The apartment was very well laid out and spacious, and it was definitely a relaxing and comfortable stay. The reception staff truly went above and beyond when I brought some issues to their attention, which I greatly appreciated.
That said, the pool area needs some serious attention. It felt grimy and not well maintained, which was disappointing for such a high quality resort. Additionally, I couldn't get the hot tub to work despite trying.
The apartment itself would have been outstanding if there had been more attention to detail with the cleaning. The oven, toilet, and food utensils were all dirty, and the cupboard handles were sticky. I ended up buying antibacterial wipes to clean everything myself, which detracted from the overall experience.
After raising these concerns with the staff, they were very helpful and did their best to assist, which was a highlight during my stay. With better maintenance and cleaning, this resort could easily be a top choice accommodation on the Gold Coast.

The staff are so lovely and helpful here, the entry is great, you feel good when you go to the pool area to chill and the gym is great too. My husband and I love it so much here that we are looking for a permanent stay :)

The biggest flaw and flag for anyone is that the curtains in the bedroom were definitely not made to measure. One side was fine, the other side was about 50cm short off the ground and both sides 20-30cm from the sides, so all I got was the light coming through every day.
The living room also doesn’t have curtains or blinds. None at all.
Secondly, the washing machine did not work! I had to call and then I personally had to turn the water valve on, only for then the machine to the flood the bathroom!
The free breakfast was basic but the ladies at the cafe must’ve been the absolute highlight - so lovely and the thing that made it great (plus their homemade yogurt muesli!)

On arrival at our apartment we were greeted with a lovely complimentary basket of goodies - wine, cheese, crackers, chips and chocolate biscuits - a very nice surprise. We really like the hot tub. The view was amazing. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. We really didn’t like that they didn’t clean our room. It took 3 direct contacts with the receptionist. Blonde receptionist was extremely disinterested and didn’t want to assist us with ticketing or with housekeeping. There was no direct method for communicating with housekeeping staff that we wanted the room serviced.

All of the pictures for the room type we booked show a high level canal view. We were assigned to a room with a view of the carpark and it was on level 1. Pictures or description need to be corrected as this was very misleading. Hotel staff said we should have requested a canal view but I didn't think we needed to when every photo of that room type showed the canal view! Very disappointing when we only chose this hotel for the canal view. Hotel offered no solution or compensation.

No tissue, limited toilet paper and condiments for a 5 night stay. Bath was nice but you need to be less than 6’ if you want a shower. Vent in shower very dusty. Constant sewage smell from toilet.

The non-working facilities really dragged my rating down, but this is not a reflection on the very lovely and accomodating staff. Not working list were: lamps, dishwasher, dryer, program cycles and incline of treadmills, resistance on exercise bike, steam and sauna rooms and I didn’t get queen bed linemen until Day 3 of stay. Stayed for three weeks. Really great - my apartment was a clean, modern 2 bedroom apartment with a living space. Staff are really lovely, and it’s a quiet and peaceful location. Be aware that this isn’t a hotel - it’s fully self service (aside from cleaning every 3 days), so no porters for bags etc. The underground car park is very hot with tiny parking spaces, so if you have a lot of bags it can be a hassle to move in. But the apartment itself (2109) was great. Large and well cleaned. It was on the first floor and the view was of the reception area and roundabout, so with oddly thin blinds in the living room there was very little privacy. The blinds also banged all night from the air con - but placing luggage against it stopped that. But bedrooms had blackout curtains. No TV in bedrooms (not even primary bedroom) which is odd for this sort of place. Air con is great, but be aware it takes many hours to cool down so don’t panic if it is warm when you arrive. And FYI the internet is really bad (5-20mbps maximum and very spotty) because they use Freedom Internet, like most buildings on the Gold Coast. This made work difficult until I got a 5G hotspot.

I liked the fact that property was close to beach and shopping centres. Staff kindly arranged for us to use another resorts pool while this one was out of action. Our apartment didn’t have a bathroom door but the friendly staff offered to change our room to one with a door. The offer was “breakfast included “. The location and amenities were fantastic. The room was clean however the furniture and carpet needs updating as they are old and dirty. Also, the ensuite bathroom shower needs re-waterproofing as it was leaking and causing the carpet to get wet. Reported this to reception but nothing was done about it during our stay. Lucky we had a second bathroom. Alot of wear and tear in the apartment we had which was disappointing, especially for the price we paid.

The room is represented nicely but the only thing is the shampoo, conditioner and Towels if you want to grab extra you have to pay for it. That’s reasonable if your only staying for 1 night but for two nights I think they can give it for free only 1 or 2 towel and one shampoo and conditioner. The rest they can charged for it. The volume of the Tv on the main bedroom is not working properly when we turn it on as well.
