Great location, and reasonably quiet area at nice. Real friendly and helpful staff on site. Good size studio room and only downside was the mattress had quite a dip which wasn’t very comfortable. Overal would recommend to stay here.

Great boutique hotel in central Nice. The room was superb and I enjoyed my private solo experience in the spa room and the convenience of the hotel cafe and many others with a short distance. The beach was about a 15 minute walk to get to and everything else much closer. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The rooms are perfectly set up, especially for a slightly longer stay where the extra amenities and space make a real difference. I stayed in a Deluxe Room with balcony: it had everything I needed and was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was great to have the extra living space (kitchen, table and lounge area) and the kitchen was well fitted out. The bathroom was great with a walk in shower/rainfall shower head. Location-wise: you are on the same road as some great restaurant, boulangerie and patisserie options ; the key areas of Old Town, Castle Hill, harbour and east end of the Prom are just minutes away (which were the spots I visited most frequently) ; and most other key locations are accessible by a max. 15–30 minute walk. Bus and train stations for day trips are within 15 minutes walk and the closest tram is one minute up the road. The restaurant was a great spot for breakfast with plenty of good quality options. I have to specifically mention the staff who were, without exception, incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. In summary: the hotel, rooms, restaurant and staff were lovely and it made for the perfect base in Nice. The hotel s in the heart of town and could be easily missed as it has a tiny facade. However, the rooms are big and comfortable. Ours looked out on the park. It was a short walk to the harbor and a short walk to Okd Nice, where restaurants abound.

A very nice hotel in a great location with very helpful and friendly staff. The room and facilities were all great, comfortable, modern and clean (one of the two story rooms on the fourth floor).
The location is great as everything is walkable. The street outside can be a bit busy with traffic during peak hours but otherwise was fine at night, and the bar/restaurant attached to the hotel is very nice and has some great breakfast options.
My only pedantic complaint would be that the stairs in the two story rooms are hard wood so can be very loud at night when people are walking up and down them in the next room. Carpeting them would probably go a long way to making this a lot better but it's a very minor complaint.

Overall a very nice hotel and would happily recommend.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Great spa with sauna and hot tub. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and stayed for a long weekend during the Monaco GP. It was beautiful. Walk to everything - restaurants, shops. Stay was too short, but if ever in Nice again, I will definitely book this hotel.

This was one of the nicest hotels in my trip to Europe this summer. The unit was spacious, comfortably fitting my family of 6, modern, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is parking if you bring a car. Parking is limited to street parking and can be challenging.

Absolutely brilliant base for our trip to the South of France, accessible to Nice and all public transport. The room was great, provided us with everything we needed as a family of four and gave us the option to eat in if we wanted too.
Only negative was getting ignored by staff when we tried to use the restaurant for breakfast and sat for 20 minutes before walking out.
Wouldnt put us off from coming back though. Highly recommend

Perfect in every way!

Simply wonderful. This is a gem for a family of 4 ( 2 teenagers!). Accommodations are excellent, spacious, sparkling clean and modern. I literally could live here for a month. Location is perfect : equidistant btw port and place garabaldi and a 5 min walk to old town. I am thrilled that I found it- truly made our vacation so special without breaking the bank. Every other hotel we would have to get two rooms and it would not have been as fun!

Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Nice as it is within easy walk to all areas, close to a tram stop and many nice restaurants.
Only recommendation would be some mugs and a better bread knife. Also additional shelf/area in bathroom/bedroom for make-up & hair drying.

This place is wonderful. Middle of Old Nice with full of life and close to the port and close to the beach. I believe its the best location to be in. The hotel stuff is great and the hotel did a renovation a year ago so looking good with tall ceilings and a very nice size bathroom with walking showers just like the states. Love this place and I will stay again here since the spot is very convenient.

Great stay for couples!

We stayed here for a few nights during our honeymoon trip and it was wonderful. The hotel was very nice and updated, the room was quite large as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English. The location was great, very close to everything but was also quieter at night. We had an amazing time here!

Great location, walking distance to everything, tons of restaurants nearby. I liked the 24/7 front desk, bed was comfortable, spacious studio, they replaced our water every day and had a nice Nespresso machine for my coffee in the morning. We did use the spa on our last night which was fabulous especially after all the walking we had been doing. The only complaint would be how the shower was set up; there was no way you could shower without getting some water on the floor.

I stayed here for five nights on my own for a city break. The location was great: just next to the chateau hill and Place de Garibaldi and a short walk from the seafront. There was traffic noise with the windows open, but it was nice and quiet with them closed.
The room was stylish and very spacious, and the seating area and small kitchen made it better than a lot of the other hotels I had considered. The bathroom area is open plan to the bedroom, and if I had been with a partner, I'm not sure I would have liked this. The toilet has a sort of shower screen door which wouldn't block out sounds or smells, and when you step out of the shower you are visible to the room. Each to their own but some people will want a bit more privacy in their bathroom time!
Breakfast is offered until lunchtime which is amazing. More hotels should do this. Check out is 12pm which is also very civilised.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and it was great! Room was spacious and great to have a little kitchen and sitting area. The area was fantastic, walking distance to everything and the restaurants and bars around that area are great. Also right next to a tram station if needed. Staff were also very friendly.

My only slight annoyance was that it wasn’t clear when booking that the spa was at an extra charge, and quite a pricey extra charge I felt, so we did not end up using. Extra charge for spa is quite normal in this area but it just needs to be really clear before booking if that is the case.

Would also just suggest having extra types of pillows available for guests. We often ask for different pillow types at hotels as my partner prefers a very soft pillow and almost always get a choice so was surprised to not get that here.

Overall though this was a 10/10 stay and would not hesitate to book here again.

Highly recommend. A modern hotel within easy walking distance (5 mins) from 2 tram stops. Super easy to get to from the airport on the tram. Also, Nice Riquier main line train station about 15 mins walk where you can go either up or down the coast on very good trains. Beds very comfortable and staff super friendly and professional.

This was our all time fav accommodations for our 1 month European trip. We upgraded to suite with living room, small kitchenette, balcony. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and comfy! Would d]stay again. Tip…watch potholes in Nice crosswalks….I had a bad fall while walking at night and a nice French couple assisted me in moving me safely off street before car drove by. Hotel was great at bringing ice to room through out day to ice injuries.
