Good location for the airport and great value, friendly check in, room compact but had everything you need. Bit tatty and not super clean. Biggest problem was at 11pm and 3am an alarm in one of the nearby retail units went off for about 15 mins at a time. Not a lot the hotel can do about the alarm but did mess up a much needed night's sleep before an early flight.

For the price, it was excellent. The lobby did have a peculiar smell to it, but the room was clean, and there was an elevator, which is a bit rare for Europe. Overall there were no issues.

Overnight stay for flight the next day. Location is good due to proximity of shops & restaurants. Hotel itself is very basic. En suite shower had a shower head holder which had been installed horizontally instead of vertically, so therefore not actually usable. Toilet & shower are almost part of the bedroom rather than separate from it and finally our room smelled of cigarette smoke from previous incumbent ! Would not stay here again.

Nice and clean. Rooms have air conditioning. Very conveniently situated for the airport. You need a car if you are going to use it as a base for sightseeing in the area. There is no hotel restaurant, but there are places to eat within walking distance. Friendly staff.

For the price, it more than gets the job done if the job is to sleep comfortably and bathe efficiently. The rooms are small but immaculate. Breakfast was typical \"Ibis Budget\". 6 Euros for good coffee and breads and coissants and yogurt and fresh fruits, etc. There are other food choices very close by. We used 2 rooms for the 4 of us and they got the job done for a most reasonable price.

Such a great hotel for the price. Basic room but still very comfortable and all the amenities. The only issue is getting taxis into town etc are few and far between and expensive when available. If using this hotel I would advise renting a car also. The staff are lovely and very helpful!

The hotel was clean, functional and safe - which was pretty much what we needed.
Getting a taxi in to Carcassonne was quite tricky so we used a nearby bus-stop and got the bus into the main city and then walked to the old city. 1 Euro each, so excellent value.
The hotel that night was comfortable and did everything that we needed. It was easy to find and gave easy access to the main roads.
We opted for the breakfast which was nice and, whilst possibly overpriced, was massively convenient.
We'd stay here again without hesitation - which I suppose is the highest accolade I can give.

Le petit déjeuner n'a rien à voir avec les photos sur le site, je ne sais pas si le fait que la personne qui était en charge de celui-ci était débordée avec les trois tables prisent et deux personnes à l'accueil, mais les tables étaient sales et le buffet quasi vide. Pour ce qui était de la chambre, elle était propre, mais pour la literie, on dort vraiment sur une planche et on le ressent bien au réveil. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un rassemblement de voitures pas loin, et même avec une fenêtre fermée (avec poignée cassée) le bruit était plus qu'audible.

La limpieza de la habitación es correcta, no así en resto del hotel. El desayuno muy malo, no vale la pena pagar 8 euros por persona. No ponen ni platos y muy poca variedad de productos. No hay secador de pelo en habitación y la ducha huele mucho a humedad. Para pasar una noche y partir..

Lors de l'enregistrement, l'employé a voulu le faire payer la chambre alors que je pensais l'avoir réglée lors de l'enregistrement. Il a ensuite réalisé que c'était effectivement le cas et il ne m'a fait payer que les petits-déjeuners et la taxe de séjour. Le montant payé me semble supérieur mais comme la facture qu'il m'a remise n'est pas détaillée, je n'ai aucun moyen de vérifier. Bref, un peu de frustration !
