From the time I booked to the time I departed, their service is impeccable.
Facilities and gardens are so clean and well kept they area pleasure to admire.
Gary and Helen's hospitality is so rare nowadays. I have never experienced such service.
If you are single or a couple and want an extremely comfortable and central location without the noise of a typical hotel, then this place is a must.

We had a fabulous stay! Gorgeous, apartment with a really home like feel. Very friendly, helpful and professional management. It was in a perfect location for us, a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to.the heart of surfers.

It was a comfortable room. It seemed clean and well priced with convenient underground parking.
The room was extremely quiet at night so it was easy to get peaceful sleep, and in the morning you wouldn't even know it was day time because the curtains are so thick!

Arrived early and was greeted by the Manager who informed me the room was ready. So was able to be in my room well ahead of schedule. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had ample facilities if you want to self cater but i'm in holiday so why would i want to cook.. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and Surfers Paradise Tram stop is less than 5 minutes away so handy for travelling around the Gold Coast. There are dozens of places to eat within 10 mins walk but the location of the hotel is still quiet enough to get some decent sleep.
I really enjoyed my stay and the only complaint i have, it wasnt long enough. I will definitely be back but longer next time to justify the 22 hour flight from the uk

The owner questioned why we slept on the lounge and when advised it was due to there being no tv in the bedroom he replied 'Oh thats weird'.
I recieved a phone call after checking out to say that our $200 security deposit would not be refunded due to burns on the bedroom carpet from an iron? We stayed three nights and not once did we iron in the bedroom -we ironed in the kitchen and on the ironing board provided. I asked who i could dispute this with, considering i am from NSW and not aware of the tribunals etc in QLD and his reply was 'i dont know and its bad luck'.
The staff made it an unenjoyable stay and definately would not return especially after the security bond issue.

Good location, good staff. In need a little repair, toilet running all the time, had to close door at night. Pillows not good. Bed comfy enough. Floor a little sticky..maybe to much detergent. Not full roll of toilet paper, so ran out quickly had to buy some. Otherwise was fine for price and location.
