Room nice. Had booked a twin but Room had a double bed. Took ages to sort out. Went to the spa to relax. Far from relaxing with noisy children screeching and shouting. So very disappointing as we were really looking forward to relaxing in the spa, that was the reason that we booked this particular hotel and not another. Food was nice in bar and good service. Disappointed for what we paid + £10 parking. Combination of the room not being right, and the spa, made for not a great visit.

Booked this for my parents’ anniversary, they loved it and said staff were nice. Request was also actioned which was amazing.
Only con was they only offer indian food for dinner, so my mom was not able to eat anything and she does not like it, would be nice to have a more versatile selection of different cuisines.

Had a great stay. They actually took their time to action my request which was so nice of them. My parents stayed here before in which they really enjoyed it so I came to stay after. Would definitely go back. Room also beautiful.
The only 2 cons were they only offer Indian food for dinner, they should have a broader cuisine selection. Furthermore, spa & pool facilities are listed till 10pm, but was told to get out at 9.40pm which wasn’t nice.

I checked in at 130am ish and asked the member of staff to do me a late check out as i had just come from Ireland which took me driving over 15 hours with ferry and road closers so very much needed my rest BUT @ 8am the drilling started your member of staff had put me in the same area this is not fair so I had to get up and go to the main check in I am not happy with the service i received Mandy the manager was helpful but a little to late for her help after that so i checked out JOKES

Standard room was ok. Nothing special. Water pressure in shower went to a trickle while covered in soap. But reception and maintenance did rectify quickly when informed. Went back because we spent our wedding night there 36 years ago. Reception were told but nothing to mark this return was done to acknowledge it. Food choice in restaurant was disappointing. Ended up with a loaded burger, I am not sure what the burger meat was supposed to be but it wasn’t beef. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Car park was busy so we ended up a long way from entrance and it was very muddy, having to pay for parking also made this more upsetting. The biggest bonus was a really nice pool in the spa. Again friendly staff. But out the four showers in the men’s changing room, 1 was closed off and 1!had a missing shower head.

The swimming and sauna was decent however our stay was ruined after to having to pack our bags at 3am and move rooms due to being disturbed by loud, rowdy, drunk men trying to enter our room, then proceeding to bang on our door and also played music very loudly. Bearing in mind this was at 3 o’clock in the morning and it terrified my partner.

I feel like reception had no idea how to handle this situation, worryingly it seemed like they just wanted us to deal with it ourselves but eventually they offered us a new room. This room was not up to standard as our original room because it small and freezing cold. The heating did not work at all. This felt like a slap in the face and ruined our stay which was a shame. It was definitely a waste of money.

The room was cold and took a long time to heat up. The pool area was cold as well as the pool. The hot tub was only just warm, the sauna wasn't working properly, wasn't hot, the steam room wasn't working at first untill around 5pm then it was overcrowded because everywhere eles was cold. The restaurant was freezing so i took my food to my room.I complained about this and was told someone would be in touch with me this week but nobody has. I only come for a spa day to relax this didn't happen. I was going to have a massage but didn't want to be disappointed if it was it was cold was told when I complained that no managers were there over the weekend

Everything was average but what was terrible was the was a lot of black mould round the window not just a little, a lot. If we had noticed it when we arrived (arrived when it was dark and the poor lighting in the room) we would have asked to move as ive got very bad asthma and since staying saturday night have been weezey.

On arrival I was told that there was no water in the rooms due to maintenance work and they were not sure when the water would be turned on. There was no real apology reception staff just gave the information and when I said I was not happy about it they just said maintenance needed to be done sometime. So although I could book into my room I was unable to use the toilet, make a hot drink or wash after 2 hours of travelling. They did move me to another room after about 40 minutes when water was returned to some rooms in the hotel. Bedroom and bathroom were‘tired’ looking and need redecorating. Parking cost more than advertised in description.

Seemless check in, Leah checked us in and was so polite and knowledgable about the hotel and surrounding. Room was perfect, clean, cleaning staff were friendly. Air con but also a fan heater was in the room if needed. Liam who works in the bar is as asset and, in my opinion, should be promoted! Ii swimming pool and spa facilities excellent.
ive stayed there before and really enjoyed it even more so now. Will be booking to stay again in a few weeks. A little gem. Highly recommend.

You get charged parking even though you put it in your hotels.com search. Plus I was a Accor member and they don’t even ask you if you are because you booked through a 3rd party and Costa you £10 per night.
Gym fairly good, room could do with upgrade on the heating and a bit dated.
Not enough staff on front end.

Large room, comfortable bed, great bathroom. Unusual layout in the room - lots of unused space by the door, could use a small sofa there. Would also be good to have 2 sidelights instead if one. One light wasn’t quite enough which meant the main light needed to be on which was quite harsh. The keyless entry to the room was a bit annoying, but that’s personal preference. Having said that, if at brands hatch again would definitely stay again.

The hotel was good, could do with a refresh especially the carpets. Bathroom bottles were empty, but staff were quick to help out. Restaurant food was very good, fantastic curry. Staff were friendly especially Leah, who was very helpful. Breakfast was nice, better quality of sausages would’ve mad this better.. Overall yes we would say here again.

Limited food choice in main restaurant as mainly Indian food. Ok for a one night stay but limited if you can’t eat Indian food. Fish and chips, steak etc other option but not imaginative.
Our room was clean and appreciated the walk in show. But the springs were coming through our mattress!! Uncomfortable to say the least. Children running around the bar area. Throwing the cushions off the sofas. Screaming and playing tag. Parents and staff taking no notice. Went to our room at nine pm to get away from the noise! To our lumpy bed!! Such a shame as have been using this hotel for many years.

So the rooms were clean and comfortable. Right next to brands hatch circuit.
Pool was a bit on the cool side, took a moment to get accustomed to it,

The biggest issue is outside... The carpark charges £10 a night for essentially a patch of dirt. Very few lights work, parking bays are too small, leading to some of the worst parking I've seen.

Realistically - the benefit for the hotel is solely that it’s close to the track and it’s relatively cheap. Besides that, having stayed a few times, it’s dirty, and cheap. My most recent stay included black mould in the bathroom and on shower head and a delightful sweaty/smokey smell from the AC.

Hotel serves a purpose but no more than that.

1. Arrived Sunday evening for a 3 night stay. We ate in the restaurant the 1st night. There were only 2 or 3 tables occupied at the time we arrived. Asked to sit near the open door as it was very warm but told they were set for breakfast. However later others were seated in that area. It took 40 minutes for our food order to be taken. Our bill was reduced by the manager but that wasn't the point. We were told they were short of staff but that isn't our problem.
2. Although, not the hotels fault I was woken up just after midnight by voices this went on for a while. Then it was yes, yes, yes, so you can image what was going on in the room next door. Following this the couple appeared to be arguing.
3. Tuesday morning woke up to find there was NO hot water to shower. Appears there was an issue
4. Tuesday evening arrived back at the hotel around 10am after spending the whole day clearing out a family relation house who had passed away. Only to find our room hadn't been serviced. Someone had been in to take the towels but only left 1 bath & hand towel. The cups were rinsed. The bathroom shower wasn't cleaned, nor the bin emptied and the bed wasn't made. This was supposedly a Deluxe Room, no bedside lights or a place to put anything in a draw.
Good point the bed was comfy and the walk-in shower good when you had hot water.
Would I stay here again, NO I wouldn't recommend it. If you have to stay in the area then you are better off staying at the BrandsHatch Place Hotel & Spa

Food options were limited in the bar, my partner chose a curry for 18 pounds which just came out as a curry on its own, no rice, no naan or poppadoms. 18 pounds for curry on its own is a lot and there wefe no options on the memu to add any sides to go wirh it so we assumed it came with it all. Bed was very hard and you could feel fhe springs digging into you. Our room was near the entrancw to the gym and the pool so we were woken up myltiple times early in the morning for people accessing that

Booked 2 nights for a superior room which was not as advertised - much smaller, not even a fridge in the room!
Room claimed to have soundproofed walls as well and this was definitely not the case!
The whole hotel itself was very unclean, build up of dust on the bed, carpet, webs etc other guests room service and alcoholic beverages half full left outside in corridors for long periods of time.
The gym is ok, however a couple of machines were out of use, they have spin and yoga classes but the reception staff don’t know much information and redirect you to the spa website, the spa website is useless and just offers a membership?
The pool is a lot smaller than the photo shows and gets very busy due to spa guests.
There’s nothing local, not even a shop, you have to drive to Swanley which is a sh*thole.

I imagine lots of people stay for Brands Hatch which is suitable for them but this was not the reason for our stay.

Overall, I would not stay again.

Double privilege room was very comfortable, good bed and lots of space, including nice size bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful - really lovely people! They even brought two extra pillows to the bedroom at midnight. The only let down was breakfast. Cheap food items used and cooked breakfast options were limited - no fried eggs! Did not brave the sloppy solidified scrambled egg. Definitely not worth the £20 per head!

Excellent hotel, though you have to pay for parking, the reception staff said if you joined the hotel group (for free) I would get free parking. So I did and saved £20…bonus. Very helpful staff at reception. Excellent staff in restaurant, looked after us and were very attentive. Food was all Indian (unless you ordered from the bar menu) which was a bit disappointing, but the meal was very nice. We ate in the bar the second night where we had the meat free burger which was lovely. Over all great stay. Only down side was the lighting in the room was terrible, very dim, even though there was 4 lights in the bedroom area. Room was clean and comfortable beds, with warm quilt.

The stay was nice and overall it was fine. The issues we had were all dealt with quickly by the general staff and hotel management who were excellent, very professional and helpful. Some of the supervisors were a little less so and this made for a disappointing stay. The hotel was dirty and untidy in areas and in need of a bit of updating. Food was amazing and highly recommended. It’s a shame for a hotel on Brands Hatches door step we had to request the F1 was shown not football!
Overall we had a nice weekend away but there is definitely room for improvement

This was our third stay at this hotel and we were disappointed by a few things. The first was they now charge for parking, which was previously free if you were staying at the hotel. They wanted £30 for our 2 night stay. We stay at many hotels, when following motor sports and this is the only one that charges. Our room was cold - only cold air blew out. This was also the case on our last visit in November and they told us they were having problems. Surely this should have been fixed by now. The positives include the hotels proximity to the race track, nice bar area, newly furnished - love the tables; good size room with great shower. We would stay again, just a little disappointed, especially by the parking.

The room carets was badly stained. The bed sheet was staines. Room servixe or front desk did not answer calls. The was a broken pool light and the electric cabel was hanging in the pool. It also cost £20 to park for an over ight stay. I wouldnt stay at this hotel again or recommend it

The first shock was to pay an extra £30 upon arrival for 2 days car parking, I could of picked a different hotel with free car park.

My room was above the delivery access, woke up by a reversing van and constant noise of a delivery van.

The sauna door looked like it has not been cleaned in years, it may be given a quick wipe but the stains are years old, good temperature but lacked TLC.

Nice spacious pool.

Food rather expensive, but i think that is just normal for the area.

The staff were very friendly. The gym facilities were great. The room itself was mostly clean, some area of improvement. What really let it down for me was the food. Unfortunately the food served within the Racing bar was below standard, overpriced and not fresh, i also felt this was the case with breakfast as well. I do know there is also a restaurant which was not open, i can only speak for the Racing Bar food

Slightly disappointed for a premier room there was no towel rail in the bathroom, nor hook on the door to put your wet towel! Also the room looked out onto a brick wall, there was no central light in the bedroom which made the room very dark. Breakfast was lovely as were the staff.

Overpriced, understaffed and woefully managed

Really disappointing. To start with the rooms were COLD, during our stay this extended to having no hot water in the room. We had to use a portable heater throughout the entire stay to keep the room warm enough for our daughter.

The room itself appeared clean enough but soon enough a previous customers earplug fell out of the bed. During the 2 night stay our room was cleaned but dirty glasses left in the room and dirty mugs left on the floor outside our room.

The breakfast was fine but the restaurant woefully understaffed, at both breakfast and dinner there were no clean tables dispite the restaurant not looking busy, essentially not enough staff to manage after the rush.

The whole trip stank of cost cutting, highlighted by stained carpets, understaffing and inadequate heating/hot water.

Not up to the usual standard of the past

I had room number 298 at the end of the corridor which is almost like the corridor that time forgot there was no heating. The windows were draughty no extractor fan in the toilet so it was like being in a sauna and the underfloor heating didn’t work so we had a cold floor in the bathroom first thing in the morning and messy at night was like ice.
