The resort was simply fabulous, and the staff really excelled themselves. We had a dedicated person to contact in case we needed anything.
We had a Water Villa, which was absolutely fantastic, large room, bath on the deck overlooking the ocean. The Water Villas have the added benefit of access to Riviera Restaurant which was much better than the main buffet restaurant.
There is plenty to do on Villa Nautica Paradise Island whether you’re in your 20s or getting on a bit!
What was so nice about the Island even at 100% occupancy is that it never feels busy.

We had an amazing time from start to finish ! Water villa was perfect loved staying in it . Our island host Soltana was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️she looked after us so well couldn’t have asked for a better host!
The food was fantastic as are the dining staff especially Sujan and Onkar who looked after so well ! The front of house lady was lovely so welcoming. Did a number of water sports excursions which were fantastic the whole team is friendly and professional .
It was our wedding anniversary and we got spoilt so much it really made it special
It was our 2nd time here and we will be back !

We had a wonderful time at the amazing Vila nautica. The staff were all so friendly and polite.
Our host Azha was so helpful and just a perfect host.
Also the food was delicious with plenty of choice.
The staff in the restaurant were so kind and courteous. Special thanks to Geethika, Akshay, Ram and Rahul who were always attentive and wanting a friendly chat.
The deluxe room was just perfect with outdoor showers and straight out on to a wonderful beach.

This is a hit and miss hotel... it just depends on your preference

My pros:
The property and room is stunning, the landscaping beautiful, the snorkeling is fab, bed comfortable, 20mins fron airport, Geethinka & Ram in the restaurant are brilliant!

My cons: food not good, felt like it was run by accountants - all inclusive ended at 12pm day of departure - all inclusive options not good for drinks food & mini bar they were really tight, staff not happy and do not like working there, was supposed to get a bottle of bottle of sparkling wine for our honeymoon never got it, tried to arrange floating breakfast was told \"no they cant do it\" no alternative, food terrible ( i had to put in twice it was so bad )

Such a shame as it was our honeymoon and a zero birthday, wasnt ruined but dont think we will go back.

There all inclusive was more like only 30% inclusive. I paid for all inclusive and was not able to enjoy half of their drink selection. The lagoon restaurant was great tho. Very disappointed in the poor area inclusive drink selection. Not worth the extra money!!!!

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay. There really wasnt anything that let this island down. The food was incredible, the service on point and there wasnt a chance to get bored with all the activities and facilities available.
The dive centre is the best ive ever been to. All the staff there were super helpful. The dive guides extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to dive with. Our guide Kartik was brilliant. He took us to some mind blowing dive spots all only a short distance from the island. We also did a night dive on the house reff which is just beautiful.

Overall nice stay with great snorkeling. We stayed at water villa and ate at the Lagoon restaurant. The food can use improvement in quality and consistency. Service staff was nice. We filled out the survey for food on our 2nd day and the staff really took it seriously and made sure we had good food options rest of our stay. Breakfast was consistently awesome. Lunch and dinner varied in our opinion.

I wish our host treated the food allergy we reported seriously as we had kiwi sent to our room as well served on a 10 person excursion without an alternative. The staff was nice to have kind gestures when we shared the food allergy issue. Just not the 5-star personalized experience we expected.

We booked on Expedia 7 days before we arrived. The hotel never confirmed our arrival flight. Hope the property better manages communication. Luckily there was another family on the same flight so we didn’t wait for the boat transfer. Just an unnecessary stressful beginning when you do not hear back from the property.

The island is beautiful and very relaxing. Being able to walk out of our villa onto the beach and snorkel with the amazing sea life was the highlight of the trip for us.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful with special mention to Helan, our housekeeper, and the wait staff in Bageecha Restaurant who were particularly attentive.
Towards the end of our stay, we were thrilled to receive a complementary room upgrade to a stunning water villa. It was such a treat for our last night.
Overall, it was an incredible trip that we will never forget.

Maldives Over the Water Villas

We were all very happy with the service. Also, it was great to have a separate restaurant for the over the water villas. Service and food variety were great! The over the water villas were fabulous. Being able to snorkel right off the back deck of the villa was priceless (and we saw so many kinds of fish!). We had the all-inclusive package and there were still a lot of things (drinks, restaurants, activities) that were not included - that always felt like trying to get even more money out of us (and high prices). Wish that was just a small exception to the rule.

Not worth what we paid

We had a beach bungalow which was very tired and dated. The paint on the walls looked dirty, the tiling in the bathroom was poor, the outdoor furniture was very weathered. The beach bungalows are on the east side of the island, and some are a long walk from the pool and restaurant, but buggies are available. Note that the water villas are on the east side of the island too and face either north or south.
The pool is a good size but the resort is very children friendly so there are a lot of kids. The lounger mattresses get very wet if it rains, and aren't stored away over night.
The food in the restaurant is very varied, although it made my partner poorly for 48 hours and we had to visit the on site doctor, who was very good.
The staff everywhere are exceptional... very polite and friendly.
Good range of drinks available on the all inclusive menu, but service could be quite slow at times.
The island is very close to the airport, so there are a lot of boats passing by at all times.
There is entertainment every night, including bingo, a disco and live music.
Don't come here if you want tranquility... the children, boats and entertainment all prevent that.
The gym is well equipped with a mix of old and new equipment. Personally i found it too over crowded and they could afford to lose some equipment.
The snorkeling is excellent and very accessible. Watch out for dangerous lion fish and puffa fish. Take an under water camera!

On scale of 10 I would give this place 10👍 especially when you look at the cost “ you are getting more than what you are paying “ compared with other resorts in Maldives.

Friendly staff, clean facilities overall, variety of food, a lot of activities.

We spent 4 days here and they went too fast.

Me and my family would like to say a big thank to the resort management team for the wonderful surprise that they present for my daughter’s birthday.

Definitely we will do it again soon.

Overall, we loved our stay here.
A couple of things to note if you’re considering booking:
- the primary nationals who stay here are Russians.
- there is quite a bit of loud construction going on during the low season.. we had to move rooms twice to get away from the noise.

The staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re enjoying your stay. Huge shout out to everyone who works there.

Food was really good, especially the buffet at Lagoon restaurant.

We booked 13 nights at Villa Nautica for our wedding anniversary.
We stayed in an overwater Executive Suite. The room with its own private pool was very well appointed and maintained and was nothing short of spectacular!
However the biggest delight of our trip was the incredibly friendly. warm and welcoming staff.
The staff in the Lagoon restaurant, Rasheed, Bilal, Surjan and all the team were wonderful and constantly looking for ways to make our stay special. The Island Hosts Mihoo and Amine were always available to answer questions and arrange dinners and activities.
We cannot say enough about our experience at Villa Nautica and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway.
Fingers crossed one day we will get back again!

A beautiful sun kissed location only 20 mins from Male. The island and resort spoils you from the moment you are picked up to the time you leave. We stayed at a beach villa which gave us an unobstructed view of the sunrise every morning, that plus watching the fins of the (harmless) black tip reef sharks circling was simply magical. The sunsets from the pool and Captains bar were equally spectacular!. The staff deserve a special call out; Siham our host for being on call when we needed her, the 3 Queens of Bageecha Geethika, Manikala and Samjhona for their beaming smiles and attentiveness and Vanna, Eyman, Vinnu and Ritesh for their exemplary commitment to service and extra special dishes due to allergies. But there were many others too that made our trip very very special.

We loved our time at Villa Nautica. The island is beautiful, surrounded by clean water, coral, and well maintained beaches. The rooms are sizeable and comfortable with everything you could need on hand. Our Beach villa was right on the water and the facilities were great, but the water villa, which we stayed in for one night, was another level - very modern and sleek and a beautiful place to stay.
Everything within the island is reachable in a short walk, or there are golf-carts to help ferry you around.
All the staff were attentive and friendly - special mention must be made of our Island host Cynthia who was in regular contact with us throughout our stay and helped us with anything we needed throughout, and kept us up to date on the resort's events. She made our time very special indeed.
Likewise Jei and Sanim, our guides for Snorkelling and Scuba Diving respectfully, were both incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Everyone went above and beyond.
We went Full board, but often bought additional drinks and snacks, which is comfortably a better deal than All Inclusive. You're assigned a restaurant in the resort but they have huge buffet-style spreads for every meal that change daily.
Excursions and activities are great value - we swam with Sharks, Stingrays, Turtles and all kinds of wildlife.
Whilst this kind of resort in this part of the world may be on the expensive side, the value is really there. Paradise indeed!

We had a beautiful honeymoon at Villa Nautica. We were all inclusive and maximised our food choices, and activities that were available to us. There is so much to say for the resort including its rooms, facilities, and beaches. But what really made our experience so amazing was the food and the staff. The staff went above and beyond to make our holiday as special as possible.

The white sandy beaches at the resort were truly paradise, with great snorkelling spots. There were a wide range of sports activities and a full sport centre with regular activities to take part in. Spa was amazing.

We stayed in both the beach and villa resort and both were really nice. The rooms were kept to a really high standard by maid service.

And finally thank you to our island host Shaihaan who was assigned to us when we entered the resort. He was available 24/7 for anything we needed, answered all our queries and was always so kind and helpful.

This property takes roughly 20 mins via speed boat from the airport, upon arrival you are greeted by very friendly staff and taken via golf carts to the main bar area for some welcome refreshments and cleaning towels.
Your host will then explain how everything works around the property and go over any dues. Be aware that if you get in early, you will not be able to check in to your room till after 2pm, recommend bringing your swimsuit to change into so you have something to do.
For the room we stayed in the beach villas, the room was spacious with a nice beach view. The room itself can definitely use some updating and they have outdated lamps and lighting/fans. The bathroom was nice with a tub/shower and right outside of the bathroom they have an outdoor shower that was really nice! The rooms get cleaned twice per day, our cleaning person Jeeno was excellent and very attentive!
The food and drinks were good with a good selection daily. I definitely recommend buying all inclusive package as the drinks and food are not cheap!
The property itself was very pretty with plenty of walking, snorkeling and water sports to do. This has been the clearest water I have seen compared to the Caribbean etc. The only disappointing thing was the areas on the outskirts of the property in the rock walls was very dirty with many water bottles and stare foam pieces of trash. The property could provide trash nets and some trash sticks, I’m sure many people would not mind helping clean up.

Amazing place to disconnect.I went there with my friends for a long weekend.We spent time together snorkelling,walking in the beach,attending the yoga lessons and just watching the sunset and sunrise.
Food was good also.
As a gold member I didn’t receive any upgrade,but on the last day after checking out we were allowed to use a smaller room until the departure time.

5 nights. I had the most incredible experience at Villa Nautica Paradise Island Resort during my recent vacation with my husband, family and friends. The entire trip was made memorable, and truly exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were luxurious and the rooms were also cleaned twice a day. The resort itself was a true paradise – from the stunning beaches to the lush greenery, every aspect of the island was breathtaking. We couldn't have dreamed of a better vacation!!! We will definitely be back again!

First of all we want to thank the whole Paradise Island Resort & Spa team. They were so polite, friendly and always with smile on their faces.
We stayed at the Deluxe beach Villa with pool, and we must say the best accommodations on the Island. We like it better then the water Villa's. We had our privacy, the Villa is newly renovated, everything was clean. Big beds, the pool was amazing, the water was perfect.
We arrived on a rainy day, and were a little bit disappointed, but trust me, nothing to complain about it, the rain didn't ruined our vacation, because in few hours , comes the sunshine and a clear blue sky...
The Island is very beautiful, peaceful, a real heaven on earth. We enjoyed every second of our stay there.
The ocean was warm and perfect for swimming, the beach with white sand, truly unforgettable.
The food was amazing, with different types of food and cuisines.
We were hosted by an amazing host named Julija, she took care of us from the very beginning, to the moment we left the Island. Always with a smile and kind words, and right on time with the answers when we asked about something.

I would have a few complaints about the service and organization, but they are negligible compared to the overall impression.
In any case, I will visit this resort again.

We visited Paradise Island for our honeymoon and we had the most incredible time. We stayed in one of the water villas for 10 days and dined at the lagoon restaurant where the staff were amazing - especially Iresha and Hari who made us feel like friends. Everything is incredibly clean and the location itself is breathtaking. The staff all go above and beyond to ensure you have the most memorable time and the facilities are great. We also attended the International Women's day lobster barbecue and I have no words - the food is as delicious. Another bonus was that it didn't feel too busy, there were times when we were the only people on the beach which was so romantic. Could not recommend more.

Four days in Paradise

The resort and the location are truly paradise. We traveled as a family of three (including one child) and booked a beach villa on a full-board basis. The location of the beach villa was excellent and right on the beach with really good views. On a full board basis, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included along with drinking water in the bottle (they will refill when requested) and an in-room team coffee maker kit. There is no issue with any of the meals and all are Buffett. Lots of variety for every taste buds in a restaurant named Baggicha. Anyone can feel a touch of nature when in the resort. Outstanding location and 15 minutes speed board ride from the Male airport (Male airport is though horrible and very small domestic airports of India are better equipped). Our host Mr. Zaki was very helpful and always ready to help. I would like to thank him for his willingness to help. There were couple of issues are there - 1. Pre-departure checklist was incomplete and for the same, we faced lots of trouble at the Male airport. Now I have informed and resort communicated back that they will correct the needful. These will help future travelers.
2. Cost of any drinks (like Coke, Sprite etc.) is abnormally high. One 300 ml coke will cost 6 USD.

Overall we have a fabulous experience with stay, meals, speed boat transfer, cleaning, etc. I can surely recommend Paradise island resort.

The service of the staffs is top notch, hotel staffs are always around to make sure you have what you needed with a friendly smile (a special thank you to our hostess Cynthia, who'd come to greet us at breakfast every morning to help us plan our itinerary and sending us daily entertainment programs). If you are on All-Inclusive package, you will never run out of drinks or food. One suggestion, it'd be nice to have an extra refill on the mini-bar for guests who'd just like to enjoy their beer at the villa when they just like to stay in to enjoy the view of their villa occasionally instead of walking out to the bar (which could be quite a distance depending on the location of your villa) if they're on AI package. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back to this hotel again. Thank you Villa Hotel for giving us such a wonderful memory of the Maldives.!

The water villa was amazing, waking up with that turquoise sea in front of you it’s priceless.
Food was good, staff amazing, the Spa as well, in general everything was really, the only thing is that they were doing some maintenance work so the noise was a bit disturbing time to time.
And I think that another bar by the see for the evening could be a good thing for the guest, creating a bit of variety.

The staff and waters/beaches are amazing! The food is ok, rooms a bit worn out, but the customer service is superb! The hotel was responsive via email prior to the arrival, arranged airport pick-up/drop off, accommodated the room requests as well as any other request we had. They arranged the PCR COVID-19 testing prior to departure, the results were ready within 24h. Everyone is so nice, accommodating and amazing surroundings. We had a great time and would come back as well as highly recommend!

A great spot in Maldives

My partner and I spent four nights at Paradise Island Resort & Spa. We HIGHLY recommend it whether you're couple, solo or a family. There are lots of activities yet the island felt very secluded and pristine. The staff was wonderful, prepared and well informed, particularly in the midst of all of the COVID 19 protocols. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

We stayed as a family in the beach villa with private pool for 7 days we loved the 15mnt or so boat trip very close to the airport at first we wanted privacy in our pool and asked Mr. Mohamed our assigned atendee and he was very helpful we woke up next morning and a fence covering the front was fully installed then we asked him to remove it the last 3 nights and it was quickly done, beside this the hotel rooms, the kids club, the buffet, reception staff restaurants in the whole hotel was perfect, evening program was also entertaining and very good i’m glad we chose Paradise hotel.

Such a BEAUTIFUL resort. Went with my wife on our honeymoon and we were immediately blown away with the beauty of Paradise Island resort. Our room was very spacious and clean and the views from our room were amazing. From our arrival, the customer service was top notch. We got the all-inclusive package (which I would strongly recommend) and upon arrival our host Juliana informed us about everything we needed to know throughout our trip. She helped us book all of our excursions and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of.
The food was also amazing! Our all-inclusive package included a buffet style meal at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in between. At the restaurant, the service was stellar. The staff, especially Sharan, provided excellent customer service and made our dining experience wonderful every day.
Overall, I would highly recommend this property to book your vacation. You won’t regret it! I can’t wait to go back again.

The resort relies on a beautiful location and neglects the actual resort part. NO POOL, NO LOUNGE/BEACH CHAIRS, and often ran out of ingredients for cocktails. On the plus side, the restaurant staff and our cabin attendant were exceptional. This is more like a Maldives Red Roof Inn, if you want luxury or a true resort keep looking.

Treat your guests with some respect and humanity

All things went well except for one bitter experience. It was raining heavily, with a 18 months old baby, without the baby stroller, requested for a buggy from the reception to the jetty area as we had to cancel our scuba diving. We were outright denied the buggy by the reception lady Anjali. No reason provided. When I complained to the facility manager, he told that we can be sent bcoz of bad weather.we had no choice but walk the distance & right behind us was another buggy that picked the same receptionist Anjali and left them to the jetty area. Treat your guests with some humanity people. We are not dependent on you but you are. Dont make us feel like all facilities are for people from the west. We too have spending power and we deserve to be treated with respect as well. I definitely loved the country and all other aspects.Will surely come back but not to this pathetic paradise resort.. Thanks but no thanks

Thailand is better value for money

The connection from the airport was fine, the island is beautiful. The garden villa had black mold growing in the bathroom. There were ants which required multiple sprays to remove and they kept coming back. The roof is metal without insulation and adjoining rooms sound like the neighbors are in the room with you when they're talking. During a rain storm the room resonated so loudly, you need ear plugs to sleep. The food was decent but nothing special. The service was good, with only a few minor issues.

Overall experience was fantastic. Very clean rooms. Amazing views. Booked romantic Oriental Dinner for one night, and it was the best experience of my life. The buffet was excellent, wide variety of options were there. And everything was delicious.

Just one suggestion, room cleaning should be done when called for, we were never informed when the room was getting cleaned whenever we were out.

We have just returned from an amazing vacation at Paradise island Resort and Spa.
We spent 3 nights in the Superior Beach Bungalow and 10 nights in the water Villa.
Both types of room have all the comforts you need,
but of course, the water villa feels a bit more luxurious.
The whole staff at Paradise Island is very friendly and helpful, they took great care of us.
A special hank you to our housekeepers, Javed and Gangan; to Iresha, the sweet and beautiful hostess at the Lagoon Restaurant; to the wonderful chefs, Naline, Jewel, and everyone really, including the waiters.
the food is various, tasty and very well presented. the Christmas buffet was outstanding!!
Also, thanks to Bebo, for entertaining our evenings with his amazing shows and arranging daily sport activities such as beach volley.
we had an unforgettable time and we hope to return very soon.

What I didn't like? not really much to say, but if I have to, I would suggest to offer more drinks options for the All Inclusive package, and definitely to change the ice cream supplier :)
