My reason for giving 2 stars is solely based on the services. I have stayed at MANY hotels and this was the first time I heard that customers can't order food from outside. Really?? They allowed to order food from outside after 10:30 PM! This was nowhere mentioned on their website. I am okay to follow the rules if they were mentioned prior to booking. They told us when we checked in. This is insane! On top, I mentioned that my credit card is not working and I just have few amount to work with. Therefore, I couldn't afford their restaurant's food which was 800 lira (main course) per day. Why should I pay this much for 1 meal when I can easily order from outside for approx 300 lira, good portion meal?!! They did not respect my request. Every time I came downstairs to grab the food after 10:30pm they would stare at me which made me very uncomfortable. I requested if they could let the delivery boy come to my room to deliver food due to medical condition, but they refused. I understand they don't allow strangers to enter the hotel, but the receptionist could have just walked him to the room. How hard was it? I am extremely disappointed how insensitive they were.

Most of the mean receptionists were the MALES. I couldn't get their names but it was just the male receptionists who were not cooperative.

The only understandable person there was the female receptionist, Fatima. She wanted to help me and she did what she could but the males receptionist/manager did not allow her.

Super pleased with our stay. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Special thanks to Berot and Furkon for all their assistance during our stay, as we were quite lost. Room was spotless with a pleasant scent permeating through the entire hotel. Bonus was that the staff could speak English, the gym is 24/7, and the restaurant menu had a wide variety of meals.

They doesn't allow AC to keep on when you leave the room, and electric plugs stop when room card is removed, so don't think of charging your laptop or power bank when away.
Breakfast is chargeable, and parking very tight and jam

when you ask for plate from reception, you don't get it and they don't tell you to call the restaurant instead.

The food was generally of a good standard both for breakfast and for evening meals.
I did not like the height of the toilet roll holders - they are far too low necessitating trips to the ground floor toilet! The young man near reception who seemed to have several duties including cleaning, ordering taxis and local driving to Axis Shopping Mall showed exceptionally good customer service skills! The area is not the best but taxis do not take long to arrive! All in all I think 4 out of 5 points for the hotel!

Excellent hotel, plentiful breakfast, the staff are very helpful especially the Reception staff, Ramzaan and Bathuhan were more than helpful and very polite. 5 star facilities. I stayed with my 4 kids and getting Reasonably priced transport available. The hotel staff even went out of their wat by dropping us off for free. A very good and clean hotel.to and from hotel was quite easy.

The hotel is very nice. It’s service, size of rooms, cleanliness and treatment were excellent. Breakfast included a variety of food. Although, receptionists were good but The receptionist Jalal was the best of all, he was very friendly and helpful. The worst of the hotel was the public transportation, it was difficult to get a taxi while the nearest train station needs about 7-10 minutes walk which was difficult on early hot August. Generally speaking, our experience was good.

The staff were friendly and cooperative. Room was spacious and had a very nice view from the 10th floor. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough.
It takes 10 to 15 minutes walking to the metro and bus stations
To get to the hotel through the industrial workshops was the only disadvantage. Yet, value for money was good.

The hotel was clean, rooms were decent. The staff were excellent and very helpful in organising our tours and trips. You can reach the city centre in 30-40mins by public transport. Metro and tram station is quite nearby. The free shuttle service provided by the hotel to the metro station is very efficient and helpful- the walk to the metro station is not ideal (especially during the evening/night) and hence the shuttle service provided is very good. Overall, it was a great stay.

The heating needs a fix

Pros
The breakfast was alright but some food was slightly too cold.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It also had a good view and good sound insulation.

Cons
The heating was ridiculous. The room temperature kept at 29-30°C (as displayed on the control panel) even though it also displayed “set to 18°C” after we had tried to turn the temperature down. When we asked the hotel for help, the staff merely closed the window (presumably there was an auto sensor) but it was still boiling hot.
The hotel was in the middle of auto repair shops and the roads around were very narrow and sometimes worn out, which made suitcase carrying somewhat difficult.
When we first got to the room there was a hair around the shower head and a clothes tag on the floor.
The shower head was also very weak and the water temperature kept changing.

Actually I didn't really like the area, where the hotel is located, but the rooms were really nice. Clean, comfortable and big enough. The WiFi connection is good and the room has enough power points, which is always important for me. :))) The breakfast was not huge, but good enough. I would come here again.

We arrived late at night, and the hospitality shown by the front desk and the staff was very welcoming that quickly overcame the exhaustion of our long journey from Izmir. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was a delight. Together with ample free parking, I would highly recommend this hotel close to the historic Eyup Sultan Mosque.

Great hotel, not so good location.

Hotel is fantastic itself, the area isn’t good at all! It’s about 10 mins walk to two metro stations either side - the walk isn’t a pleasant one especially late night. Other than that, the hotel was excellent, clean and all amenities were made available!

We stayed for one night at this hotel as we had a stopover in Istanbul.

I thought being a well known hotel chain their reception staff would be professional, but no! The reception staff made me wait 10 minutes before acknowledging me - first he was looking at papers and didn’t say a word then he made/took a call on his mobile phone. Finally when he did acknowledge me it was as if he had been forced to talk to me. When I said I have booked two triple rooms with twin beds and a sofa bed each, he looked at me puzzled and quite rudely said he didn’t know what a sofa bed was! When we arrived at the room thankfully the sofa did turn into a bed - maybe training of staff is needed as to what a sofa bed is and just being well mannered with customers.
The heating in our room wasn’t working on a very chilly night in Istanbul, a staff member came and sorted it out but it took him about an hour as he had to open the system then clean up the mess made from this, by which time we were very cold.

A nice clean hotel with delicious breakfast and good for a one night stay. Reception staff should be customer friendly and know basics of the industry i.e. sofa bed!

Stayed for the 2nd time within 2 years. Both stays for 2 nights. Room was not ready untill 4 pm. Staff offered different room with twin beds but I wished to wait till 2pm. Then they told me to wait another 2 hours. During check out when I asked to have late check out at 2pm they did not allow. So unfair. Room was OK but shower broken, arm chairs with burns, cigarette smell everywhere. So this was my last stay here.

This is a great hotel as the building.. Rooms are comfortable and nice..
Location is good in terms of access to the airport and the bus terminal.
However, neighborhood is ugly. Getting to the hotel is not super straightforward.
My cab driver had to ask a few times to find the door of the hotel although we could see the building.

Really core hotel...

Brand new hotel. The hotel has a fantastic view of the most parts of Istanbul, you can even see the Bosphorous barely. Friendly, polite staff and receptionist. Part of the hotel was still under construction but that does not affect your staying. It is in the middle of an industrial complex. Don`t choose the rooms facing the highway unless you don`t mind the car noise. Internet connection is quite bad. Breakfast is reasonable.

1- Sigara içilmeyen oda istememize rağmen keskin sigara kokusu olan oda tahsis edilmişti. Başka bir oda verildi.

2- Temizlik biraz sıkıntı. Banyoda uzun saç vardı. Oda camından manzara seyretmek için camı dışarıdan silmelisiniz.

3- 13. Katta her akşam bir etkinlik ve yüksek gürültü var.

I recently stayed at the Ramadan Hotel and had a mixed experience.

The check-in process was excellent, and the hotel staff were very good. They were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth start to my stay.

However, there were several issues that significantly impacted my overall impression of the hotel. The bathroom, unfortunately, had mold, and there was no power outlet available, which was quite inconvenient. Over time, my clothes started to smell like stale air, indicating a lack of proper ventilation.

On a positive note, the housekeeping staff were diligent and did a good job of tidying up the room every day. Despite signs in the bathroom urging guests to consider the environment, all the towels were replaced daily, which seemed wasteful and contradictory to the hotel’s environmental messages.

Breakfast was served on the rooftop, which could have been a highlight due to the location, but the selection was poor, and the coffee was particularly disappointing. The food didn’t taste fresh, adding to the overall dissatisfaction with the dining experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a room with a sea view. The view itself was lovely, but unfortunately, the expressway was also in sight. Even with the windows closed, the noise from the traffic was too loud, so be sure to bring noise-canceling headphones if you plan to stay here.

The bathrooms are in dire need of renovation. I couldn't tell if I was standing on mold or just limestone buildup, which was quite off-putting.

The hotel is surrounded by metal workshops and textile manufacturers, so the area is not very tourist-friendly. I recommend getting an Uber directly from the hotel to your destination to avoid the industrial surroundings.

On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more pleasant despite the issues.
