Professional and excellent staff. Clean, although the property does show a few signs of it's age. Very good water pressure in showers. Short walk to train station. Minor hiccups included the thermostat display didn't work, so the staff had to adjust our room temperature, and we learned tha a room with a balcony translates for other guests to smoking section. We'll be back.

We had a 7 night stay. For 5 of the 7 nights - each morning we were awoken to a bulldozer demolishing and scraping to load the brick. We were approximately 50 meters from this. The noise was unreal. We stayed there our entire vacation - it was prepaid so we were unhappy. Why they would give the worse location to us a party who was spending a week there is difficult to understand. Our sheets were changed twice in 7 days and that is only because we ask for it. The bed was comfortable and the staff was mostly nice. The room was cute with a few unclean spots. I have pictures. Restaurants and eating was tough. There was a grocery store and a few shops close.

A fairly quiet hotel, with clean and tidy rooms and very helpful staff. A great location right in the centre of Zandvoort, with a number of shops and restaurants just around the corner, plus the practically endless promenade and fantastic sandy beach just across the road. We had a really enjoyable 4 night stay and would certainly return if we are in the area again.

Took a small room, modest modern interior and was clean and comfortable. Quiet at night, so slept well. Luggage drop off available and early check in was posible. Warm, kind and polite reception. Nice breakfast with hot foods, coffee.. Across frm the beach. Many restaurants, shops, cafes near. Train station was a short walk.

The hotel has been renovated and was quite lovely. We requested a superior sea view on the 3rd floor and noise was not an issue, but I could see how noise might be an issue on a lower floor as the property is located on a busy corner. The bed was cozy and the shower was wonderful. Air condition was a big plus! The staff was wonderful and the location perfect!

Nice hotel in a good central location in Zandvoort. The only negatives would be that the staff respects no Corona measures (nobody has masks on) and my double bed was just two singles pushed together

Really great location!

Pros:
- The room looked as they did in the pictures, such a cute aesthetic!
- Check-in and check-out were really easy and quick. I didn't really interact with any of the staff besides that so no other comments.
- Very quick walk to the train station and the surrounding areas of the beach restaurants.
- WiFi worked well despite being on the highest floor of the hotel.

Cons:
- The window and balcony could have done a bit of cleaning.
- Maybe a new table for the balcony as it was just a stool that was very rusty.
- The pillows weren't the most comfortable because of the inside fluff not filling out the entire pillow, and there were some markings on the pillows as well as if they've not been washed for a while

Overall:
I would definitely stay here again. The local area has a lot of great food and the beach is clean and has a beautiful view.

Room was right by front door, had to keep curtains shut for privacy. Very basic room. A kettle and a fridge would have been great. No soap in bathroom. I had to buy my own toilet paper. For fifty quid a night I expected a little more.

My 1-0person oom is too small (I can almost touch opposite; they use metal lockers as stand alone closets. The tv only occasionally gets a channel only if you type in the channel number (not when you use +/- buttons. Bathroom is ridiculously small. No air conditioner. The electrical wire tubing is visible along the walls. The best way to describe this is a “really nice jail cell”

You should make tis your place.

We stayed here 14 nights and we cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The location is great as it is close to everything by train. And the beach and city is so clean and wonderful. The entire staff is absolutley wonderful. It is very clean, they are super helpful and the food is great. Like we sad we cannot say enough how GREAT this hotel is. We loved it.

Great location, friendly and efficient. And nice and clean (so great after a rather unfortunate Amsterdam hotel experience). I didn't realise a room for single use would be quite so small - really miniature - but no big problem. It was comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast was good enough (although you have to pay extra for a cappuccino!) I didn't eat in the restaurant at any other time.

What is really wonderful in Zandvoort of course is the beach – just a stone's throw from the hotel – beautiful!

well we were on our way home after 2 weeks of Europe. Our exit point back to the states was Amsterdam. We had already spent 4 days in Amsterdam earlier in our trip. We decided to stay close to airport and on the beach.
What a great decision. Zandvroot was great lay over. A beutiful community right on the beach. A quaint downtown. We rented bikes and road to the national park that was close by. A great time and relaxing one after 3 cities in 12 days. Highly recommended.
The Hotel wasnt anything special but was clean, friendly and close to everything in town.

Nice hotel 50 meters from the beach and old town. Free public parking is available from 20:00 till 10:00, 200 meters from the hotel. Design of the room is fantastic. The room is very clean. The staff is friendly.

Another good stay here.

I stayed here with my wife last year and again this year. It's a reasonably priced hotel close to the beach. Decor in the rooms is basic and they are noisy due to the spartan nature of the decor. However, the rooms and bathrooms are spotless and well maintained but can be quite warm. The hotel management could do with offering fans for the rooms to help keep the air moving and you cool.
Breakfast is the usual continental affair and there's plenty of it. There were even croissants this time around!

Without researching this hotel or location, I booked based on the hotel name \" Amaterdam Beach Hotel\" thinking this was in Amsterdam. It was very disappointing to arrive to the hotel and not be located in Amsterdam as the name suggest. We forfeited our reservation for this reason.

Amsterdam Beach Hotel

Zandvoort itself is a nice, clean seaside town. Lovely sandy beach with numerous bars and eateries.
The hotel is quite distinctive. I would describe the decor as 'functional and basic' with a hint of 'shabby chic'. The bedroom was reasonably sized and the beds comfortable (despite being two twins pushed together) however it did get quite warm so we opened the window a little for fresh air. The problem is that it was quite noisy outside but thanks to a long day out in Amsterdam we slept very well. The shower room/toilet was modern, spotless and quite spacious. The problem with the spartan decor in the room is that it is quite echoy and not very soundproof so you can hear next door and upstairs and no doubt they can hear you! A wide range of TV channels are available and the TV has a USB port should you have movies on a stick or hard drive.
The breakfast offering is quite simple with the usual offering of cereal, warm rolls, bread, preserves, hard boiled eggs meats and cheese with orange juice, various flavoured teas and coffee. You're not in France so don't expect croissants or brioshe rolls. It is in buffet form so fill your boots and it's quite satisfying. In addition we did get given a voucher for a free glass of wine each should we wish to have dinner in their restaurant. If you're on a room only booking there are loads of places that offer breakfast.
It is just ten minutes walk along the seafront from Zandvoort station, which is 30 mins from Amsterdam Central station

A North Sea experience must-see

We had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean, room was nice, and staff were very friendly. We stayed at a time that was slower and cooler, but there is still so much to do and see. The little village was adorable and the shops are a must see. Love the location!

Great location of the Hotel just up from the beach, front rooms of the hotel have a sea view. Staff friendly and helpful and food in the restaurant was great. Rooms were clean and tidy, minimal furnishing but in keeping with the theme of the hotel, only downside was it did not have any drink making facilities.

The hotel is newly renovated and the interior is so nicely done in beach style. The service was friendly, personal and professional. The team gladly helped out with a missing charger and was very helpful overall. The breakfast room has great atmosphere. Nice, quiet (although the hotel was almost fully booked). Also here a very friendly staff. Speaks all languages. This is a perfect place for a few days in Zandvoort and the hotel is really just 2 min from the train station and 2 min from the beach and 1 min from the shopping streets. I rented a room for 2 adults and one child. Worked very well in a spacious and pleasant room. It just cannot be more central. That makes this hotel an ideal place to visit Amsterdam while having a relaxing stay and chill out after hectic Amsterdam. We love this place and will be back soon!

just very nice

We were in this hotel at the end of august and the room was very hot and a little noisy because just on the street. But we have been very well welcomed and I love the decoration .. Just one question : why do country from the north not include hot chocolate in the breakfast ? Is milk so expensive ? In france you always have choice in the breakfast between tea, cafe or hot chocolate without extra fee...The view is very nice and i will return to this hotel probably with pleasure...

Sauberes Zimmer, das Hotel befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Strand. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar nicht groß, aber man findet alles was man braucht.
Neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Einkaufsstraße. Was ich schön fand war, dass es auch nicht um einen \"Hotelbunker\" handelt

Der direkte Zugang zum Meer; an der Ecke Strandpromenade/Fußgängerzone ist der absolute Hammer. In früheren Bewertungen steht teilweise dass es aufgr der Lage sehr laut war, weshalb ich mir Oropax mitnahm doch ich musste diese nicht nutzen da die Saison vorbei war ( 7.-10.Oktober) und nicht mehr viel los. Ich wurde sehr herzlich begrüßt und aufmersam behandelt. Für den zweiten Abend hatte ich mir ein paar Brötchen gekauft und mir wurde von der Rezeption ein Teller, etc angeboten. Da ich für meinen Kurzaufenthalt keinen Zimmerservice in Anspruch genommen habe ( und vorher auch so angegeben hatte) bekam ich einen Gutschein für die Hotel Bar in Höhe von 5€. Beim Auschecken wies man mich erneut darauf hin und so habe ich mir 1Flasche Wasser für meine Rückreise dort nehmen dürfen. Einzig die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war nicht hoch. Der Boden und die Duschverglasung waren schmutzig. Als ich abgereist bin wurden gerade die Glasflächen der Fassade gereinigt und der Boden des Erdgeschosses mit Chlor desinfiziert. Die Ausstattung ( Nespressomaschine, Kühlschrank, Fön, Duschgel& Shampoo, TV, kl Tisch und 2Stühle)) hatte alles was nötig war. Zwar gibt es keinen Schrank doch die Garderobe reichte mir da ich für so kurze Zeit nur wenig Kleidung dabei hatte. Ich kann, und werde!, das ABH für einen Kurztrip uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ich komme definitiv wieder und freue mich schon jetzt darauf. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit – man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht.Das Frühstück war frisch und bot eine gute Auswahl. Das Personal achtete zudem ständig darauf, dass das Buffet immer vollständig und ansprechend war.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen dass man eigentlich direkt in der Innenstadt aber auch am Strand war :)

Fijn 3-sterrenhotel met de zee vlakbij.

De \"deluxe\" tweepersoonskamer was aan de zeer kleine kant. Verder wel alle comfort: Nespresso, thee, ...
Ontbijt was goed, wel jammer dat je het uur vooraf moet reserveren omdat niet-hotelgasten er ook kunnen komen ontbijten. In een hotel aan zee wil ik net geen agenda hebben.

Wir waren alles in allem zufrieden.

Unser Zimmer lag im 1. OG, dort hat es leider auf dem Flur äußerst unangenehm gerochen. Das Hotel suchte während unserem Aufenthalt im August noch nach der Ursache und nutzt zur Bekämpfung Febreeze.
In unserem Zimmer hat man davon nichts gemerkt.
Viele Gäste hatten ihren Hund dabei.
Frühstück war ok.

Mitarbeiter sehr nett, in den Zimmer fehlt ein Schrank, die Tapeten sind nicht mehr die neusten, Frühstückbuffet war für die Hotel grösse gut (Die Auswahl war übersichtlich, dafür war die Qualität hervorragend). Die Lage ist perfekt, leider hat es keine Parkplätze. Aber alles in allem war es super.

Der Hotelstandort mit Fußgängerzone um die Ecke, Strandpromenade vor der Tür und gemütlich minimalistisch eingerichtet, ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir konnten den Sonnenuntergang am direkt zu Fuß genießen. Allerdings gibt es in einigen Zimmern keinen Kleiderschrank, was einen überrascht, und zum aufräumen zwingt. Keine schlechte Sache. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar und am besten ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis am Parkplatz de Zuid. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Schöne Hotelanlage direkt am Strand und Nahe am Zentrum.

Die Doppelbetten waren leider zwei Einzelbetten welche immer auseinander gerutscht sind. Parkplätze gab es leider nicht aber man konnte in der Nähe auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz gut parken daher insgesamt ein Stern Abzug.

Kompetentes Personal und sehr nett.
Würden wir wieder buchen.

... Lage und vor allem Personal dieses Hotels absolut perfekt ... kleine Abzüge nur in der B-Note ... und die gehen an den Aufzug, der gefühlte 2 Stunden für 3 Stockwerke benötigt und ein Frühstück, das erheblich ausbaufähig ist :-) ...
