Probably the only issue for us was the road noise from the Highway in the Hinterland apts. Double glazing would help.

Clean &roomy. The only thing that we did find the lifts very slow. When checking out had to go up to 25th floor to come down as both lifts were full & we were on the 3rd floor.

When I rang staff to let know they had not documented my car rego for the third time I was abused by a staff member , I then realised it was a deliberate tactic on a tow away zone by an evil staff member
Could not get any clarity in this and was subjected to more abuse by a supposed management staff member
Nope don’t recommend this place at all very poor treatment
Also missed a medical app did to this staff abuse

No we didn’t have ocean views.We had a lovely stay for 8 days and enjoyed it very much, so close to shopping centre,beach, and great lunches at casino. We are going back at the end of year.Would definitely recommend .

There was no electricity on the last day so the bathroom was pitch black and we couldn’t shower.
And on one night the tv had no signal so we couldn’t watch tv.

Every year I have a mum-staycation at a hotel in Broadbeach. This year I tried Synergy for the first time and I could have not been happier with my room and it's views! I had mountain and ocean views and the room felt very cozy. Sharon at reception was very friendly & helpful. The only downside was the pool did not get a lot of sun and it was very windy so decided to dip into the hot tub instead.

Staying at Synergy Broadbeach for about the 4th time and once again had a great time. The only downside was they had the window washers in and we could not use the pool until 3pm. Ordered a 2 bedroom ocean view room, which we got and on the 24th floor. The pleasent surprise was, we got an extra bedroom (sort of) which came in handy so my Mum did not have to share a room with my Daughter. The extra room however has no door and pretty much connected to the kitchen, but still was great to have that extra option.

The two bedroom apartment on a high floor was in great condition with everything that was promised, it even had detergent for the washing machine. We were impressed by the \"magnesium\" swimming pool on site. I forgot to say, it was clean and value for money.

If there was a negative it's the hold of a couple of hundred on the credit card for the bond that may take some time to clear, but that's not unusual.

Room was good, bed was not. Advertised as a king bed, but it was two single beds pushed together, which is fairly uncomfortable. I asked the staff to provide the bed advertised, they did nothing. When I asked again two days later, they complained and said \"that's what you get\" and that they don't have double, queen or king mattresses. They then put a mattress topper on which helped, but then gave snarky comments the next day in the lobby.

Didn't like: Instructions for the internet are not correct. The fact that the beds only had a bottom and top sheet on them, no quilt/blankets. The apartment was very noisy all day and all night (to be expected being on the main road, but didn't expect so much noise, especially during the night). But mostly didn't like the fact that the maintenance man knocked on the door to fix the broken blind and as I was unpresentably dressed to answer the door, he unlocked the door and walked in anyway. Maybe a quick ring on the mobile to let me know he was coming to fix the blind next time.

The apartment was mostly clean, had a great Seaview and was very sunny in the mornings with breakfast on deck. I think it was a fair deal for the price paid. Would stay there again.
