located with lots and lots of great restaurants and good shopping nearby.

We arrived in Santiago and rented a car. A dog at the car rental bit my hand . We went to this hotel and it was perfect, helped ease the pain! Big room, luxurious, great bed, and quiet area. Wish it was more than one night!

We have stayed n this hotel m the past when it was recently build. There has been a noticeable lack of maintenance I the rooms, bathrooms and hallways. This is not a 5 star hotel. We took several photos of all the things that are falling apart in the room. Also, the bathroom is badly planned, an accident waiting to happen. It’s impossible to get in the tub and getting out is dangerous. We communicated these things to the reception. They were supposed to respond to us on Monday, but they never did. We would like them to cancel our upcoming reservation so we can be in a newer, safer hotel.

Not worth the price paid

The hotel aims to be high end, prices are very high but the quality of products, the range of services is not in line with the prices. A few examples:
- breakfast had a good variety but most of items were not the best quality. Didn’t have pancakes or waffles or any sweet hot products. Avocado needed to be paid separately, same for fresh orange juice… on a USD 230/night?
- gim was pretty basic, didn’t even have a mat or kettle bell, and it was locked at 9:30 on a Sunday morning, I needed to wait more almost 10 minutes for them to open the door (was supposedly 24/7)
- no restaurant available, just rooftop bar with basic options
- on the room, they charged for bottled water and Dolce gusto Nescafé… that was my first! Usually you get a Nespresso machine and a few free capsules.
It is a nice location, surrounded by excellent restaurants, but the service you get is too basic for the price you pay.

Hotels says you will receive all these extras but you don’t get them! Like the discount on food was never received! Very disappointing!

This is 101 from hospitality book...
My $500 a night room included buffet breakfast at the salon. We didn't want to go to the salon. So I asked the front desk to bring my breakfast to the room. She said I had to order a full new breakfast from room service.
I don't care much about paying a $20 breakfast from room service, but the service experience was disappointed.
You pay $500 a night for the room and they cannot bring you the breakfast that was already payed. Really bad experience.

Awful hotel poor experience AVOID

The lady at reception really needs to learn to smile and make guests feel welcomed.
House keeping awful, always forget to top up water bottles and amenities that you expect from a 1* hotel let alone a 5* hotel.
Air conditioning was not fixed even after calling about 6 times and was promised an engineer.
My door did not lock, so I had to leave my room knowing all my valuables are inside however the door can be unlocked without a key.
Overall I can speak forever about this rubbish experience. I would never recommend anyone staying here, much better options for the price. I would not stay here again even if the room was free.

I like the hotel, but in this opportunity I had a problem with heater was not work; I reported somebody came to the room check and said everything is ok. But was not true I couldn't sleep. another person for maintenance came I said the system is broken unfortunately that was at 1:30 in the morning and nobody can do anything

The hotel is really great! comfy beds, nice rooms, beautiful restaurants, great staff. The only thing that I would share is that the Osaka restaurant is in the lobby of the hotel, and at least on Friday night's, they blast really loud music until mid-night, making it impossible to sleep. If you are going with your family, make sure that you do not get a room above the restaurant.

I found the room to be very spacious, the bed to be super comfortable, great pillow selection, wonderful shower head. The location was perfect; near the “Parque bicentenario” and the casa costanera mall in the quite neighborhood of Vitacura. I would definitely stay again if I return to Santiago

We arrived and were put in a room where there was a loud high pitched noise. They acted like this shouldn't be an issue even though you could hear it from all parts of the room. Then they told us that the hotel was full (it wasn't) and it took over 1.5 hours to get us put into another room. I would not recommend this hotel

It was very disappointing my stay. does not look like 5 star. The moment I made my check in, they informed that there will be no water in the hotel over the night. Nothing in the toilet, shower... I woke up the day after, and the water was not back. I had a meeting in the morning, I had no opportunity to had shower or brush the teeth. the hotel just said there was nothing to be done.
