Beautiful view of the beach from our 2 balconies, room was very clean and comfortable. The resort is in a fabulous position to walk everywhere, just across the road from the beach, thanks for a relaxing stay, will definitely be back

I was so happy with this stay. A older property, but fully renovated and spotlessly clean. Across the road from the beach and less than 5 minutes walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. I changed rooms half way from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and they made the transfer seamless. Whenever l had a question the office people were really helpful

5 min walk to 2 patrolled beaches, parks, childrens playground. 10 minute walk to light rail train (50c trip) to surfers paradise and beyond or to Pacific Fair shopping centre and casino.
Unit is very well equipped and comfortable with wifi and foxtel. Bed is comfortable, only 3 units per floor, so no noise from having lots of neighbours.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is great.

As I always book a room with a sea view, it is therefore facing east. The lack of thick drapes/blinds in bedroom was a downfall as room became extremely hot when sun came up, as there is a ceiling fan but no aircon in bedroom.
Also it doesn't really matter where you book there is always a construction site nearby, so can't complain about it being specific to this apartment.
Overall, would I stay here again.....probably!

A great Spa and pool were available along with towels if needed.
One main balcony and a small one from a bedroom.
Excellent location about 5 mins walk onto beachfront, where you will find all amenities and a cafe.
Construction currently ongoing (hence 3 stay) in the area close-by which starts early, can ce noisy.
We would definitely recommend the apartments and look to book again if travelling to Broadbeach.

Everything we needed in apartment with great living space. Great shower pressure. Superb location to be based for food and shopping. Will definitely be coming back next holiday in Gold Coast.

It is not a very kid friendly place, an older fella that lives there (I’m assuming) came out and told us to be quiet while we were at the pool and it was on a Friday evening at not even 7:30pm! Kids will be kids, I understand the annoyance but I would say coming out just as it was getting dark to tell us to quiet down was a bit much! … Other than that it’s a good location, good customer service, and the walking distance is perfect for food and shopping.

I feel the Pacific Resort Broadbeach did not deserve the 8.8 rating compare to other resort style amemities in the area. Reception for instance open 9am to 4pm Mon-Fri, 9am to 12 noon at weekends. We had arranged for our mid stay service to happen on the Monday but did happen. On Tuesday when it was done we were left without towels and other toiletries. We had no problem with the location, close to beaches, shopping and eateries. There is a lot of construction work being carried out on the Gold Coast, and the tramway extension causes delays in travel

Vey easy to get in and out, even after hours. Large balcony with good ocean views. The only let down was a slightly hard, springy mattress- the bed could have been more comfortable. Very good value for money.

We arrived earlier than check in and were made to feel immediately welcome and given an apartment straight away. The guys on reception were friendly and really helpful. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and welcoming, we had the best views on 15th floor - can't complain at all! The tiny little things that might have helped were a few additions like air freshener for the loo and tissues in the bedrooms, maybe some salt and pepper for the kitchen - but honestly it was not a drama and not expected. We highly recommend the Pacific Resort and would stay again in a heartbeat - thank you very much to everyone there!

Unfortunately we booked during a renovation which was not posted on the site. The room we booked was dated and did not look as good as the rooms on Expedias site, however as we found out the rooms are individually owned and therefore will differ.
The service from the guys at the front desk was excellent and saved the whole experience for us.

The property is well located to the beach and plenty of options to eat and shop at. onsite parking is very tight to say the least, was assigned a parking space only to have someone else decide they wanted to park in it instead. Need to fix the alarm system as having to evacuate the building at 1:30am and almost again at 2:30am not ideal when on a holiday. Herd this has happened in the past.

This property is always a favorite for it location. Sadly on this visit the property next door had a water fault requiring a truck to pump out the water, which meant on three afternoons when I would have liked to have been relaxing by the pool I was unable to due to the noise.

The wardrobe was stuck! We couldn’t open it to put our belongings inside! It was either off track or something. We loved the view from the 9th floor. The wind was howling the whole time we were there from the bathroom window! There was a strip ripped in the kitchen kickboard. Overall we were happy but the place needs a bit of maintenance. Actually more than one view, from different windows, between the other buildings. Secure parking underneath, with numbered parking for each room. Trolleys for luggage. Walking distance to the tram. The only complaint was the wi-fi. Sometimes it was great, but at other times it hardly worked; several times over my week's stay disappearing completely.
