The place had a draw handle in the kitchen on the floor, Stool had a large crack in it, the toilet seat was the incorrect type for the pan, inside the kitchen cupboards were grubby, the sheets had large stains, inside of coffee cups were very dirty in the cupboard and the floor was dirty

DONT BOOK this place.
The property doesn't supply basic amenities like shampoo. The bathroom was full of black and red mould. When asked if they had any bleach they offered a bottle of mould killer. Firstly I have to pay for the room then I had to clean the shower etc myself. 35 Years staying in hotels around the world I have never seen a hotel without shampoo.
The staff were less than useless. They were happy for me to clear the bathroom rather than assist. They really need to lift their game. I dont think the owners of the apartments would appriciate this type of neglect.

I wouldn’t call it an ocean view from the 3rd floor. Probably needs to be 5 and above! Batteries flat in one a/c remote. Basic, clean and tidy. Overall average I would say

It's a nice location and they've attempted to renovate but there are very visible defects. Missing tiles in kitchen and bathroom kicks, main shower head had no pressure/limited flow, second bedroom had a mirrored wardobe door that was not on the runner. Humps in the floor where there was a transition between tile and carpet, could have been solved with small ramps to even it out, as a result many near falls were had. Not even a towel rail in the ensuite.
It also wasn’t cleaned very well either. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, old towels or mats under the bed.

If the renovations had a little more effort put into them and if it had of been cleaned properly then i would return but given price paid and the apartments condition i wont be returning.

Location was amazing, right on the beach. But I’m afraid that’s the only good thing I could say about our stay. The photos on the website lead us to believe we would be in a lovely luxurious apartment, but the one we were given was in really bad shape. Cracks in the walls, paint peeling on the walls, dirty black marks on the bedding (and hair in the bed which makes us think they don’t change the bedding?), and the apartment was not very clean - to the point where we think the brown marks on the toilet roll holder might be human faeces?? We booked last minute for the fireworks and were worried we wouldn’t find other accommodation so we stayed the night but would not recommend this apartment at all.

The property was nice, and the people helpful but we had some issue I would mention. Reception was not open as published, it was holiday time, but no modification was published. We made our reservation more that 6 months in advance but still ended up on the third floor, which had a poor/obstructed view of the water. Wouldn't pay for a view if you are below the 4th floor (not worth it). Our living room AC unit leaked the entire time and a bucket was the only solution, but the floor still got wet. A call to reception resulted in a \"sorry, you just have to live with it\" response. Unit was surface clean but when you look close you can see missed areas - vents, windows, cracks, corners. Looks like updates have been done and surface inspection is positive, but felt a bit dated at same time. Hot tub/spa was warm, not hot. We were expecting a 5 star experience and felt more like 3.
To be clear I would recommend this property if you can get above 4th floor and go in with an expectation that there will be issues, just would not rate a 5. I would give a 3 at best.

This property has only 4 units per floor, which is a plus. All units have a water view. The apartment was a good size and had a usable layout. Loads of kitchen bench space. Laundry room. The outdoor heated pool and spa most enjoyable. The grounds are very well kept. The underground parking is a bit squeezy. Information about late check-in when reception is closed, needs to be improved. It was very confusing when we arrived to find the glass door to the property closed and nobody answering the phone number displayed on the property size.

Very good location, overlooking the beach and close to the main thoroughfare. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. All amenities at the apartments were well taken care of, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and Sauna. Will look forward to returning.

Unfortunately one lift stopped working, but was shortly fixed after a couple of days. Everything was very clean except the patrons or holiday makers themselves, they managed to leave rubbish each day under cushions on the pool deck or around the rubbish bins in the basement! I wondered if people have lost manners or just lazy!

This apartment is ideally located and a good comfortable size for a family of four. There were a few minor issues such as the fan in the main bedroom only worked on the high setting which was very loud when trying to sleep. The TV set up was complicated (there were 2 TVs next to each other in the lounge) and we had to buy shampoo, shower gel, bin bags, washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing powder as none provided. Not a problem just wish we’d known in advance.

booked the property for 3days starting on Sunday 2/Oct/22, got there at around 5pm, no one is available, on the itinerary doesn't say where to pick the keys from no answer on the phone, booked Merriott same day, Boulevard still took my money from my credit card, which was given to wotfi, upon explaining the situation to wotif, Boulevard is not returning my money, they are making money from families. should not be operating.

Location was great, right across from the water. Management was quick to respond to and repair broken blinds but I feel they were pretty obviously broken before we arrived. No dishwashing equipment or even a TeaTowel in the kitchen

Location was amazing, has everything you need. Big issue, that mattress has got to go. I had probably 4 hours sleep max the whole time I was there, and that's because I gave up and slept on the lounge. Ensuite shower is a beast too. Otherwise, awesome thank you.

Gorgeous. Very big apartment (406) and décor was amaze balls! balcony on two sides both facing ocean. Kitchen very well equipped as was entire apartment. Couldn't complain about anything. The apartment block an easy walk into town for lots of food choices. Highly rec. We will definitely stay here again.

Pretty disappointing mainly in the areas of maintenance, we had a fan/light combo that was wireless and turned on and off randomly during the night. Air con only in the lounge and a very small unit so did not reach the bedrooms. Washing machine failed, dryer failed, dishwasher failed and had crumbs etc from previous tenant, had been switched of under sink so guessing previous tenant had issues and wasn't fixed. Went in the pool once but it was freezing as the heater, pump seemed to be off, spa didn't turn on either. ... positive side the bathrooms renovation was good although don't expect shampoo or conditioner just a couple of soap packets.

On arrival, it was obvious the unit we had was renovated and had newish carpet and paint, but not to a high or recent standard. The kitchen had not been renovated for over 10 years and none of the cupboard doors closed properly.
There were a number of problems with the unit.
The lights and fans were on a wireless remote control installation which unfortunately given the limited wifi frequencies available for these electrical items meant that when someone in another unit above or below turned their fan or light on and off it would also occur in our unit.
First night, the light switched on by itself at 2am in my 3yo daughters room waking her up. We ended up turning both the light and fan off at the wall switch which meant she had no fan or cooling available.
Second night the light switched on by itself in our room at 10.30 pm and then again at 11.30pm.
No aircon in the bedrooms only lounge room that had to be on arctic blast to even attempt to reach the bedrooms.
Dishwasher leaked on second use and wouldn't turn off so couldn't use for duration of stay.
Was allocated a car park in the basement that the pipes above leaked onto the car damaging the paintwork.
The pool area and leisure facilities of the complex were well kept and of good standard.
Unfortunate that the unit itself had issues but I probably wouldn't risk going back for fear of getting a \"dud\" unit.

Negatives: The biggest issue with this property is the bedrooms in the ocean-view rooms do not have air conditioning. This means the bedrooms are extremely hot from very early in the morning and not comfortable for sleeping. The bedrooms do not have doors and the windows only open a small amount, which means there is limited breeze entering the rooms and the rooms remain hot throughout the day making them still too hot at night time.
Given this major issue with the property, I consider it is overpriced when compared to other properties such as The Waterford at Main Beach which is only about $40 per night extra for a 2-bedroom apartment, has a larger floor space, has full ocean views, and fully air conditioned with a balcony for the main bedroom.

An apartment very clean and recently renovated, it made our stay it a very pleasant experience. Despite the weather being not too great, the building location made it very easy to go to the shops and do other things during the day. Some construction work still happening around the lobby and an unpleasant smell in the garage are the only two negative things worth remembering. Will go again. Thank you.

I arrived and the air con was not working in our room. They were aware of it and I said I wasn't happy with that. They did organise a couple of hours later a room with an air con. The room they had given us wasn't very nice. The upgraded room was much nicer. There was rubbish and construction everywhere. And when I was leaving, I used the clicker to get out, and the boom gate started coming down on my car!

We did not get notified of renovations that were going on ,and the first room we were designated to on the 11th floor was not in a good state.I complained ,and we were given another room on the 4th floor,which was much better,but the noise from the work going on was not pleasant!I will ,from now on,check out the premises myself ,as I live only an hour and a half from the Gold Coast.

We only stayed two nights but the rooms did not have blockout curtains so it was impossible to sleep in.

Didn't like: the apartment was old and outdated, the cupboards in the bathrooms were literally falling apart, bedroom carpet was filthy, wardrobe dusty (a piece of aluminium profiles felt down almost hit me in the foot), blood stain in the main bedroom sheets, white leather chairs were dirty, etc

The apartment was across the road from the beach with stunning unobstructed views. It was freshly renovated and modern. Lots of open living space. The beds were the only let down. While they weren’t completely terrible they could have been better. Office staff were very helpful, pleasant and quick to act on any requests. I would recommend this unit to anyone

Our family enjoyed our stay here & would happily stay again. The unit we stayed it was comfortable although could do with small improvements the lighting in all rooms could be improved with lamps, lights & fans from probably the 1980’s, the light in the main bedroom will randomly turn on during the night. Nice view of the ocean which would be better on the higher floors.
