Me retiro el día de la fecha haciendo el checkout correspondiente del hotel. Lamentablemente tengo que escribir, ya que hubieron varios puntos de la estadía que no estuvieron a la altura del hotel y de lo esperado.

1) Problema en la piscina. Días antes a mí llegada, el hotel tuvo un percance en una de las piscinas. Motivo por el cual, ambas piscinas estaban cerradas. Esto fue informado al momento del ingreso, solo cuando se consulto el horario de las mismas. Viajaba con una nena de 8 años y el motivo principal de la elección del hotel, fue específicamente por el uso de las piscinas. El último día habilitaron la piscina exterior. Sin embargo, tuvimos una situación incómoda cuando uno de los hombres de seguridad se dirigió hacia los niños que se encontraban en la piscina, para pedirles de manera cordial pero vehemente que no llenarán el desagote de la misma moviéndose en la pileta de manera brusca, ya que el agua no desagotaba y caía en el techo del restaurante de PB. Si el desagote no funciona es algo que el hotel debe preever y reparar. Los niños son niños y juegan en la piscina, aún cuando no estuvieron tirándose, no se los puede atar. Me pareció desafortunado que luego de Días que no hubo servicio de piscina, tuvieran esa restricción.
2) Aire acondicionado ruidoso en la habitación. Durante toda la estadía el aire acondicionado fue insoportable en cuanto al ruido que hacía. Era un avión dentro del cuarto. Además de eso, el mismo no enfriaba correctamente aún cuando estaba a

The hotel is in a great location across from a park and close to shopping and dining facilities. It’s in a business district but very walkable.
The hotel is is modern. The room was spacious, good shower and comfortable beds.

I was charged 70 dollars for showing up 2 hours earlier. I sent and email 1 week before asking for sn early check in. They told me that i could check in early but paying 70 dollars. There was no manager to talk or complain about it.

While I stayed in other hotels in the area with comparable price points, and this one offered nice views, there were some things with this hotel that let it down. Cleanliness and service is one. For eg, I ordered room service at about 5pm one day, and my tray (as well as all the other trays in the hallway) were still there 8am the next morning. Staff friendliness was mixed - some were warm and others gave the vibe that they didn’t like having to help you. The flush mechanism in the cistern of the toilet needed to be fixed in my bathroom at one point and the maintenance man knocked then let himself straight in! I was in the room but he did not even give me time to get to the door. There was no way to properly secure the door from the inside with a deadbolt or safety chain. As a solo female traveller I did not like this at all. The wifi situation was abysmal - I never got a good signal and they even had “back up” options (which made no difference for me). Luckily I had an eSIM so I relied on this entirely. Food in the restaurant is good. Personally, having just stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton Vitacura which is close by and where they have extra safety features and better service practice, I would not choose to stay here again.

I sent a complaint to the property and I was met with correction of the issue and a nice response. Here was my issue, including the bed being TERRIBLE. I had back ache each day I woke up.

To whom it may concern:

First, I would like to thank you for your time reading my issue here. I would have liked to address you by first name but I was only given an email by hotel staff. I know how hard you work and I appreciate your attention to this email. I am writing to you today to express an issue that happened this morning around 610 am. I had a tour pick up at 630 am- along with about 30 other people. I knew breakfast wasn’t an option but I had expected to find at least hot water for tea. There was only coffee. I had thought I’d find this since we don’t have a way to make hot water in the room. The waitress was verging on harassing me. She approached me four times when trying to get water. The front desk person - Luis- was solution focused and got it for me. I tried to get more after he got a cup for me and the waitress again attacked me. Over hot water and tea. Side note- I bring my own tea bags when I travel because I have digestion issues. First- to be accosted like this when o am just waking up also disturbs my digestion. If I don’t have hot water in the morning to wake up to- I have severe gastro issues- I won’t go into my personal health issues but you should know I needed the hot water- I didn’t just want it. The day we were checking out the bathroom had no running water either in the shower or sink. We could not shower before a long flight ahead. Also, we tried to call front desk to inform them of the problem but no one picked up the phone.
Room was also missing basic things like cups or mugs in order to be able to make a coffee. One of the beds in the room was in a terrible condition and the mattress was so old it had a huge dent

-Good breakfast with good selection of options
-Nice view if you are on a higher up floor of nature and mountains. I believe this may be the south facing side of the hotel for this view.
-Overall the staff were very nice. I even lost my AirPods one day and they found it for me quickly and the delivery was exceptional.
-The restaurant has amazing food!

Cons:
-Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign up, I was disturbed every time
-The wifi in the rooms can sometimes go in and out. Wifi is strongest and the best in the lobby
-During my week long stay I tried to call the front desk 4 times. I only reached them once. I also tried to call housekeeping twice, I only reached them once.
-When I first arrived, the room wasn’t the cleanliest, hair in the shower and all. But that was okay. However, when I came back to my room after being out and housekeeping came in, all they did was change my towels and make up my bed. Nothing seemed cleaner. Like they didn’t vacuum the floor, wipe down any countertops or anything of the sort.
-In order to step into the shower, I felt like I was doing gymnastics. The bathtub is so high up, from the ground. I had to make sure I held onto the bar handles outside the bathtub going in and especially out of the shower to make sure I didn’t fall.
-I was followed around the lobby by a security guard.Full disclosure, I am a black male and I didn’t see anyone else that looked me at the hotel during my 7 day stay. Racial profiling? Maybe.

While the staff were helpful, the property was not great. AC was hardly working and the rooms were very uncomfortable. Nothing much that the staff could do. After check in, we had to wait for over an hour before we could leave, because our door would not close - they had to realign the door to get it to close! Also, the room safe would not work. This was fixed later. Surprising that we had such issues.

Overall, the stay was very good. The beds were very, very comfortable and the rooms were quite big. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good also. there was an issue with the hot water which varied between lukewarm and scalding, depending on what time of day you took a shower. unfortunately, my room had a bit of a sewer smell due to a recent rainstorm and possible flooding, but my colleague did not have the same smell in her room. They tried to fix it but the smell persisted. Otherwise, great stay.

Radisson Blu El Bosque, is located at a nice and safe neighborhood, in Las Condes area. The hotel has a very good buffet breakfast, and lunch and dinner are also available. It also has indoor/ouside pool, a fitness center. The room was beautiful, modern and clean. Walking distance there are some stores, farmacy, shopping mall, etc. Check in and check out was fast and easy. I spent 2 nights with my 10 year old daughter,...If I go back to Chile, I will definitely stay there again!

I left our winter coats in the closet when we left to meet the ship at the dock which was 2 hrs away and didn't realize it until we reached the ship. I tried to call the hotel phone many times but never received an answer. Then I emailed the Radisson blue website but still have not received an answer. We were on the cruise for 16 days and will be back home in 2 more days.

If you can help contact the Radisson Blu in Santiago, it would be a great help. We would like to recover the coats, if possible.

Recomiendo mucho el Hotel pero ojo con el desayuno

Excelente opcion en Santiago lo recomiendo pero tomar en cuenta que tiene un costo adicional pedir huevos en el desayuno. Los de opción gratis deben mejorar mucho!, el desayuno incluido esta bien. Las instalaciones del Hotel muy bien
La atencion del personal en especial en la barra o Bar y en restaurante es excelente.
En recepcion les falta capacitar a la ejecutiva que lee la cuenta de lo consumido en vez de imprimir los consumos para uno validarlo en privado como se hace en todos los Hoteles

Not so good, they gave me a room with a severe maintenance and housekeeping issues. Bathroom baseboards were left undone. Inside the bathroom, two previous sites of water faucets were not even covered, shoes marks on the on the bottom window walls and unfixed wall scratches. Love this hotel, the personal very nice and attentive. Rooms comfortable, but I book 2 queen beds and i got two doubles, it was little bit disappointing. There is a safe. And even if we where 4 in the room it was set for 2 people. i have to ask for more pillows. A lot of troubles with the air conditioner and it was a water lick in the shower, but after several attempts, they fix the ac, the lick still there

El hotel es bueno, pero el restaurante no abre antes de 19:30 para cenar, solo tiene un bar antes abierto. Es PET FRIENDLY entonces si quieres descansar considéralo. A mi me tocó un huesped que tenía un perro enfrente y en varias ocasiones lo escuché ladrar, me dijeron que si me molestaba mucho le pedían al dueño que se cambie de habitación. El área es buena y puedes ir al Shopping Parque Arauco caminando varias cuadras. La puerta de la ducha no cerraba completamente. Lo demás todo bien. Limpio. Dan agua y café de cortesía diariamente.

On the whole our stay was excellent. The views from our high floor junior suite of the Andes and the park across the street were great, the suite was large, well designed and maintained, and with one exception very quiet. The staff is very good, helpful and well trained. Juan Jose Valldivieso and Hernan Maldonado deserve special commendation because they made great, successful efforts to help us whenever we asked for help or needed it, volunteered help and information, set up tours and airport transportation for us ,and were always very friendly and polite.
There were only 2 negatives. 1. The free breakfast every morning is good and varied but the \"music\", if it can be called that, is almost entirely an outrageously loud, pounding bass that dominates the entire room, and it should be immediately discontinued. 2. As happened during our prior stay here, some locals like to get together late at night (this time 3:30 AM) at the gas station/convenience store next door, get drunk and scream at each other.
