When we initially checked in, it was after hours, so I was unable to speak to reception about the condition of our apartment. We were first allocated an apartment on level 2. Unfortunately, the apartment was in an unacceptable state and was dirty. There were black footprints leading from the balcony into the lounge/kitchen area, a bottle cap, and blocks of squashed cheese on the balcony floor. The balcony floors and door tracks were extremely dirty. The outdoor table and chairs were black with dirt and did not appear to have been cleaned for a very long time, making them unusable.

The kitchen benchtops and stove top had ants and food crumbs. The lounge chairs and table also had food crumbs and hair on them. The main bedroom floor had dirt and hair, and the lounge furniture was in poor condition and should be replaced.

The following morning, I spoke to reception. The staff member was lovely and offered us a choice of two other apartments. We chose to move to level 11. This apartment was in a much better condition, and we enjoyed the remainder of our stay there.

The location is amazing, right on the beach, and both apartments had beautiful views.

Was a good stay but unfortunately after a few days there we used the air-conditioning unit and we all got sick the following day all four of us.
After going to doctors we had a look at the air-conditioning unit and it was absolutely covered in black mould have taken many photos of this. is absolutely disgustingly dirty so we got very sick from the air conditioning unit. Looks like it hasn’t been serviced for sometime. also, we stayed for 10 days after five days. They came and changed our sheets but they took my son‘s teddy bear. He’s only four years old. he’s had this since the day he was born we went straight down and informed them of this but they kinda laughed it off and said it must’ve got mixed up in the sheets and they will find it for us. They never did and they didn’t really care about it at all our son was absolutely devastated and didn’t sleep for the following five nights.
Probably wouldn’t stay there again just because of the absolutely disgusting air-conditioning unit and them taking the teddy and never returning it

Was a terrific apartment to stay, whilst a little dated it was clean, comfortable and had everything you need.
The block’s facilities were immaculate and the reception staff were fantastic. The cafe next door had good coffee too!

Car parking is only 2.1m high and street parking was 3 hrs 9-5pm weekdays. But as it was off season there was no problems.

I am looking forward to visiting again.

The apartment was run down and very poorly equipped for holiday stays - especially in the kitchen, eg 5 cups for an apartment housing 4 guests, no lids for the 2 saucepans provided and next to no other kitchen facilities. The lounge rug was worn & in need of replacement, a power switch in the kitchen was broken & dangerous - obviously left in this condition for some time, dimmer switch in lounge obvs faulty as light flickers when turned down, no toilet roll holder in the main bathroom, no soap dish in the ensuite shower. A disappointing experience.

Great location to both Broadbeach and Surfers. The unit we had was very spacious; however, it was quite different from what I saw on the website. We had initial problem in the shower in the ensuite but it was easy to fix by ourselves. Probably more attention to the maintenance and cleaning is needed.

Awesome beach front unit.

Absolutely amazing experience. The two bedroom beach front unit was exceptional. It had Absolutely everything we needed and the view straight out to the beach was beautiful. The location is great and the ladies at reception are fantastic, so accommodating. The building is exceptionally clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay again when back in Surfers.

What a great location. The direct access to the beach was fantastic for our family as we wanted to be able to go swimming every day without the hassle of packing the car and looking for parking. The cafe 26 & Sunny was an awesome bonus for us who wanted our coffee nice & early every day. Being 15 minutes walking distance to Broadbeach in one direction & Surfers in the other was awesome for the nights we didn’t want to drive to either location for dinner or meet up with friends. The unit itself was spacious for a family of 5. Parking onsite was also nice without having to pay extra for it.

The location is amazing both for the beach,dining & shopping.
The apartment that we were allocated was disgusting. The floor needed a good hot water wash not just a slosh around with a mop as the floors were so sticky & dirty. The microwave was rusty inside. Both bathroom drains needed cleaning as they were also stinky. The clothes dryer wasnt drying which turned out to be because the air outlet vent was clogged with fluff, hair etc

Holiday away with the teenagers. We have stayed before but unfortunately this time was not the best.
There are some positives, closes to both surfers and Broadbeach. Right on the beach which we love. And the outdoor area is well looked after. Pool tennis and bbq area.
We were on the 1st floor our room needed a makeover, the kitchen/lounge area was nice except the oven was broken which we had to get fixed.
The bathrooms and bedrooms need a paint job and showers a good clean.
We understand that most are owned by other ppl but for the money it needs a little more.
We also found our room very noisy keeping us awake most nights being able to hear people with toilets flushing showers walking around.

\"Hey everyone, just wanted to share my recent experience about this property. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best stay. The staff was really rude and the room had a super strong smell. And guess what? They didn't even provide any towels! But that's not all, the photos on their website were totally different from what the room actually looked like. I did let the hotel management know about all these problems, they didn’t seem like too concerned. hopefully, they'll make some changes. Fingers crossed for better experiences in the future!

Not a superflash hotel, but had everthing you need. was in a great location, mid way between broadbeach and surfers. away from hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to places and 5 min walk to take would get you everywhere you needed to go. loved having the convenience of walking straight onto the beach everday and tennis court was also a huge plus for us. Staff were super friendly and we will likely book again next year.

We came last minute and had a lovely overnight stay . We have stayed on the Gold Coast many times and rate this quiet highly. Great if you want to just walk out the door to fabulous eateries , beautiful beach and Pacific fair shopping is walking distance . There is a wait for elevators , no designated spot for your car so you have to find one . Good position all things considered

Ocean front view can't be beaten.

The \"superior\" room was pretty knocked about with walls cracked and exposed metal framing, very poor paint condition.

NOTE Balcony is VERY small, barely room for a chair so dont expect to sit out with family to watch the amazing water views.

Great position, 15 minute walk into Surfers. Bit of an older property but wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Friendly staff, clean and good facilities.

Great room overlooking the beach

Stayed here for the Broadbeach Blues festival, which was a 15min walk. The rooms were big, especially the kitchen/dining/lounge room, very nice balcony. Nice cafe 2 blocks down the road. Friendly, helpful service, late checkin and checkout no problem, will stay again

One word... Amazing

If your after sun and amazing views then this is the place for you!
We were late on a Sunday check in - received a text which gave exact instructions to get the keys and where to find the assigned parking also where the room was - this place is really well managed, they even left a bit under the door on the last day, outlining what had to be done before checkout.
Local building residents did not look down on you for being a ‘renter’ in their building.

Pool is heated, and spa is even hotter, water was just perfect.

We booked the superior ocean view- this took us to level 14 (b), 2 bedroom unit + 2 bathroom with everything we needed, kitchen fully equipped and the view! Oh my god the view!! From every room..

There is direct access to the beach from the motel. And the life guard tower is right there.. to put it in context, the lifeguards use the bathroom in breakers reception because it’s the closest building. Every day from 8-5 there are swimming flags set up right behind the motel.

I could talk this place up all day. We had an amazing stay and I do like a professionally run operation. This place gets my 10 stars

The vicinity of this property to the beach is the main drawcard, literally step onto the patrolled beach from the pool and tennis court area.
The staff were lovely and very helpful and the condition and cleanliness of the apartment were excellent.
The pool is heated which was a bonus for our April trip. We also enjoyed the tennis court.
The walk into Surfers is a bit longer than expected but the drive was easy and parking wasnt a problem.
A little bit closer to walk to Broadbeach but probably a bit too far to walk back with groceries etc.

We where brining a little girl in a wheelchair and THAT WAS NOT EASY. Not a place if you are in a wheelchair otherwise the hotel was 10 out of 10.

Overall a pleasant stay however internet was non existent despite logging in.
There are no doirs from the main bedroom to the ensuite. To have a shower, you must close blinds in the main bedroom, unless you're prepared to put on a show for the neighbouring buildings looking in.
We used the restaurant brochure on the fridge. Both nights, the places we ordered from said the menu and prices were out of date.
Finally, we were lead to belueve beach front views were just that, from the front. We had a sidw view, which, whilst nice, was not as good as expected.
