Lovely welcome as we arrived late evening. Lovely lady on reception explained everything to us. Beautiful rooms large and spacious. Friendly checkout . Helpful when we had to return after checking out as someone had left something in the room and needed to return to retrieve it.

Great hotel if you are in the area for business or visiting family. You do need a car to get around even though there’s a shuttle that can take you to the nearby town of Agrate Brianza.

This hotel is great! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their free shuttle van was great bonus in driving us to my friend's house which was a few minutes from the hotel. It was also very walkable to the nearby town and overall a great experience.

Although the rooms are a little dated, but the quality of service and restaurant are amazing and truly compensate.
We used their shuttle services, they were so accommodating to our changing schedule during the Monza F1 GP.
We stayed 4 nights at this property. The hotel restaurant is amazing for breakfast and dinner options.
Thanks again to all the staff for making our stay during the grand-prix a memorable one !

We like the hotel since it had a bar and a playstation for entertainment since we were going with our 7yr old. A/C could of been better, room felt kind of warm even with the a/c on but I guess it was a fan, the other thing that we dislike was that they only gave us 1 card and lights, A/C only worked with the card inserted other than that everything was good.

When we arrived (about 5 pm) there was not someone up front, waited just a few min, then said hello, the lady seemed busy or in the back then seemed annoyed we called out. The room was clean, but my opinion I didn’t like the shower was open and then had a hard time draining I had to turn the shower off to let the water go down then turn back on. Another option I didn’t like the location seemed to be in a business park, but my fault for not checking, overall I’d not revisit

There’s no fan or air conditioning just a single window without a screen. Since it was so hot we opened the window and then proceeded to be eaten by mosquitos. And don’t bother with the in room fridge, it doesn’t keep anything much cooler than room temp. If you intend to visit anything outside of the building, rent a car. The shuttle is good for during the day but since most Italian life is in the evening you will get stuck at a train station with no taxis. So if you want to tour around, rent a car. Period. The only saving grace for this property was it’s friendly staff whom most spoke English (thank you!)

Beautiful high end new decor that myself and my children were impressed with. A short break in a hotel that balances classy with welcoming. The location is ideal for local amenities and it is one low priced bus from the airport. The breakfast selection is such high quality it met the needs of all three fussy eaters.
The room has a luxurious feel and was comfortable and the staff were also friendly and professional. Plenty of easy to reach attractions on the island, we went 'Swimming with dolphins' and the hospitality was above and beyond there too. Before going I read many sites stating that it is the nightlife area but heard no noise and I am a light sleeper. Only downside is that there is no gym

great base for Northern Italy!

A great base to explore from in the North! Staff were outstanding and could not have been more helpful to non-Itaian speakers like us!! Raod sysyem allowed us to go down to Pisa and over to Venice. hotel staff recommended routes, places to visit that were off the tourist trap and places to eat that were local, not full of tourists!!
The only downside was that you had to drive to all of the places to eat..only one restaurant near by and whilst good, had limited opening.
We would use this hotel again without hesitation!!

Quiet and friendly hotel

Located outside of Milan in a business estate so was very quiet and safe. Ideal for travellers from Bergamo airport. Free parking also. Check-in was quick and easy and we were given 2x spacious family rooms. AC not working but the general temperature of the room was perfect so didn't need to use it. Beds were clean and comfy so always had a nice rest. Bathroom was clean with a huge mirror.

Communal lobby where you had access to the bar, TV and a PS4! As you entered the hotel there was a pleasant aroma :)

Breakfast was OK although it was from the same menu all week but there was food for all.

Also managed time to relax in a Turkish steam bath.

The Ibis is a great looking hotel. I love the modern feel. The staff was very kind and quick to get us our room. They had already made the extra bed which I appreciated. Breakfast was great!!. The 2 problems we had was the water in the shower would go from hot to cold with no warning. This is really bad since we were a family with little children. The second problem was when I closed the curtains there was a bunch of ladybugs in the curtains. I had to kill them before my daughters would go to bed. I did alert the staff when we left about he problems and they said they would take care of it.

hotel reception staff were lovely but when we got in our room there was a load of hair in the toilet from the cleaners (i hope). the bed was relatively hard and also they use a sheet covering the duvet with no zippers or poppers to hold it in place so it just falls off all the time. most of the night we woke up with just a sheet and no duvet. Air con in room didnt work when i tried to use it. Breakfast was lovely as was parking but second day when cleaners came in they managed to make the bed with a dirty sock in it!! admittedly left there from when we left but they didnt even notice so probably not cleaning properly. Otherwise ok, but the comfort really let it down as bed was uncomfortable and hard.

The hotel is modern and clean, with a very spacious and comfortable room.
It is however located in an industrial estate with no shop within walking distance. So best to stock up on room provisions before arrival.

One of those strange ones to pin down, nothing at all wrong with the hotel. I was photgraphing the racing at Monza and it was perfectly functional with everything I needed, but.... so close to Milan and so close to Monza but just too far out to enjoy either, just didn't offer everything I may have wanted.

Great hotel, but far from the railway station

We checked in this hotel well after midnight with 2 children. The reception staff was very helpful when we called up to tell them that we are travelling from Switzerland and will be late in checking in. They responded very positively saying that there was no problem. As usual, Expedia made sure that our bookings were confirmed and the process smooth. The room was very clean, warm and large, considering that it was quite cold outside. Coffee was readily available in the lobby from the boiler. This refreshed us a lot after a tiring day's travel. The beds were nice and comfortable and the room also had good views. In the morning, we were in a hurry since we had to leave early. So we informed the restaurant staff, who ensured that food was properly packed for all of us. They were really helpful. We just had a cup of tea and packed the rest. Great service and a great bargain deal was given by the hotel. I will definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who does not have a problem in staying out of the main city.

Neighborhood was less than fun for shopping and restaurants, but it was the perfect locale for work. The hotel was very modern and fun looking, but the beds felt like sleeping on the floor. VERY hard and uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and for the most part the rooms were clean, the bathrooms could use a little deep cleaning. Overall an enjoyable stay, with a WONDERFUL breakfast.

Siamo stati una seconda volta in questo hotel a distanza di qalche mese. Le ottime impressioni in genere sono confermate: ottima colazione molto varia e buona. Stanze adeguatamente grandi e silenziose. Pulizia e manutenzione in genere da migliorare. Ottima posizione per visitare i dintorni, sia verso Milano che Bergamo.
