The place was very clean tidy and very comfortable with basic amenities. The location was superb just in front of shopping complex , close to bus stop and on the main road. The host was the best of it all going out of the way to make us comfortable and welcome

Check in time very short, and when the time window expired there was no comeback. Very disappointing and we had to stay in the car overnight as the host would not answer the phone

Easily accessible via public transport with a Glider stop right outside. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. There is no staff on site and because it's right on the main road, the environment is extremely noisy and difficult too sleep. Basic amenities in the washroom weren't provided, such as hand soap and shampoo. No parking available with on-street parking doesn't guarantee a spot.

So far the experience has been ok. To get the keys was quite an adventure sunce the check-in is only between 1 and 2pm which doesn't work if you're travelling for business.
The lady that helps with the hotel organisation is not on site but she's very polite over the phone.

Property on hotels.com mentions that checkin time starts at 1 pm and ends anytime. But they actually only allow check in till 3 pm. There was no communication about this whatsoever. Even hotels.com did not take responsibility and my money was wasted. Disappointing.

Comfortable stay - very friendly host. Lots of flexibility around breakfast and use of dining room which was great. Entrance was a bit confusing as it is a semi detached house on a corner but neighbours were very nice in directing us to the right driveway.

We stayed one night to attend a Shania concert at the SSE. Room and facilities were great, the hotel was only a 10 minute drive to the arena and 15 mins from the George Best airport. Worst “B&B” experience ever. Check in from 1 to 2 only - seriously??? Safety issues throughout - smoke detector covered with plastic, loose carpet on the stairs, loose tiles on the outside entry, no anti-slip in the cramped shower, no hot water, etc. Crappy bed, thin useless towels. No presence of anyone for breakfast which was a joke. Wifi in our room was totally inadequate with a weak signal that kept losing internet coverage. Very disappointing.

Not your usual BB. You get a password to ck in, and you are on your own. Help yourself to cerial and make your own breakfast. Bathroom a tad Tinley by American standards, but morden. Bed was comfortable and despite the BB location very quiet. We slept well after sightseeing all day. Other people staying there were friendly and quiet.

Very comfortable beds, breakfast rather minimal & on a help yourself basis with cereals & toast etc. Staff are there at certain times of the day but otherwise you let yourself in, a bit like a hostel. Owner helpful on the phone with good tips for places to eat and visit. I was glad it was quiet with not many guests as only 1 bathroom between 3 rooms & no separate toilet. Generally very nice, it just took a bit of getting used to fending for ourselves as I'm Used to meeting someone on arrival etc. But all clean & good.

We had difficulty finding the place on the first day. The off street parking was really parking on the pavement. The TV didn't work. Close to shops and where we needed to be.

Booked the room for a night, literally just as a bed and breakfast as we had an early appointment the next day.. Informed the hotel that we will check in late and left my mobile number.. We got into the place and nobody was there.. Rang the numbers a lot of times and nobody answered.. In short we were homeless for the night.. I just don't understand how they can't be contacted in both the mobile and phone numbers written as their contact numbers!.. And they have not rang me either!..

Dissapointed on walking in the door,cold feel with no atmosphere,very cramped and every noise heard from upstairs by other people. We were told on arrival that we were supposed to book in at 2 pm and not 5pm, as nobody occupies the b/b at certain times.We felt we were putting them out by our LATE arrival and it seemed that the owner Vivian was in a hurry to leave as her car was blocking the already cramped carpark with no other vehicle there. We travelled from Derry and were not aware of this,as its very unusual to book into accomodation before 4pm. To be totally honest I was embarrased by what I had booked,thank god it was for one night only,no way could we have stayed for two nights.
I walked accross the road to get some cash from ATM and although I did not go into Asda, it looked really rough from outside, so I didnt bother to venture in. All in all, glad to get away in the morning. By the way a new recruit working there, Conor, who met us at the door was very friendly and will be the only asset to this delapidated house.
