The staff greeted us with a warm welcome and good recommendations for nearby restaurants. They also booked us an excellent driver for a day trip to Valparaiso the following day.
The room was a suite and it overlooked the nearby mountains. I would highly recommend the hotel, especially considering the value we received for the money.

Al llegar el primer inconveniente fue que me cobraron la estadía con tarjeta, habiendo sido pactado en efectivo al llegar. Luego no tenían habitación (pero la cobraron igual), por lo que me mandaron a una habitación al Marriott. A la mañana quise ducharme y no funcionaba la mezcladora de agua caliente, salía fría, por lo que tuve que mudarme nuevamente a una habitación enorme, pero que claramente no estaba preparada aún para hospedarse. Les pedí que me contraten un taxi para las 16:15 hs, que al llegar el momento no estaba contradado y tuve que pedir uno de urgencia y carísimo, con el que casi pierdo el avión.

Decent Stay, But Disappointing Issues

Our Premium Suite was spacious, with a beautiful view, and overall, the room itself was well-appointed. The service and room service staff were very good.

However, there were a couple of key disappointments. The complimentary bottle of wine that was meant to be included was missing, which was a small but noticeable letdown. More frustratingly, one of the main reasons we booked this suite was for the jacuzzi-style bath, only to find that it was completely broken. This was especially disappointing since it was a major factor in choosing this room. Guests should be informed in advance if a key facility is not working.

Overall, while the suite itself was nice, better maintenance and communication are needed to meet the expectations that come with a premium offering.

When booking on Hotels.com, I requested two beds and they gave me one king bed and they said that they hadnt received the request so they couldnt change the room. Also the AC didnt work very well. Didnt go below 25 Celsius.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Quiet safe location. However, I had to ask three times about my complimentary bottle of wine - which was a 350ml size. The bathroom could use an upgrade as it is showing its age. The living room has no tv which means we had to sit on the bad to do work or watch TV making the living room redundant. Could use more complimentary water.

The service was wonderful! The location was very safe and just a few minutes from a grocery store and two malls. There is a gorgeous park behind the hotel to visit as well. I felt secure in the area as a disabled person.
The view was spectacular and did not disappoint.
I think that given the hotel's price, the furniture could be updated and made more comfortable. Repairs in the suite were needed during our stay, however, the staff was quick to make sure everything was working efficiently. The room was kept clean, and housekeeping each day.

There entrance door though I did not see a disability button making it very difficult to open the door on my own.

La ubicación es fenomenal y el staff del hotel muy amigable sin embargo las fotos son engañosas. Definitivamente la propiedad está en desesperada necesidad de una renovación y de mucho mantenimiento. Mi habitación era amplísima y tenía una cocina completa pero tuve que pedir limpieza extra porque honestamente no se veía higiénico y el jacuzzi de la habitación estaba lleno de cabello. El piso de madera sucio, le urge una limpieza profunda, la sala de cuero con varias manchas (a pesar de ser cuero).

Upon arrival I was underwhelmed by the condition of the room based on the pictures and outlined amenities on the hotel's website. However, two things trumped my initial observation. The view and the service of management and staff. Both were incredible! The room was spotless and each day it remained so. Management was incredibly responsive to our needs (especially when hosting my fiance's birthday party). I will definately stay here again.

The hotel is fine, and the service was very good.
BUT, I have called twice to inquire about an $80 on my credit card. The hotel was paid for in full on Hotels.com, and nothing extra was ordered. I cannot get anyone to respond to my inquiry about the additional charge. I have called, spoken to someone, sent an email...no response. Even if they are not going to refund the money, I want to know what the charge was for. Very frustrating.

We enjoyed our stay, however, the hotel has started to have an older feel to it and you notice it on the walls, paint, etc. On the surface, the rooms looked spotless; however, when I spilled something and had to clean it up with a white towel, the towel was black from the floor. That was disappointing. We were disappointed that we were charged $30/night for a roll-away bed for our daughter, even though the room was booked for 2 adults and 1 child. I did not feel that was worth the extra money. Would stay here again, but only if the price was lower than other options.

The suites are big and comfortable. The beds are good. The location is very practical being so close to Parque Arauco. The staff is GREAT. The view from my room was very beautiful.
Breakfast could be improved , it is not as good as other places of similar price.
TV's in the room are not as good as they should. I believe that the volume has been limited, and as a result I couldn't watch any movie.

Good spot for families

The Boulevard Suites offers a decent place to stay in a great location - very central to everything in Santiago. The rooms (we booked a suite because we were traveling with kids) are spacious and great for families. They are nothing special (other than huge bathtubs!), but clean and decently maintained. My main complaint is that the pool was undergoing maintenance for two days while we were there, and that is something we planned on doing with our kids while on vacation.

Missing the old breakfast

The stay at Boulevard Suites was as good as always. Our flight arrived early, and they allowed us to check in before the scheduled checkin time. Unfortunately, they changed the breakfast routine from service in your room to a continental breakfast at the Marriott which is connected to the building. Quality was bad, and the selection was minimal. Breakfast used to he the best part of staying here.

Pros: Good location; the room is large/more like a one bedroom apartment with a living room, small kitchen; bedroom and bathroom; the folks at the reception is friendly, until you need them to do something for you.

Cons: the rooms are VERY old/outdated; the Air Conditioning system is very noise and does not cool the room very well; the bed is very uncomfortable; there is NO restaurant or a cafe at this hotel so you need to go elsewhere for everything; the business center is the size of one bathroom and has one desk with three computers; the WiFi is very slow; if you want a late check out (just two hours extra) you must pay half of the daily rate but they will store your bags, however when you go to pick up your bag if you would like to change clothes before you flight, you must go to Marriott Hotel next door as they don't have a restroom at the lobby. There are plenty better hotels in the area for similar or even better prices.

Needs refurbish URGENTLY!!!

I had a problem with the cd player and they said that I had to wait until the next day because they don't have maintenance during Saturday night... I was leaving the next day!!!!
Finally they sent someone with another player.
The kitchen door didn't close... impossible to cook and don't smell food all over the place.
Living room with old sofas simulating leather... pathetic.
For USD 350 per night you can get much more.
NEVER AGAIN!!!

Arrival experience bad. Check in area and common areas disappointing. Hotel furniture, lights, etc must be original - at least 15 years old.. or so they seem. Bed too soft. Unaccomodating management.

That said - rooms are very large and the views are great.

Fantastic service, comfy bed, perfect location.

We stayed 5 days pre cruise. The Boulevarde Suites were in a safe and upmarket area, near restaurants shops and easy transport to visit places of interest. The staff were excellent, with a special mention of Ambrosio who impressed us with his thoughtfulness, local knowledge and good nature. He organised our transfer to the port at Valparaiso with Luxy Tours who took us on an excellent tour en route. We would highly recommend them. Don't miss a trip to the Andes.

This is a great place to stay. Good sized apartments, big beds, first rate service, good location next to the shopping mall which also has a number of restaurants and a supermarket too should you wish to cook in your own apartment. Would recommend this place to stay.

Favorite place to stay in Santiago!!

Hings don't get better than the Boulevard Suites--complimentary in-room breakfast, free underground parking, access to SPA, gym, pool, restaurants, and all other amenities at the adjoined Marriott Hotel. The rooms are very spacious and with breath-taking views of Santiago and the Andes. The price I found on hotells.com was MUUUCH cheaper than the rate I got booking directly with the hotel. Unfortunately, the service in the lounge restaurant at the Marriott was slow and unattentive, however, the attentiveness and willingness to serve by the staff at Boulevard makes you forget that one bad dinner. Location is right on the edge of Vitacura and Las Condes, so it doesn't get better than this.

Boulevard Suites Hotel in Santiago, Chili - great!

Stayed 2 nights following Antarctica cruise. Next to wonderful mall with lots of restaurants, shopping and tour bus pickup. Within walking distance of subway if you don't mind the walk. Taxis readily available. Beautiful park next door. Very nice area in Las Condes section. We were on 28th floor in corner suite with fantastic views of Andes foothills. Suite had very large living/dining area, separate large bedroom, full kitchen and 1 1/2 baths. Hotel situated in higher floors of Marriott with access to all Marriott ammenities. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Ouststanding! Definitely will stay again if we ever go back to Santiago.

Vi har rest runt i Chile i över en månad och detta är med marginal det dyraste och det enda av alla hotell som, vid sidan om priset, som varit en besvikelse och en rejäl sådan. Opersonligt, trist och med dito service (tex vägrades vi bära in våra väskor i receptionen när vi anlände med vår hyrbil, utan tvingades släpa dem från närliggandes Marriott’s p-garage). Poolen extremt liten mtp hotellets storlek och belägen i skuggan mellan två skyskrapor. . Frukosten trist med odrickbart kaffe.

Hotel com quarto enorme, vista linda e muito confortável.
Café da manhã farto e muito gostoso. Funcionários atenciosos e educados.
Mas ao chegarmos nos avisaram que não tem serviço de quarto aos domingos (oi? Como assim? Nunca vi isto). Chegamos na sexta, fomos embora na 2a...ou seja, tivemos limpeza do quarto 1 dia. Inaceitável!!! Isto deveria ser informado no site do hotel, no momento que vc procura para fazer reserva.
O nosso quarto tinha uma cozinha, bem pouco equipada e a louça foi lavada sem bucha, sem sabão...obvio que ficou suja e engordurada. O ar condicionado do quarto durante o dia não gelava. Mesmo colocando para 10o, ficava em 27 por conta do sol nos vidros. Precisam melhorar a eficiência do ar, e não justificar que a culpa é do sol. Isto pq fomos em julho, pleno inverno. Imagina no verão...inviável.
O metro não era perto, mas 5 min no Uber resolvia. Com o shopping ao lado e com supermercado, a localização foi satisfatória.

Melhor hotel que já me hospedei. Escolhemos lá para passar nossa lua de mel e fomos muito bem recebidos. A limpeza do hotel é impressionante, a equipe muito simpática e solicitos. Ficamos sete dias na alta temporada (julho) e não queríamos ir embora. A localização é excelente, da pra ir a pé no parque Arauco, shopping, supermercado e McDonalds. Tudo perfeito! Gratidão eterna num momento tão empolgante da nossa vida.

Esta ubicado cerca de todo, tiene un 24 horas al lado, el Mall Parqye Arauco al lado, parada cerca de bus turístico, incluye restaurante, desayuno a gusto, habitaciones confortables y buena vista, atención detallada, solucionando pequeños temas que se presentan, taxi o uber llega a la puerta, el barrio paisajistico, seguro, de paso para excursiones fuera de Santiago. Localização excelente e vista espetacular!

Apesar de ter sido muito curta, a estada foi excelente. O check in foi super rápido, equipe atenciosa, local extremamente bem localizado e com uma vista espetacular! Quarto muito espaçoso e bem equipado. Não chegamos a tomar o café da manhã pois saímos na madrugada.
