Staff is great here and location is pretty convenient if you're okay taking the tram to downtown or the train station. If you want to be in the center of the action, it is in the quieter part of town - further from dining and shopping options. It's also very no frills - AC wasn't too strong (we were there late Sept) so the room was warm, bare essentials provided for shower, one small trash can. So we brough out own shower supplies. But very happy with our stay, was just what we needed.

Lack of even very basic appliances. Very surprised that there was no fridge in the room. There wasn't any hair dryer, kettle nor cup in the room. We had to request each individual item from hotel staffs. Lacking all these had made staying in this hotel very inconvenient.

The hotel is very close to the railway station and it is not too far to walk into the city. Whenever I requested further towels there were no issues.
I had hoped the hotel staff would be more knowledgeable about getting to places - on the two occasions I asked for information to get somewhere it was incorrect and luckily someone on the tram helped us and put us on the correct tram to our destination.

This was a low-end hotel meant to be practical and to offer a somewhat reduced cost in an overly touristic city. However, a table in the room that has a size that allows where their guests to sit and feel a little comfortable will be good. Table is low and tiny.
Their breakfast is good. The location also is good. You can walk to the train station and bus stop to go to Monaco. The hotel is clean enough.
Just that more intelligence into re-organizing the room can make guests more comfortable. My son complained about the quality of the mattress of the single bed. He noticed the difference as soon as we go to another hotel.

The hotel is well located, near to the train station Nice Riquier and the tram L1. Also, a walking distance to Garibaldi and the old town. The breakfast is good for the price.
The only negatives comment are that they just clean the room every four days, and with the Summer weather, it gets very uncomfortable to sleep with sweety sheets. Bring your shampoo and conditioner, because they just have body shower gel. No fridge and no safe.

The property is located in the north & east side of the old town. 10 mins walk to Old Town. The location is great to take bus 82 to Eze and take the train from Nice Riquier. I did not like the fact there is no daily room service and disagree with the fact there is a 5 euros charge if you need to store your luggage while you wait for your room to be ready or want to store your bags after check out at 10 am. There are no very flexible on the check in and out time. I opted out for the breakfast. It seems expensive based on their limited options/offering

Central location that is about a 10 min walk from train or tram. 25 min walk to Vielle Nice. Very close to shopping mall and Carrefour Hypermarket. Room with accessible shower looked a bit like a prison cell but bathroom was nice and large. Room could use some decor and toilet seat cover falls back too far. Would be helpful to have cups in the room. Very basic room with no frills. Would stay again.

The bedroom and bathroom was decent.

However, the only issues are 50 euros deposit I had to pay which reduced the amount I had to spend during the holiday and because of this, I need to wait for some time to get my 50 euros and not sure if I will receive the desposit back because I have used a caxton card.

In addition, there is no coffee/tea and kettle in the room.

The room cleaning service can only be provided if I pay 15 euros.

I think the Easyhotel need to reconsider these three things to improve customer experience.

While quite basic, the hotel was still excellent.
The room was extremely clean, it wasn’t cramped and the beds were really comfy. There are vending machines downstairs which is really handy, and there are also a few convenience stores in walking distance. We asked at reception for fresh towels and it wasn’t a problem at all. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Location is brilliant, within walking distance of the majority of main sites. About a 10 minute walk from Old Town. Lots of cafés, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Tram stop also close by, and train station about a 15 minute walk.

The area around it was quiet and felt safe, even when walking through late in the evening.

Close to train station that can take you to Monaco , Canes!
Has garage parking for a reasonable price.

Great new hotel,walkable distance to the port and close to public transport. It is missing a coffee machine in the room as well as some hooks and basic amenities such as a hair drier and a ice bucket ..be careful as to step into the bathtub for a shower is a climb in its own. You need to pay to get your room cleaned, however they do give you towels at reception as well as toilet paper and soap.. overall good hotel walkable to main sites but with minimum service. :)

Everything was amazing except the sink didn’t have a drain trap (the little u bend in the pipping under the sink) that prevents sewer gas from coming out. It smells kind of funky whenever you use the sink. Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff and a great location.

Easy Hotel is a great option if you want to be close to the old town, but not too close. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the old town and close to the tram stop as well. It’s definitely a budget hotel so it’s not fancy at all. But it’s clean and quiet (instead of being too close to noisy bars) and all the rooms are updated. I would skip the breakfast room for 11 euros as there are so many other breakfast options close by that are better and cheaper. Overall a nice hotel for the money.

Very good value for money. My room was immaculate. Bedding clean and soft. Huge superking bed. Lovely towels. Breakfast was 11.50€ buffet style and was really good. Croissant, cheeses, hams, cereals, friut salad and yoghurt, toast and fresh bread. Full range of hot chocolate, coffee, tea and juices. Staff so nice, so helpful. This a safe area too. Would definitely stay again. Check in and check out times tight but i was able to store luggage safely.

We'll start with the good; the reception staff are excellent. The internet worked well. After that it's all downhill. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, with mattresses that should have been changed years ago. Instead there is a thin mattress topper that just makes things worse. We all left with a bad back. Housekeeping is once every 4 days. Cheap and not very cheerful.

I really enjoyed this property. I’m a female solo traveler so I didn’t want to spend so much money on a hotel but I also didn’t want to compromise my safety or the area I was going to stay in. Everything is close, train station 10 minute walk rue Bonaparte street 8 minute walk… old town and place massena 20 minute walk the beach was also pretty close walking distance. The breakfast they offered was great as well and they had a little mini bar service where you can buy snacks water sodas etc… at any time. the room was just very hot and I was sweating in my sleep but it’s summer in Europe so that’s normal. Also at night they closed the doors so you had to call through the call box to get in which I really liked bc as a solo traveler you never know about creeps following you and I liked the extra security. Staff was friendly and helpful. Extra towels you just ask and go downstairs go get them and they clean the room I think every 3-4 days I stayed there a week. One last thing… the water pressure in this hotel was phenomenal wow 10/10! Thank you guys for everything I had a great time

It was nice and easy to check in and directions to a car park with access directly to the lobby was super easy (additional Charge) the room was basic. No fridge or even glasses were available. The room and corridor had definitely seen better days and need a refresh. However the location was super easy to the restaurants nearby and the Harbour. We probably wouldn’t stay again, not because it was bad, but we prefer the little extras other hotels offer.

AVOID ALL ALL COSTS. Room was dirty, sheets had a footprint on them. Room is about a quarter of the size you see in the picture, very dark, very unwelcoming. Looks out over backs of other buildings. Very ugly. Location not very good, near the port, but in a maze of streets hard to navigate. Can't get cell phone reception, and there was no wifi. Hotel refused to refund my money. I am travelling for 3 months and need wifi to research and write. I walked right out and did not stay. I would have been miserable. Booked one night at Best Western Roosevelt until I could make other arrangements. Expedia was not supportive.

Very convenient place for the people who are traveling by train. 5 minute walk from the train station.
Hotel was very clean , breakfast was very nice.
Even though everything was good we had an issue with our mattress which was not addressed properly. Mattress was low on one side than the other and it was also very soft on one side. Manager came to have a look at it she just grabbed it with the hands on both sides and said it's okay. I told her that when you lay down on the mattress it goes down and it's not comfortable for the back but her response was what can I do. They could have changed our room.
