The hotel reception and bar are open 24 hours a day and the entire staff is at your disposal. The hotel is ideally located in the city centre, 2 minutes walk from the ACROPOLIS Convention and Exhibition Centre; 5 minutes from Place Garibaldi and the 'Vieux Nice'; 10 minutes from the Port and 15-20 minutes from Place Masséna and the Promenade des Anglais.
The ACROPOLIS station on the T1 tramway line is less than a minute's walk from the reception and allows you to move quickly in the centre. The SNCF RIQUIER train station, 10 minutes away, makes it easy to discover the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region by reaching towns and beaches such as Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Eze, etc.

This Hotel was great, close enough to the centre and close to a train station which allowed further travel. The hotel bed was comfy and extra pillows were provided which is always something I look out for. The room itself was pretty small but that didn’t matter so much for us as we don’t spend loads of time in the room. The shower was also good here. The staff were very helpful gave us good recommendations and gave us the best route back to the airport.

This is a great little hotel in a very convenient location, on a tram line that runs direct to the main railway station. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Whilst this is not the glitziest hotel it is by far the friendliest! For us visiting a city is having a clean bed, good service and nice food. Esprit ticks all of these boxes. The rooms are small but immaculately clean with everything you need. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they genuinely care about their guests.
Breakfast is delicious and so reasonable - and again the dining area is kept so very clean.
Highly recommend you visit if like us you are exploring the city and surrounding areas. Easy access to trains, buses and trams.

Situated in a walking area this hotel fit us for our needs. The room was large enough and had also a patio. It is a hotel room and so it won’t have a refrigerator. They only have 2-3 parking places in front of the hotel and you need to reserve in advance if you want to park your car in front of the hotel.

We booked very last minute due to a change of plans and we really fell on our feet! The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean (if a bit small for 2 sharing). The location is great just 5-10 mins walk to the old town and right by the tram stop. Being able to borrow beach towels was a big plus!

This is an excellent hotel for your money. The rooms are okay, not too big but they do the job. The bed was super comfortable and overall the hotel was super clean. The only minus in the comfort is the bathroom, there’s no high-difference between the floor and the shower and the curtain is not long enough so whatever you do, you gonna swim at the end.
The staff was super friendly however I didn’t know about the city tax which is - if explained- fair enough but wasn’t explained at check-in so the front desk guy (who was soo hot to be honest) was chasing us on the street for 9 euros. Let me tell you again I don’t have problem paying it, it was just super unpleasant that someone is running after me and shouting “you have to payyyy”. But never mind. I was satisfied.

The hotel is located in Nice old town, shops, and food places nearby and ten min walk to square /harbour and towards parks and also the new town. Nice is Huge, and we absolutely loved it. We stayed for a long weekend and crammed so much in.
The hotel is small and extremely friendly. The staff were so helpful, one of which advised us in lots of detail where to visit in the area etc. Hotel is very very clean. Lots of rooms in process of being modernised. When we return with our children we will request a room on the lower floors... as lift very very small, and stairs to higher floors were hard work, esp after all the exploring we did throughout the hols... all good exercise though.

A quiet, nice place to stay. Very close to old city, tram close by, and train station not too far. We walked every day to Old City and surrounding areas. Reception is very friendly and will help you a lot. Another thank you to them for reminding us to see the famous fireworks; beautiful.

This was our second hotel in Nice as we stayed an extra day and were not able to be accommodated at our first. I wish we had stayed here the entire time. It was a lovely hotel, with plenty of room for the three of us in the room. The shower was tall enough for my 6’3” son which is rare in Europe. The staff was super friendly and even got us in our room before noon. The only drawback is location as it is further away from the main tourist areas, but still a manageable walk plus right by the tram.

the staff was helpful.the room is tiny. but we had a sink malfunction we couldn't drain it . it was plaggued and they had no maintenance personnal to help us and whole of our stay was like that. they reimburrsed with a cup of coffee and 4 more hours in their parking lot.

To be fair, I will start with positive things about this hotel. Friendly staff and the local area was clean, safe and convenient. Negative points:
1- The hotel is old and needs upgrades in many aspects.

Calm and quiet but close to the action
We've stayed here three times now and each stay has been a real pleasure. The hotel is just a step away from a tram stop and a five minute stroll from Place Garibaldi and the Old Town but, inside, all is calm and tranquil. Our room was a good size and immaculately clean with good lighting and plenty of electrical sockets. Spotless bathroom with an excellent shower. Comfortable, good sized beds. WiFi seems to work reliably if not the speediest. The breakfast room is very relaxing and there is plenty of choice on the buffet. Coffee machine makes great coffee! The staff are very friendly and keen to do all they can to help.

The location was across the street from the Congress where my conference was located which was the perfect location for me and a 10-15 minute walk to Old City and the beach. It was quiet at night. It has a private balcony which we enjoyed just opening the door and getting a breeze. It also has a small elevator which not all hotels have- which was great. Overall- highly recommend this hotel!

We returned here six months after our first visit (which we thoroughly enjoyed) and found things very much the same as before. It's run by very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff who will deal with you in French or English as you prefer. It's clean and tranquil throughout and the light, airy breakfast room is a highlight. Our double room was clean, comfortable and adequately, if not lavishly, furnished and the cleaning staff were very unobtrusive and respectful if you wanted to stay in the room all morning. The shower was great and the WiFi seemed to be working well, if anything better than in September. The buffet breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold options and the staff keep everything topped up very diligently. The Acropolis tram stop is just a few steps from the hotel and the walk down to Place Garibaldi and Vieux Nice takes barely fiveminutes,so the location is excellent for getting to and from the centre of town. We have already re-booked to return in September!

We enjoyed a short break here tremendously. We know Nice well (we've been coming once or twice a year for almost twenty years) but had never stayed here before. Located within easy walking distance of the Port and Old Town the hotel is even so nice and quiet. The breakfast room was light and airy and the staff very welcoming. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, varied and good quality. Our room was well-appointed, comfortable and nicely sized for a couple. Check-in and check-out was very smoothly handled. All in all, everything we could want from a city-centre hotel. We shall definitely return!

No WiFI during the entire week, apparently it was "broken" and never fixed. Elevator strangely didn't go up to the top floor on some days, and the lights were broken inside the elevator on other days. The price is low, but this is why. Had to use a local McDonalds for internet access, which isn't optional when traveling for business.
