Outstanding views nearby, and good coffee etc not too far away. Centre of town about 12 to 14 minutes walk. Room and facilities are recently renovated to a high standard. I would choose to stay here again.

Would have appreciated having had extra towels since there is no room service on Sundays. It was known that we were staying two nights. Reception was closed when we left in the morning and at our return in the evening. No option.

They didn't make the room between our 2 nights, didn't gave us others towells to replace the first ones. When we arrived at 20h, there was nobody at the reception to explain....
The last morning, they told us that they don't do the rooms on sunday!!!!! Because they don't have anyone anybody want tk work!

the staff were really nice and helpful and the location was amazing with echo point being only a few hundred meters away, if that. however, the bathroom was not the cleanest/didn’t seem like it had been cleaned since the last guest. other than that, there were nice soft extra blankets in the wardrobe and nice air conditioning. the parking was easily accessible and not too crowded

Lamps falling sideways, unsafe couldnt turn them on , only one teaspoon for coffee, bathroom tiny had to walk sideways to get in shower. Noisy. Fridge over heates cos it was in an airless cupboard. Aircon vibrated the wall and sounded like a truck idling, staff said they were aware and had reported it ages ago.

It was a very easy check-in and in a great location, plus a peaceful overnight stay.
The room and linen were clean and the two beds and pillows were very comfortable.
The 250ml milk in the fridge was already open, and used, so I was happy that I had brought my own milk. The bathroom was very clean, with good water pressure in the shower, however we ran out of liquid soap within the first minute of use - thank goodness I was prepared.
Overall an easy stay conveniently close to Katoomba.

Was a nice room but it did say that there was ceiling fans which they weren’t and we also got a note under the door after we had already arrived to say that our car could not be parked there between 8 am and 6 pm because of line marking which we stayed there so we had somewhere to park our car the alternatives were around 2 km away to be able to park our car and I’m driving out in the morning. We drove out the back driveway exit where there was rubbish on one side and plants on the other bushes and they scratched along my car scratching the paint.

The motel was in a great location but is very dated. Ideally it should be bull dozed and replaced with a beautiful new motel.The bed was hard which made a good nights sleep impossible. The taps over the basin in the bathroom dripped constantly and the toilet bowl appeared to have a hairline crack which resulted in a pool of water on the floor. The bathroom light was linked to the fan which sounded like a chaff cutter and needs replacing.

Staff on arrival were so lovely and helpful. Our room was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay.
Lots of coffee, sugar ect.
Plenty of clean, large towels. Great shower and heater light.
Very comfy bed.
Very quite and minutes walk to the Three Sisters, perfect position for a sunset stroll down.
Great takeawy food options close by.
We loved our stay and will be back!

The bed was excellent, comfortable, clean and crisp! Location was within the Blue Mountains, checkin was quick and easy, no info provided but all my questions answered. I felt safe and it was quiet. The room could have been cleaner. At first glance room looked clean but there was an inch of dust on top of the wardrobe, toilet flusher needed cleaning and floor needed cleaning. The price was right and I would stay again but it could be cleaner. Just ok especially for one night.

Perfect! Weekend away with kids, room is set up well with a queen and 2 singles. Plenty of space. Small fridge and kettle. Nice clean ensuite with great pressure and quick hot water.

Perfect location! Short walk to Echo point lookout, 3 sisters. NSW bar across the road, great spot for an afternoon bite and beverage.

Staff were also very nice, easy late check in and friendly service. Not a fault.

Was very happy with our stay. Nice size room that accommodated a family of 4. It was very central to the three sisters blue mountains which saved us cost of parking since it’s walking distance. Easy check in. Would definitely go back.

Convenient location within a short walk to Echo Point and the Three Sisters.
Motel style parking at your door is also super convenient.
Rooms are not double glazed (I believe) and curtains are more for privacy than warmth. On cold nights the aircon needs to be ramped up to 27 or 28C but the warm air doesn’t quite reach as far as the bed across the smallish room.
The room had a couple of items requiring maintenance: broken security latch on door, and missing upper towel rail in bathroom.
Also a strange “bed light” above the single bed which had a blindingly powerful LED light globe AND a sticker saying “Don’t try adjusting the light” - so we just turned it off via the almost invisible tiny button above the light.
The shower is a convenient walk-in and the water was nice and hot.
NB. Breakfast is not available here - but there are plenty of options in Katoomba and Leura.
So on balance, a comfortable stay for a night or two.

The property is in an ideal location if your visiting the 3 sisters or the walking trails and Skyway, rooms seem reasonably new and modern and the staff were pleasant hand helpful during interactions and reasonable parking.

Downside:
There was a noisy generator sound at the rear of the room that seemed to be on timer for extended periods of time.
We booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed as there was my self and the wife and my 2 kids. initially we noticed we only had 2 towels for the 4 of us but picked up on that before reception closed.

although at 7pm we unfolded the sofa bed which should have had all the bedding on it based on the check-in advise. but was not the case i suppose the 2 towels should of been the tell tails signs. fortunately i found the out of hours manager number on the website and he attended and providing bedding and provided some acceptable compensation.

The proximity to the viewing area of Three Sisters (easy walk) was good. Easy access to town and restaurants (short drive).
Our room was a good size and clean, beds were comfortable.
The only downside was the external lights on our wing did not work, making access to our room difficult in the dark. I brought this to the staff's attention, and hopefully this has now been remedied.

- unable to undress or redress after shower with bathroom door shut - elbows banging into walls
- unable to sit on toilet without knees hitting wall and 1 elbow hitting wall
- nowhere to hang towels or clothes in bathroom
- some hooks supplied outside bathroom, but their placement was such that it was impossible to dry towels (if towels could be dried, daily housekeeping may not be needed)
- not daily housekeeping as stated - couldn’t dry towels, had to ask for more and those then supplied were damp

We were there for 5 nights - the room we had was really only suitable for overnights, not multiple nights.

The property area is quiet. The room is clean and tidy. Staffs are polite and helpful. Easy parking outside the unit. Most of the facilities inside the room are excellent. However, the trendy shower isn't very practical. The water stream isn't good enough especially for hair washing. Hope that another handheld shower head can be installed. Thanks.

The room was very cold and the heater didn’t really help.
It looked like there wa
WiFi was terrible - I could only get a weak signal if I sat in a certain place in the room.
The tv seemed as though it was hooked up to the terrible WiFi and would freeze more often than not
On the last day I went to use the iron but there wasn’t an iron in the cupboard, or an ironing board. To be fair, I didn’t ask for one as I had to leave before reception was open.

Been there for 2 nights. The place was good but it is really need to do a lot of cleaning there especially the toilet and the bathrooms. It was accessible to scenic world especially to the 3 sisters which is just walking distanCe. It was good as well they got the microwave. Just the cleanliness need to be improve a little bit.

Great place to stay! So close to Echo Point with great views. The room was lovely my only complaint would be the walls are very thin so you hear everything going on around you. Plus there was no insect screens so when opening windows it let insects in. Besides these would recommend and great value. Easy parking too.

Great location to walk to the lookout of the Three Sisters and only an easy 20min walk into town. The Motel has been nicely renovated and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that I missed was sheer curtains so we could open the block out blinds and still have some privacy.
However, we enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back.

I had the King Suite and it was light, clean and airy. It stated mountain views but I had to peer between trees to get a glimpse of rock. It’s more carpark views. I don’t have a problem with the carpark but don’t state mountain views.

Stayed 1 night, room was in need of renovation.
Bathroom had been tidied up with paint that was missing from tiles and walls.

Bed was comfortable until 2 people slept on it and both would roll to the middle. There was hardly any room to walk down sides of bed.
Curtains not block out, and do not fit windows properly, allowing street lights to shine in.
TV struggled with reception and aircon kept shutting off.

No water saving in practice - single flush toilet and no restriction on shower

My flights into Sydney changed and I arrived a day later than expected. They didnt make any effort to reimburse my room, even though I gave then the opportunity to resell it. There had been a storm and I was told there was no wifi becuse if it but al the other hotels in the area had wifi. I had to go and do my work in a different hotel during the day.

We booked so we could go on the Grand Cliff Walk from Wentworth Falls to Scenic World. We chose here because it's not far off the track in case we needed to go take a break. However, the weekend was the worst weather, so we didn't end up going. But still, we had a great weekend away in Katoomba, and our room was perfect for our needs. Spotlessly clean, very quiet (no noise from the carpark or from neighbours). Staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back here again.

Did not get the city view that was advertised on the hotels.com site. Jack the receptionist said that they do not have an upgraded room with a city view at all, which is falls advertising. Found a fly with maggots on my bed, on my first night, so requested to be transferred to another room which was granted and the receptionist gave the key without a word.
The room I was transferred to, was
more spacious and the shower drainage did not smell unlike the initial room.

Overall the rest of my stay was pretty good minus the initial hiccups.

Motel is minutes from the 3 sisters, bus stop right in front of the motel and hand made choc shop just around the corner.
