If you like staying in a room that looks like a prison, this is the place to be. Horrible location on an industrial lot, but close to the freeway. Decent breakfast buffet. I'll never stay here again.

Noisy but cheap!

Beds were comfortable & en-suite basic but adequate. No sound proofing from the rooms above where chairs seemed to be scraped across the floor continuously & parties were happening into the early hours. It’s a basic hotel for basic cost but the location was good for the purpose of our stay with plenty of parking.

Building was old and not well kept, room was ok, bed very soft but bathroom cleanliness was terrible with black grime around the toilet (photo 1) and orange slime on the floor (photo 2). Its a budget hotel but still felt over-priced for what you get.
Staff (in adjacent hotel) were lovely and helpful and the restaurant was decent however this didn't make up for the disgusting bathroom and neglect of the building. As a 1-night stop, it will suffice but the state of the place doesn't justify the price.

A Hotel NOT to be recommended.- 5km from City

Bad start with a mixed up booking, advised hotel was full.
The room smelt, towels left on toilet seat, One bath towel and a hand towel, no soap for washing hands a basic requirement. No room facilities.
On arrival, we thought it was a local doss house, with rough, odd looking men sitting the pavement / kerb smoking and drinking - we quickly realised these were tradesmen.
The hotel is wrongly described as \"Premiere', implying first class, it is anything but..
On the second night went to the restaurant, to find it was closed along with the bar - no reason given. But the receptionist told us it was a 10 minute walk to the MacDonalds, where we would also find other restaurants. It took over 30 minutes to walk, and the same coming back.
On our return to the hotel found the restaurant and bar had been taken over by a coach party, and closed to other guests.
We arrived for breakfast the following morning at 09.20, to be told the restaurant was closing in five minutes and we no time left to eat, the receptionist was happy to provide a coffee in the foyer which we declined.
This is by far the worst hotel, we have ever stayed in through out our years of traveling
The staff, came across as not really interested - appearing to have heard it all before.
We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
We are therefore asking for a full refund, and compensation since we feel we have been mislead in the hotel name and description and in the could not care less attitude of the staff.

Booked double room but was given a triple bed room with 3 single bed 1 being a bunk bed
Went to reception to be told was nothing available
Asked for refund then was given a double room on second floor no lift despite saying it had a lift in the descriptoon
Room was very basic with a horrible plastic shower/ tiolet cubicle on the side
Had little sleep as it was extremely noisy with people shouting and talking almost all night

Rooms where clean . Bed Oke . Price for two persons room and 3 persons room are Oke . Booking with expedia 36,00 euro for the two persons room and 59 euro for3 persons room . Although the hotel had only one star we can commend this hotel for a short stay.

Great hotel in its price class

Excellent price/quality. The hotel is very easily accessible by car (A27 highway 2 minutes) and offers free parking. It is a basic hotel with a joint reception and restaurant with the adjacent Campanile hotel. The rooms are big enough for the price and the hotel offers most basic amenities such as cloth hangers, good bedding, a desk, a shower / bathroom of reasonable size and enough towels.
Front desk staff is very friendly, checkin went smoothly.

The bigger problem, however, it is shortage of car parking - the car park is far too small for the hotel, meaning that many customers have to find alternative parking. We would not recommend this hotel. The nearby Bastion hotel was significantly better.

It is on the same site as the Campanile with it's restaurant and has free parking. It's fairly typical Premiere Classe but probably showing it's age a bit: no lift, no a/c and no bedside recharging points.

Just wanted a bed and a good shower and in that my wishes were furfilled, somethings were not so good like cigarette burns in the flooring and even on the toilet seat, no toilet brush, and whats with that rubber around the shower area, makes it hard to dry rhe floor. All in all the bed was comfortable and the shower was great.

Granted this is a budget place, it ranks at the bottom of my experiences in Europe. Although a non smoking hotel, previous guests have covered the smoke detectors to smoke away in the rooms. The worst are the floors as you literally stick to them. Although the beds are clean and comfortable, they give you a nice view of the questionable stains on the walls. The internet is fast, and the staff in the adjacent hotel nice. So this is a good night sleep if keep your eyes closed and your shoes on.

Premiere classe has no reception, you need to check in at the campanile hotel next door. The room is basic but I expected that. However didn’t expect my door to be getting knocked 5 times in one night by the drunks next door. There was a large group of young men staying in the hotel who thought it was hillarious to be running up and down the corridors at around 3am. Could hear the group in their room which was 8 rooms and across the corridor away from mine.
I feel breakfast was expensive at 11 euros.
The hotel is probably about a 15min drive into Breda.
The room was fine. But if you stay, be prepared to hear a lot of noise.

If you book to stay on consecutive nights from Friday -Sunday be prepared to change rooms come Saturday morning. Stayed there four weeks and notified staff that I’d appreciate staying in the same room without disruption. Nevertheles week on week I was inconvenienced.

Check in, got key card, but when getting in the room on G flr, but it was not cleaned up yet. Had to go to reception again for another room on 2nd flr (no elevator) The reception is located in another hotel nearby.

No kettle in room. If requested for a cup of hot water, it is not free.

Room is dirty with many burns maybe from cigarettes. Room is so small but for the price I can't complain.

Sometimes You Get More Than You Paid For!

This Hotel is a classic example of that parodied old saying!! When I was looking for somewhere to stay all I needed was somewhere to rest my head for the night so went for the cheapest option I could find. To say I was pleasantly surprised was an understatement! The hotel is situated in a handy location for the main routes through the area. The entire complex was scrupulously clean from the bar and restaurant to the rooms and public spaces. The staff were approachable and very helpful and the bar stayed open until 1.00am which was very useful. The breakfast was a buffet style, eat-as-much-as-you-can affair and was quite comprehensive enough to suit every taste and appetite. All in all I can thoroughly recommend this hotel for short stays or business trips.

Good place to stay, comfortable room, good clean facilities, free wifi. Staff friendly and helpful. Room quite basic but that's reflected in the price. Far from anywhere though, 17 minutes to the nearest bus stop and then 30 minutes by bus to center/station. Overall good value and comfort.

Overall the hotel has everything you need for a budget cheap hotel. However, there were major problems and issues with noise. I did not get any sleep on my first night, but my second night was not too bad when I invested in high quailty ear plugs. The ear plugs are essential if you are staying in the hotel. I spoke to another English man who was staying and he said he had the same problem with noise, but has learnt from sleepless nights, sleep deprviation through druken young people screaming, shouting and playing loud music to only stay in the hotel if you are armed with EAR PLUGS.

We stayed here during the Breda Jazz Festival. Basic rooms, but comfortable beds and very clean. Our daughter loved the bunk bed. Quiet! Location is great if you are by car (free parking) , less great if you want to go into town by public transport. We decided to take breakfast in town, so cannot judge about that. All in all a good stay and great value for money.

Found the hotel on an industrial estate at the back end of Breda. Large carpark and check in was made via the hotel next door. Rooms simple with bed and small shower room. breakfast for 6e was disappointing as when shown to the resturant we where advised that the nice area we looked at was for the \"other hotel guests\" ours was tucked over the other side of the wall with a reduced menu, but was nice in itself but was looking forward to scrambled egg-no bother. would recommend the hotel for someone looking for very cheap overnight stay. definitely not a place for a romantic stay.

We arrived at midnight and have to check out at the hotel next door which it was no problem however there was an old man at the front desk there who was not very pleasant. The day prior to my arrival I called the front desk to let them know I was arriving late and the same old man aswered the phone and he had no clue of anything, he was no help and he told me I had to call the next day to let the hotel know about the delay. The rest of the staff were fine. The room was very old and smelled like mildew and the bathroom did not smell clean at all. This is a one star hotel for sure. At midninight there was a lot of noise from I believe were young guests and again at 3:00 am I was awaked by a group of youngsters staying at the hotel. IT WAS VERY VERY NOISY and no one seemed to do anything about it. This was a not very nice stay.

I could not find the remote control at the hotel. I searched for the remote for half an hour in the room... After I walked to the reception and asked, they requested for 10 Eur deposit for the remote control and they did not tell this to me during check in.

It was not clean generally and the decoration in the room was really very low quality and cheap.

I believe this hotel does not deserve the price they ask for...

When we arrived at the front desk the lady in there was nice. We received a room on the second floor and since we had a lot of bags and the hotel doesn't have an elevator, it was difficult carry them all the way up. The room didn't have cold water so we had to move to other room on the same floor. There's a charge if you want to watch TV. Room was ok as well as breakfast. Good value for the price.

I was not impressed at all. We were up on the 3rd floor and had small children with us. But one of our rooms was next to a room that the person in there was smoking and listening to music very loudly. We told the woman at the front desk, she did not care but did move us down to the other side of the smoking room. This is a NON SMOKING hotel and the woman at the front desk did nothing! Also pulling the covers back on the top bed, we found hair, dirt and grit all over. It was disgusting staying there and we will never stay at that one again. Even the restaurant hooked on to the hotel was ridiculously priced and service was extremely poor.

Es ist halt ein ein-Stern-Hotel. Das zimmer ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und es hat überall Alterungsspuren. Es erfüllt seinen Zweck zur Übernachtung und für den günstigen Preis kann man auch nicht mehr erwarten.
Das Einzige was tatsächlich nervig war, war die Lautstärke. Da alles sehr hellhörig ist, hört man jede Kleinigkeit aus dem Flur oder den anliegenden Räumen/Treppenhaus.

Gute Unterkunft etwas außerhalb der Stadt in einem Gewerbegebiet an der Autobahn. Etwas spartanisch ausgestattet, für mich auf einer Fahrradtour völlig ausreichend. Eine Fahrradgarage hat das Hotel ebenso, ein Snackautomat an der Rezeption und wem das nicht reicht bucht Frühstück oder sucht den nächsten Supermarkt auf der auch nicht weit weg ist.

Direkt im Eingang kam uns ein beißender Geruch entgegen. Das Bett war voll mit fremden Haaren und irgendeinem Schmutz. Der Boden noch schmutzig und voller Fusseln und Dreck. Das Bad sieht aus wie eine Toilette in einem Zug. Hier wollten wir nicht bleiben und konnten zum Glück gegen Aufpreis ein Zimmer im Hotel nebenan (beide Hotels teilen sich eine Rezeption) buchen.

Das Zimmer dort war wenigstens sauber (Die Handtücher dort hatten jedoch einen komischen Geruch und das Zimmer war sehr alt und einfach eingerichtet).

Der Check-In hat auch spät einwandfrei im Nachbarhotel funktioniert. Das Zimmer ist jedoch eine Katastrophe. Es stinkt extrem trotz offenem Fenster, überall im Zimmer Brandflecken und Schmutz. Im Bad Schimmel und marode Stellen. Hinzu kommt, dass das Bad eher eine Kabine aus Kunststoff ist, die nach dem Duschen so rutschig ist, dass man sehr aufpassen muss, sich nicht weh zu tun. Das schlimmste ist jedoch der Gestank und der Schmutz im Bad. Wenn wir nicht so spät mit unserer kleinen bereits schlafenden Tochter angereist wären, hätten wir sofort das Hotel gewechselt, oder im Auto geschlafen.

Veel kabaal doordat de sloten op de deuren niet zijn geïsoleerd, deze vallen hard in het slot. Ook stonden er mensen beneden voor de deur vanaf half vijf te wachten op vervoer en ondanks dat er gewoon gepraat werd, was dit erg luidruchtig. Het is beter een verzamelplaats buiten het parkeerterrein aan te houden en hierop toezien. Slechte beurt, kamers waren echter ok.

Uh, 'zweckmäßig' beschreibt es wohl ganz gut, für zwei Nächte okay.
Ausreichende, kostenfreie Parkplätze auf dem Gelände. Personal, Check-in und -out im Nachbarhotel, sehr nett.
Sauberkeit sehr verbesserungswürdig. Zimmer, Badezimmer, das Gebäude und die ganze Anlage nicht sauber.
Haus sehr hellhörig, man kann nichts für seine Gäste, ja, aber es war unglaublich laut rund um die Uhr. Keine AC, Fenster offen lassen geht wegen Lautstärke auf dem Parkplatz auch nicht.
Badezimmer riecht dauerhaft, Dusche undicht
Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe.

Premier Classe..Doesnt live up to its name...

Probably the worst hotell i have stayed in. Far too expensive for what was offered..
Price should have been cut by 50%..
We were not happy even though we only stayed 2 nights. Cleanliness was poor, matresses were filthy from body fluids..😡

Dit is een heel basic hotel. Het naast gelegen hotel waar ook het ontbijt geserveerd wordt is in alles net beter . Verder niet duur een schoon bed en tv op de kamer. Voor de prijs een prima keuze.

We vonden de badkamer echt niet schoon. Kraan en wastafel was vies met pretters en de douche lag met donkere haartjes, langs de randen in slaapkamer lagen nagels. De kussen waren vreselijk, slecht op geslapen de hele dag spierpijn van.

Je krijgt waarvoor je betaald. 60 euro voor een nachtje is goedkoop, kamer straalt dat zeker uut. Lijkt meer op een peeskamer, lakens waren schoon maar kamer was zeer armoedig ingericht, bed vering voelbaar, kussens ruk, badkamer maar niet gebruikt, en er liep een insect over de muur.
Inchecken bij campenille hotel ernaast was ok, ontbijt ook in campenille ook ok. Veel hang oostblokkers bij het hotel. Ik vermoed dat het gebruikt wordt als slaapplek voor oostblokkers die in een warehouse werken in de buurt, als woonverblijf.

Gemiddeld hotel voor één nachtje Breda. Bij aankomst moesten we €100,- cash geven. Het hotel ligt buiten de stad, dus gelukkig hadden we dit mee (maar veel anderen moesten weer terug). De kamer is gemiddeld, badkamer is erg low budget. We hadden geen prullenbakje op de kamer, wat vervelend is.

Heel stoffig, vieze muren, vochtplekken en schimmel in de badkamer. Water liep niet weg tijdens douchen en geen wc borstel. Kamers worden tijdens verblijf niet schoon gemaakt. Al met al..eerder vertrokken dan gepland b
