was told staying on the 11th floor, on arrival we were on 8th floor. after checking in about 2 hours later rang up and told tradesman will be there next day to fix oven which was not working (not told about) tradesmen came next day only to not be able to fix oven, so no oven for stay. as a vip you get a bottle of wine and vouchers and room upgrade, received none.

We stayed in a sub penthouse apartment and the space was beautiful, wonderfully clean and so many spaces to sit and relax. Beds were extremely comfy and the location was sensational. Our only feedback is that one towel per person to be used over multiple days for bathing and for the pool is not enough. And two face washes and 2 hand towels to share between 8 people was a little gross. The dishwasher also doesn't wash properly meaning we had to hand wash everything.

Stayed here with my adult children and grandchildren. The apartment is located in a very convenient location however there is currently a large construction occurring across the road so many trucks and traffic control. This is not noted when booking. If it had been I would have chosen a different location. The unit was filthy, there were hundreds of cockroaches running out from under benches, aircon and furniture. We opened the compendium to find out where to put rubbish and it was stuck together with sticky stuff and several, ie more than 2 cockroaches ran out from the middle of the folder. My husband bought bug spray to try kill some of these. The furniture was filthy, the floors were stained and covered in hair etc.
we paid $1700 for 3 nights and spent significant time trying to clean this unit.
I’m pretty forgiving but this was ridiculous. Advised the manager who told me it’s due to cockroaches being sprayed the week before. Well the bugs seemed pretty spritely so unsure how well your spray treatment is working. Don’t waste your money.

We always stay here as a great apartment building. Sadly this time did not receive a free vip bottle of wine and the air conditioner did not work in the main bedroom which made it quite uncomfortable with 30degree days.
We will still always stay here as it is a great spot hopefully next time get a better room.

Room we were giving was a disgrace
Only 1 plate, no bread&butter knifes Toaster didn’t work.
Showers mouldy , and had a bad smell table under glass very dirty .
Was told showers would be cleaned next day but didn’t happen until two days later .
Bottom lining on chairs falling off this got cut off after we complained with the other items
You could see by joinery panels and carpet stains unit had been flooded at some stage .
Broken tiles in shower dangerous.
Toilet seat broken . Electrical points broken .
We were offered other rooms but one next to building works and other was an inconvenience to pack up and move 4days later.
But note they were better presented and cleaner
They did fix a couple of items after complaining a few times .
They also refunded one nights accommodation.
At the end of the day the room was substandard
And we should have not be given this at the start which made our holiday very stressful.
I have plenty of photos if you would like to see
I don’t know how this can be 8.8 star rated resort.

The apartment is in a great location, comes with a car park which is great. Ours was very small and we had a big van so was tricky to park.
Nice big apartment with amazing views. A little dated and some of the furniture and ammenities could do with replacing.
Pool is lovely and the area around it nice and spacious.
Would definitely stay again in the hopes that the feedback given has been addressed.

what a disaster!!

We checked in on Xmas eve at 2pm (because we were told we couldn’t check in and earlier) and reception was already shut. We were only left one key for each 2 bedroom apartment.
This would have been ok - but the place is set up like Fort Knox so it was a logistical nightmare trying to get everyone in and out of the rooms/hotel.

We phoned after hours service who were sooo rude - they said “you should have arrived earlier and because you checked in after reception had left we would need to deal with for the next 3 days until reception returned.

This was completely unacceptable given the price we were paying per night and we had booked 4 apartments.

The lady at reception was really helpful on her return and apologised.

We also had a major leak in the room from the storms.

We stayed in a gorgeous, large 3-bedroom modern apartment. Great pool and spa, though the building shades the pool from about 2pm in summer. Fantastic location. Only a block from the beach. Heaps of dining around, as well as supermarket access. Tram station is also a short walk. Only downside is there is currently construction noise which starts at 6am across the road for a new building, but we assumed this was why we got a great deal. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Location Great, Apartments Need Some Attention

The location is great and easy walking to all that Broadbeach has to offer. However, the website leads you to believe that family units are on the 2nd floor. We arrived after hours and were on the 20th floor. Speaking to reception the next morning, the blunt response was that we needed to request this upon booking. With regard to the unit; the oven did not heat and it appeared to be a faulty dial, the main wardrobe lacked room because of a shower chair stored in it. On our 3rd day we arrived back to a shattered window and the response from management was quick and efficient. They then moved us to a 2nd floor apartment. Overall, both units lacked the finer cleanliness expected for ‘luxury apartments’ (main bed springs were collapsing, AC flow was poor, leather lounge was peeling and needed to be vacuumed, blankets stained etc).

Overall, location is great, the pool and gym were of very high quality, and main areas are quite luxe, there is just some areas that need attention when you consider the price your paying.

We often stay at the Aria as the apartments are spacious and the pool and spa are great. However, this time we were in a south east facing apartment and it was very noisy due to building works across the road. While no fault of the Aria, I would recommend only booking a north east or east facing apartment until the works are complete.

We were in a 2 bedroom apartment on 14th floor. Nice and spacious apartment. Toilet and shower floors could do with an extra deep clean though. Parking was easy, heaps of restaurants and the bottom of the building. Gym area could do with some free weights as the machines are a bit tired. Would highly recommend staying at this place.

Apartments were huge and clean. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was showing age with bits showing wear like dishwasher leaking, dryer not working properly and door knobs falling off. We were on fifth floor on Albert St side so did have wake up from garbage trucks every day. Spa and pool were both heated so perfect in middle of winter and we’ll used during our stay. Perfect location for access to restaurants and things to do in and around Broadbeach. We would stay again for a short stay.

We stayed in a high floor three bedroom apartment which was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space, well maintained and great kitchen facilities. Lovely view to the ocean. Free car parking provided is great and spacious! Excellent location with Oasis shopping and dining a few steps away and Pacific Fair a 10 min walk. Tracey on reception absolutely fabulous, so accomodating and one of the nicest people you will meet! Gym and pool facilities excellent and well maintained and the BEACH is only a short stroll away! A little noisy on the “party nights” weekends but not really a worry as it’s expected living amongst all the action!!! We’ve been coming to the Gold Coast every year pre covid (14 times) and stayed at various apartments and would recommend here and we will be back! thanks Aria!!!

The 4 bedroom is perfect for large families, situated perfectly on the pool level with your own private access. You have your own private courtyard. The only problem i would have to say about the room would have to be that it is a little dated but apart from that very comfortable and will be definitely staying with Aria again. Georgia from reception is very friendly and accommodating.

Great spot for our stay. A walk to beach, restaurants, cafes, and Pacific Fair. Despite being located in the middle of everything, we didn’t notice a lot of excess noise at night.
The lady on Reception (?Georgia) was very helpful with our queries, and every day that we saw her she happily enquiried about our stay.
Upon check in she did let us know about the TV remote not working, and replacement had been ordered, however this was not an issue for us.
Whilst the weather wasn’t great (raining and overcast) for the majority of our stay, and beaches closed, we enjoyed the spa and pool onsite.
The air conditioning in the second room didn’t seem to work as well as in the rest of the unit, but as it wasn’t overly hot during our stay, it wasn’t too much of an issue.
Having visitor parking on site was also very useful for our visitors.
Will definitely stay there again, thank you!

Great location however the street noise was distracting (we were on the fourth floor) as was the repetitive clanging noises from a neighbour late at night and 5am. The apartment decor needs an overall pick- me-up and in the meantime it needs a good clean.

Property is in a central Broadbeach location. Can be a bit noisy at night. Parking is easy. Check in was quick and communication prior to arriv8ng was great. Hot water was a big issue. At times we just couldn’t get any - unfortunately always happened when reception was shut. Sometimes hot water came after running taps for a long time but water then ran hot and cold. Apartment was a good size.

Location, unit, gym and pool all good. Check out experience let the stay down though. At the end of our stay I observed a couple checking out before me and they where explaining about a smell in their room and having to sleep with the windows open. The first response from the staff member at reception was to say in a defensive tone “did you report it” then when the people explained it occurred after hours again the staff member was defensive in there questioning. When I approach the reception to check out I mentioned about the washing machine door being faulty and taped up. Again the staff member’s first response in a defensive tone was “well have you reported this?”. I was also left having to justify that the taping up of the door was already there when we arrived. Which the staff respond this shouldn’t be the case. I should not have to justify myself and thought telling the staff member was reporting it. I left feeling angry at having to respond to such a defensive questioning approach.

Nothing satisfactory except for great location

The location was great, but the parking were narrow; the air conditioning were unbalanced (same control for both rooms but one was chill while another one was very hot); many equipments in the unit were old and mulfunctioned. There were no lock in the main bathroom & walls/doors had dirty marks; dishwasher indication was faded and no manual was left; the shower heads were fixed which made it difficult to shower kids, was expecting shower heads with handles...; Many tiles are cracked; even the toilet tank had a big crack....; the most concern was the glass on the coffee table in the livingroom, it had sharp corners and 2 of the corners had cracked and revealed sharp edges, very dangerous for kids to play around the table.... we had to use bubble wrap to prevent injuries....

Upon check in, the cuttlary was not washed properly and stained. All dishes had to be rewashed. Crumbs in the cuttlary area. After that Air conditioning for 4 ppl back rooms was not working. Due to holiday time no one came to make sure it is fixed and just told us to adjust. Finally after 5 days they go serious and finally repaired the Airconditioning. As a result out of 8 night stay 4 people got Aircon only for 3 nights. Not something you would expect when you pay so much and stay so long. One staff said yes we will do a linen change. Another says no due to stay is 8 days. Clearly unorganized and only wanting to rip you off due to location. Jazzuzzi also flow thru the toilet floor so the plumbing is totally clogged. Flooded the toilet. Money not well spent.
