What a beautiful place to stay by the ocean. There were marks/stains on the bedding in one of the rooms. Starter pack provided for some things - washing liquid, dishwashing tablets, soap, tea, coffee, milk only. Missing starter packs for extra toilet role for the main toilet, extra bin lining in the kitchen, salt or pepper sachets & laundry powder. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the view! Reception lady was lovely!

This was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment opposite the beach and in walking distance to everything. I couldn't fault the location or the complex. The apartment itself was dated and the cleanliness itself not up to standard (dusty behind furniture and old stained blankets in cupboard). No doonas provided. The TV in the lounge did not work. As we were out and about most of the time it wasn't a big deal and we only stayed for the weekend but for a longer stay these issues really need to be addressed.

Great location. Great apartment. The complex is literally a bit complex to navigate but it's good for families with pool and gym facilities, it's also quite for couples + by the beach, and the apartments can accommodate a lot of people for a group.

Location is everything, apartment is on perfect location , we choose water view, and of course was ground floor , little bit noise from the street, apartment had a few problems light and fan not working , parking is very narrow, with a Kia carnival ( big car ) I couldn't park on my spot , however there is visitors parking, staff is friendly and helpful

Amazing location, the property itself was a bit dated, rust on things from the seaside location, a bit of love and the owners could make it amazing. Communication was a bit poor, we were told reception would be open until 2pm but it was closed much earlier, we felt we were inconveniencing the manager to get the fold out bed we arranged and paid for but wasn't there when we got there. Putting these minor things aside the location completely makes up for this. And the fridge/dishwasher/and other amenities were good. Ice and cold water great.

This apartment was in a super ground-floor position by the hotel's pool, with a very large private terrace. Unfortunately the decor is a bit \"tired\" and there were tears in some of the furniture and fly screens. The kitchen was well equipped but the whole flat had an unfortunate smell about it and was somehow a bit \"sticky\" - as if fried food had been cooked in the kitchen, bit it had not been cleaned properly afterwards. The Terrace and outside table had definitely not been cleaned at all.

Upon arrival there was no one in attendance. I was sent a txt whilst I was flying telling me keys were at reception in a lockbox. Two of the beds had dirty doona covers and hair on the sheets. The manager would not clean them. We had to leave early due to covid restrictions coming in after 2 days of a 7 day stay and we were refused a refund or credit. The unit on Ground floor was amazing. Huuuuge 3 bd 2 bathrooms and ensuite had everything. lovely enclosed courtyard if you have kids. But if going for the view get the next level up. Spa is in carpark area which felt a bit weird. Swimming pool was really lovely. Really enjoyed stay no hesitation to go back and stay again :)

Great location - easy walking distance to the cafes, the beach and Woolworths. We had a spacious three bedroom apartment with lovely views out to the ocean. The spa and sauna are in a room in the carpark which is a bit odd.
