The room is very basic but clean and functional. It's very convenient for a one night stay before flying out from Linate airport. There is a pizzeria also available in the same building of the hotel and the check in was fast and efficient. The airport is within walking distance or you can get the hotel shuttle for a fiver.

Good things were staff, cleanliness, on-site pizzeria/restaurant and the shuttle bus.
Limitations: the surroundings aren't great. Being under the flight path one wouldn't want to open the windows even if you could.
At this price point a fridge would be a lot to ask for but tissues or a kettle or a bedside table would have been nice.

The area is noisy from planes taking off and landing, staff was less than spectacular, meaning,they were just okay. Unable to provide check out receipt because of booking through Expedia. Seems like I can get a check out receipt in the US. No free shuttle, driver drove fast and I had to hold on the back of the seat in front of me to stay out of the person next to me. The room was pretty generic. It was a good place because it was close to the airport.

Very clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Really excellent breakfast. Lots of healthy stuff as well as pastries and cooked items. You can walk to Linate from the hotel. So getting to Central Milan is easy. Added bonus of the mini pool with terrace. For those who like running it’s next to the rowing lake which is a fantastic route for running.

At 00:20 a random member of staff came into our room without knocking (I assume he thought the room was empty). When I confronted him he said there was a problem with our booking (after already checking in successfully)…when I went to reception to complain I was dismissed and not taken seriously. No real apology. My wife and child were woken by his entrance and struggled to go back to sleep after the disruption. Won’t be staying here again

Did what it needed to. No frills airport hotel. Location is adjacent to the airport, not on the airport.
Positive: new, clean and everything worked. Restaurant satisfactory for evening meal.
Negative: Airport shuttle not free and operated by a different property. That is worth a star or two demotion by itself. Also, the included breakfast does not open until at least an hour after you leave if you have one of the early flights from LIN. Hotel staff seemed totally disinterested in offering any support for breakfast to early departers. A coffee machine and a few packaged muffins or cereal bars in the lobby would be awesome.

Very close to the airport. I’d advice to book the shuttle which was value for money, the driver polite and the trip super quick. Only stayed one night but the room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet offered lots of choice and catered for different options. Only issue was that the double bed was a sofa bed which had seen better days and wasn’t very comfortable. We arrived late but the pizza the bar made for us was fresh and really nice.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Limited Breakfast Options

I stayed at [Hotel Name] recently and was very disappointed with the experience.
1.Staff and Service: The staff were unhelpful and inattentive, which made my stay uncomfortable. I felt that my concerns were not addressed properly, and there was a lack of professionalism in how they handled guests.
2.Breakfast Options: The breakfast was very limited, with almost no options for vegetarians. It felt like they didn’t consider dietary preferences at all, which is quite disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

I expected better quality and service based on the hotel’s reputation and price. Unfortunately, this stay fell far short of expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve.

We walked from Linate Airport, not much around. Hotel room clean but quite spartan, worse thing was the annoying machine pounding noise that came at intermittent intervals throughout the night. We were only staying one night or else I would have requested room change for sure. Breakfast good,

Good experience…the room was exactly what we needed after hours of air travel- a shower and a bed. Just a one-night stay, but we had a good experience…just don’t ask to check in before 2:00.

The bed was comfy and room was a decent size. It was clean too! Some of the staff were very friendly on reception and helpful.

However there is no mini bar and depending on which night worker is on you may or may not be able to purchase a minature from behind the bar. Unfortunately when I stayed, the night worker on my last night refused to sell me one and made up a policy about the bar closing at 10pm.
I confirmed with the manager in the morning that this policy was non existent and he had lied to me. The manager was also very unfriendly and unapologetic!
I explained it might have been an issue of race to which he replied it \"couldn't be as the night worker was from Bangledesh\". I found this very offensive as I am black British and not all brown people are / look the same!

He again did not apologise when I explained I was offended.
You are very limited in this hotel with no shops / bars or restaurants open at night! The vensing machines are also limited and the one on the 1st floor took my money but the product got stuck.

Would not recommend, especially if you are solo travelling, and would not stay again!

This property is a great option near the airport if you have an early flight. It’s also a quick metro trip to the main city centre as well. It’s clean and has a decent onsite restaurant. Not much else around. Layout of the rooms are unusual but everything is clean.

Excellent hotel with outstanding service.

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport but expected it to be very basic. I was so surprised and delighted by it. It is very comfortable and well designed. The common areas are lovely and the pizzeria is excellent. But most of all, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for either business or for visiting the city.

Modern hotel with easy access to the airport

The hotel is pretty new. The facilities were clean and modern. They have a shuttle to the airport that cost 3 euros per person and it runs 24/7. We only stayed one day but we really enjoyed it.

It is a perfect hotel for before or after flight. It is close to the airport, very clean and breakfast is included. Really good value. The only problem was a a noisy heating/air conditioning unit so I could not sleep. But I am a very light sleeper. Comfortable bed, big enough room ( I had a king size bed). Breakfast buffet was good. Easy parking in the front of the hotel. There is also a shuttle to and from the airport.
