Ran out of Sausages and Bacon, advertise english breakfast, it would be ok for vegetarians. Big company like this and no replenishment of main breakfast items. Served 6am to 11am but seems if you go for breakfast after 9am, no bacon or sausages!!

The hotel is excellent as a stay before a flight. I cannot book again though. I received a total of 11 emails and Expedia messages before and after the stay. It is too much and constant spam destroys and positives for the hotel.

Very disappointed with our visit to this hotel, which we have used many times in the past. We had issues with both Car parking charges and access to the hotel after 11pm. Staff gave conflicting information during check-in and check-out. Despite the convenience of being attached to the airport terminals, I think we will park the car and stay at Clayton next time.

Can’t fault the hotel, the location, the pool n spa & the bedrooms all outstanding. Check-in although early was sufficient but not much enthusiasm when we arrived……when we came back to official check in again nothing outstanding but sufficient. Rooms lovely 6th floor and the pool a bonus too prior to a holiday, very clean and well presented! My one downside was cost of snacks n food (330mls Diet Coke £3.34 to buy from reception area), 750mls water £5 room service just seems a little over priced to me! All in all though a great hotel with a first class access to Manchester Airport T2 a short walk away!

The location is excellent wit convenient connections to terminals and rail station

Access to the hotel however is a big problem if you arrive late in the evening. After a flight that arrived at 11.15 pm I arrived at the hotel door just before midnight. The door was locked, no sign of any staff at reception Pushing the bell button multiple times had no effect. The possibility of entering through another entrance on ground floor involved a walk via railway station and walk around a traffic round about. I joined others also locked out. Eventually entry was gained and by 1am I was able to check in to my reserved room

The conclusion is avoid this hotel if you are in a late flight or a delayed one

It’s ok. Convenient for a morning departure. Basic room. Needs updating. Aircon barely worked but I know aircon isn’t really a thing in the UK. But it was fine. I should have stayed in the city and got up a bit earlier to get to the airport which takes no time really.

This hotel was good all round. The only fault I could report on is that for us the mattress was a little hard. Also all the standard rooms have shower over a bath which makes it hard and difficult for elderly people to get over the side of the bath to have a shower. I know that there rooms available for people with disabilities but not all elderly people have disabilities. Elderly people without disabilities would be safer with a stand alone shower (without a bath).

We had the 1 bedroom suite. Fantastic room. Forgot we were in a hotel. Super clean, comfy bed, huge bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. Also a further separate toilet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth and quick. Can’t fault our stay at all. Easy access to/from train station and to the terminal. One gripe was we the chrome cast wouldn’t work on the bedroom tv but did not affect our stay one single bit. Will 100% stay here again.

Overnight stay [pre-flight] departing from T2. Decided to treat my family to a exceutive room upgrade with lounge access to kick off our holiday.The split living arrangements was excellent, as was the room amenities, facilities, views of runway plus a chilled bottle of bubbly on arrival 😀 the only down side was the air-conditioning [although found set to cool to 18c prior to our arrival] didn't really cool both rooms throughout our stay and we arrived on a hot-hot day. Ref to the lounge itself this is great perk which only
Level 9 rooms can utilise via a key card, however no children [under 12] are allowed in after 4pm which is a bit mean Raddison [particularly well behaved ones] as my son would have loved the plane spotting and [8] people were in the lounge at the time of our first lounge visit, hence as parents we carried out seperate lounge runs. In relation to when the lounge room did get busy [in the evening] it appeared no management was consistently monitoring the lounge from a quality assurance point of view. A few examples of this, the lite bites [crisps and hot plate spring rolls] ran out, as was monitoring of some cliental [or couple] who had [2] large I-Pads blearing out watching darts with [5] Madri beers on the table, not exactly a peaceful environment and was left was unchallenged by staff promoting an executive lounge [peaceful] experience. Other than a few minor niggles without a doubt I would stay again, Thanks Raddison 😊👍

Arrived after midnight, so straight to bed. The room was clean, but very warm, so had to turn the temperature down. Went down for breakfast, but as the plates were cold, the hot food quickly went cold, so didn't finish. All the staff are pleasant and friendly.

I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and it has gone downhill but this time was unbelievable. Shockingly bad service from the outset. The night manager who took ages to answer the door to the breakfast with intermittent hot food, with missing equipment, awful check-in, poor coffee and everything in between. The hotel is shabby looking but it’s the staff which make it truly awful. Radisson rely on being the only hotel within the airport and they are ripping customers off more and more. It is absolutely worth walking another 10mins to stay in any of the other hotels.

Only stay at this hotel for the location. Takes an age to check in. Paid for a suite with lounge access. Air conditioning in room wasn’t working. Engineer came to look at it and said it couldn’t be fixed. Was offered a standard room but this meant having to move all our cases etc. with no help offered.

A hotel inside the airport building and very convenient walk to Terminal T2.. just a 5 min walk from the hotel entrance to T2. Room was good and a decent size..there are rooms that overlook the runway and give a good view. Overall great location if you want to stay close to the airport and not travel before your flight
