The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are friendly, and overall we had a great stay. The room was excellent the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained.

The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were very helpful and welcoming.

One downside is that for a 4-star hotel you need to book the pool in advance because it’s shared with a gym club. Also, the hotel makes it look like they have a jacuzzi, but in reality they don’t.

We also ordered room service, which was fairly average. For the price, the steak wasn’t good enough.

We ordered roast vegetables but received boiled ones instead, and surprisingly the food was delivered without basic sides like salt or sauces. Overall, I’d rate the food about 6/10.

Comfortable beds. Internet access fine. Check in was easy. Breakfast good. Had few snacky bits in downstairs restaurant and it was perfect for what we wanted. Drinks are expensive- especially a glass of wine. Pool is ok - not amazing.

Incredibly welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Some notable staff members were Ryan and Sam on reception, Annie at breakfast and all of the staff at the Riverside, who each made our stay special. We will be returning to Belfast and staying here again!

The room was spotless the bed and pillows were terrible awful night sleep bathroom was stunning but was disable amenities and as a non disabled person sinks were two low. No disrespect but just for the price i paided for the room was uncomfortable and inconvenient the food was poor in the bar no taste the hotels staff are wonderful and very welcome and make you feel looked after truely wonderful people. Just a very pricey hotel with bad beds and poor food for the price

Great hotel

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well presented, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience.

The dining area offered a great selection of food, and the quality was excellent, we especially enjoyed the meals. Restaurant staff were equally friendly and attentive, although the dining space itself was quite cold due to the air conditioning.

The leisure facilities were a bit of a mixed experience. The pool area was extremely busy, which made it feel crowded at times. Unfortunately, the steam room was not operational during our visit, which was disappointing. However, the sauna was in good working order, though it was quite full as well, a testament to how popular the facilities are.

Overall, a very busy environment but with great service, food, and comfortable accommodation.

The rooms were great. There's a spa/pool, but we weren't there enough to access. The restaurant and lounge were very comfortable - Annie, in the restaurant, made our day! She ensured we tried foods at the buffet, had great stories and cared! The lounge area had music (person w/guitar) and all of our food was great. This was in an area of Belfast I hadn't seen before - hidden! We took a cab to go into the city proper which was really only 5-10 min. Well worth staying here.

The only negative we could find was the coffee brand in the room could have been better quality to match everything else about the hotel. Also a few sachets would be appreciated- one of each was not really enough.

Very convenient to the City Airport and the staff is exceptional. The room was good and the pillows were perfect. I was sorry not to stay longer than my 6am flight allowed. Don't miss the good Indian food options in the restaurant.

I was disappointed to arrive and find dirty bed clothes on the bed. But in fairness to the staff they were changed and dealt with very quickly once I advised them. And they gave us a free drink as goodwill gesture.
Overall, I thought the service from all staff was of a very high standard. The service was very good in the bar and at breakfast and the staff very friendly. This was the most appealing part of my stay.

I have stay at this hotel once a fortnight for 2 months. Every time the nose in the corridor at night is unacceptable. The doors need to be soundproofed to allow undisturbed sleep. Surely a prerequisite for a hotel of this standard! Not happy

The hotel was outside Belfast in a lovely quiet area. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The room for a family of 4 was spacious , clean, comfortable beds and everything we needed from irons to hairdressers, tea/coffee facilities. The hotel arranged a taxi for us into town. Restaurant and bar were lovely to sit and relax in. My son enjoyed the pool the best. We had a lovely stay and would come back.

My family and I will not return to this Hotel.

We did not enjoy our stay.
Firstly we had no much hot water for a shower and to clean babies bottles.
2. The fridge was dirty.
3. The heating system wasn’t functioning properly and the room was cold.
4. We couldn’t get in the restaurant as it was too busy. So the only option was room service.
5. We spent £65 on room service and the food arrived cold. The food wasn’t covered as they were delivered to us so by the time they got to us the food was food and tasteless. No a great service. Needs improvement.
6. My family with two young babies got stuck in a lift and I had to open the lift with my hands. Thank God the lift was on a floor and we could walk out as normal.
7. The water pressure in the shower was very bad. The two shower head were only dripping. No pressure at all. Very bad shower experience.

Overall not a great experience and it cost £470 for two nights. Never again.

Fabulous room, very new and up-to-date. Great bathroom with shower. Nice lighting, bottles of water, safe in the wardrobe, ironing board. Everything is a great standard.

I'm really sorry to forget the name of the lovely booking receptionist but I think het name was Aoifi (??). Sorry love.
She gave us a free room upgrade which was more than grateful as we had been staying in quite a few hotel rooms aver our 6-week adventure & some of them were quite small. The room that we got was like the presidential suite.
We were so so so impressed. So, if you want to be spoiled, then book this room.

Nice hotel

Very nice hotel. Our room had a king and a pull-out larger than a twin but smaller than a full. There was no bedding aside from pillows for the pull-out so we had to request and they only brought up two flat sheets. There is a very nice spa and weight room. The pool has an attached bubble spa which I thought would be heated but it was not. It’s not within walking distance to entertainment but the drive isn’t horrible. It was cold and rainy the day we got in so we went bowling at the Ice Bowl then had Pho afterwards which was amazing. The next day after checking out we visited the Ulster Museum which I highly recommend.
