The unit was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, affordable and big enough for a family of five. Location was perfect, right near the beach and a 20min walk to Cavill Ave. Is an older style building that looks to have had some reno's lately, very clean and well maintained. Would only say the bathrooms could use a revamp. But was not a game changer. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were great with communication and any issues are rectified straight away.

Good sized apartment in an older (by Gold Coast standards) building. The apartment fitout was pretty basic with minimal well used furniture but perfectly livable. Located midway between Surfers and Broadbeach but only 150 M from the beach and the nearest transtop. Good value for money.

We also had no power on our extra night & our rental car was stuck in the garage.

It's huge for family of 4...kitchen very well equipped.Beds were comfortable. Very near beach. Floor was very dusty though. Communication could have been better... No message was sent to us on how to get in. And we were checking in on Xmas day when the office was closed. We were left sitting on the road outside till expedia stepped in to help us contact the person-in - charge.

Wasnt impressed with this property. I was expecting some sort of air conditioning and there was nothing apart from ceiling fans. One of the single bed bases was broken and seemed ripped and completely shredded on one side. Internet didn't work at all. Couldn't connect to Netflix on the TV. Pool was lovely and parking convenient and easy. I wouldn't stay here again

Fantastic balconies on 3 sides of this property meant that we always had a breeze, this was very fortunate as the aircon in the main bedroom (the only one in the apartment) did not work. The manager was very prompt sending a technician but unfortunatley they were unable to fix it during our 8 day stay.
I would have liked to have an information booklet about the apartment, as there was no information. Eg swimming pool / sauna / bbq access. Or how to check out. There is no reception here.

We were in apartment 25, it wasexcellent views and location was great. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. The kitchen was clean on the surface, but i wouldn't use the utensils - they need a wash and replacing. The outdoor setting on the balcony was broken and chair dangerously wobbly, the balcony hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Therewas only a Tv, no stereo, no dvd player etc. Bathroom not really clean. No laundry detergent, tea towel and we were refused more than 1 toilet roll. Bathtoom railings were not fixed to the wall either. Wifi was slow also. Aircon unit above the bed was VERY dirty and rattled, curtain off the track and a bit useless also.

Surprising! GREAT property for the price
Wow, I must say I was VERY surprised at how good this place was! It was clean, fresh, updated and very modern. It was a BIG roomy and spacious apartment. The service was 100% friendly and the staff wanted to help out. They manager was real and open and treated me like a human and not a number (like so many do).
The apartment was huge; whilst its an old building like most Gold Coast high-rises a lot of work as been done to keep the apartments and building modern and relevant.
I recommend this property to ANYONE.

we had the ground floor unit and it worked perfect for us everything was excellent . We wanted the room serviced after 5 days but unfortunately this didn't happen as we had both the keys mmm doesn't figure all in all a great priced accomodation

Room was dirty, vents and air conditioning were filthy, unhygienic, bed was made worse than I would make my own at home. Some of the light bulbs were not working. Power points had cracks. 2 fridges- one in kitchen can not keep anything cold (unsure if the second one) this place needs to be looked at by the health dep. way to expensive for what it has to offer. I couldn’t get out of there quick enough

Dirty floors, broken glass under tv cabinet, socks under bed from previous tenant, dirty doona cover, dirty spare blanket, broken toilet seat, rail/soap holder broken/missing in shower, chip in tile in shower and broken chips in outdoor decking, bedroom clock didn't work, crack in mug handle, frypan dirty with egg remains and pots dirty, mugs had coffee stains, and a broken potato masher. Only a couple of things attended to by management in the week of our stay, after we reported these faults the next day after arrival.

Apartments in a quiet position and close to all attractions on the Gold Coast. We had breakfast each morning in Surf Parade at a coffee shop \"Metro\" great service and food. Highly recommend this one.

Very convenient quiet one bedroom apartment with all kitchen and living room facilities. Laundry machines, even with soap ready to use! Cool air from the windows permitted me not to need air-conditioning. Closed curtains gave both privacy and kept the hot sun from heating up the bedroom during the day. Woolworth's grocery within 10 minutes drive. Sage Cafe gives you 40% off dinner from 5pm to 6pm! Worth it because eating out in Australia is expensive! Easy access to shops if you rent a car.

Had a really good breeze through the apartment as we had three sliding doors opening to the balcony. Clean bedrooms, bathroom, updated kitchen. Need new furniture. Staff very helpful. Would of liked to have spare key.

Very tired looking needed a good spruce up. Couldn't use oven due to filth, hand basin marked and grubby, only one poorly fitting plug for both bath and basin. Could only have one appliance on at time as power overload went. Was there 8 days and had to make do with one set of towels the whole time, did have a good laundry thank goodness. To be charged a dollar for a new roll of loo paper after we had used the quarter roll that was there when we arrived was the pits.

Well located near the tram and on the bus run we never waited longer for 10 mins for any transport and they access the theme parks.fully contained we only had to do one big shop for the week and saved plenty by cooking in.Kids loved the pool and beach at end of street.

Unclean and neglected
I've stayed in 6 Gold Coast apartments in the past 2 years, Warringa is the only one I don't recommend. It was unclean (including unclean dishes in the cupboards and dirty windows and grime everywhere), reception could barely speak english and the furniture was cheap and old.
No wonder the price was cheaper.

Perfect location
Stayed for 5 days and was an amazing experience. Bus stop from the airport was right in front of the door which made arrival easy. The beach was a minute walk away & the view from our ocean view apartment was perfect. Staff were extremely helpful. Room needed some maintenance as you could tell that it was old and the sliding door was hard to open & close, but apart from that everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Although location was good only 1 block from beach, the apartment needed a lot of work. By the way you only get the toilet paper that was in the apartment if you go through that1st roll be sure to pack some as \"it's self contained, you must get your own\"

A nice apartment in a quiet part of Surfers.
We were in a garden view one bedroom apartment on the first floor. It had a separate bedroom with large mirrored wardrobe, bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity and toilet, laundry and then a combined lounge/dining and kitchen. off the lounge was a quite large balcony overlooking the garden. There is only an A/C unit in the bedroom plus a ceiling fan and a ceiling fan in the lounge. A good breeze comes in through the windows but a lack of security grills means the windows cannot be left open. With the bedroom facing the street some traffic noise was a nuisance. All in all we had decided that we could live in the apartment as it was NOT a studio apartment and it was very cosy. We were assigned our own undercover car park which required a key to access or leave and a key to enter into the building proper.

For the price we didn't expect too much but to be greeted by an overwhelming stench of mouldy carpet and to see the old, stained carpets and mouldy cushions on the chairs in the living room was all too much.

The Hotel needs to be updated as the room we were in was dated with badly marked carpet sliding doors that did not work properly, there was no door on the shower and the bed room door would not close. There is a lot of road noise with buses and trucks operating from early morning. It is close to the beach and the bed linen was clean with friendly and efficient check in staff.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay in Warringa Surf. It was close to everything we wanted, comfortable and had all the amenities you could want. It was close to the beach and the light rail. Cavill Mall was within walking distance and so were many restaurants. We will stay there again on our next trip to the God Coast.

It was close to the beach, only down side to our accomodation was no air conditioning and we had to leave the windows open, which allowed for the noise to come through. The noise was the only draw back as there was a lot of buses etc passing every 10-15 minis. The hotel was central to all the places that we went being, 1.8km from cavill avenue so we were able to walk to. Broadbeach plaza was only 5 mins away.

Overall great service, staying at high-level apartment but noise we get from the street, felt like we are on the level 1, some windows do not even have any rubber sealing, rubber sealings need to be replaced.
