We had a great stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend it to other travellers.

The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything, which made getting around really easy. The two-bedroom apartment itself is spacious and well set up. It has three toilets and two showers, which was perfect for our group, and the large living area made it very comfortable to relax. The bedrooms are a good size as well, so it works really well for families or longer stays.

One of the nice touches was having free Netflix included, which is great if you're staying for an extended period and want to unwind in the evenings.

There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The dryer wasn’t very effective, so it was difficult to fully dry clothes after washing. Also, the refrigerator in our room seemed quite old and felt like it might be on its way out.

Overall, it’s a great apartment in a fantastic location with plenty of space and good amenities. With a few small improvements, it would be even better.

Amazing location! Close to beach, night spots, restaurants, right on the tram line to reach the rest of the Gold Coast.

Office to check in was right there beside the entrance to the residential building.

Only down side was that as we had arrived on an early flight, I requested a slightly earlier check in than than the 3pm. No effort was made to accommodate that request as the room still wasn't ready at 2.50pm. Some rooms must have been ready earlier, but not ours, despite a request.

Most of our stay was phenominal, although i had a hard time finding the locker for keys when checking in. And the parking needs more details for the guest to understand where to park exactly. But everyting went smoothly. The staff replied to my inquiry quickly. Thank you. We will definitely come back again.

Pick up keys was easy but in a run down place.
Apartment: the view was amazing and was able to enjoy a wine each afternoon on the balcony. Pool was beautiful but not warm. Indoor pool warmer which had spa connected too it but there was way too many people and lots of chaos and no hotel supervision. The bathrooms: main bed bathroom was gross. So much mould in the grout of shower and floors. On ceiling and around shower, and probably due to no exhaust fans working. 2nd room bathroom ok. Hair in drain etc. pillows lumpy need replacing and all blankets not washed in ages, had smell to them.
NO LOCKS WORKED. Balcony door did not lock (47th floor) . That’s a safety hazard . Bathroom doors also didn’t lock . Great to have washer and dryer in little laundry but was quite dirty and gross. Floors were slimy and re mopped that.
If the place was cleaned properly it would be ok. The locks is the main issue. Advised company through a review after checking in and had no response. Apartment could do with a reno in regards to sofa which was uncomfortable due to the pole in your back and beds and pillows etc. location great, view was beautiful and place was tidy. Wouldn’t call it luxury apartments though. Provide your own pool towels too which was fine.

The staff was helpful and responsive and instructions were clear. It is attached to the hIlton hotel so you can use the amenities which is useful eg: Pool, gym etc.
The biggest positive was the location...super convenient.

Location is awesome and views are amazing . What lets this holiday experience down is the lack of communication through the holiday booking company and the wifi in the room was terrible. I had conversations through wotif and they told me one thing but yet the holiday company told me another thing. The major one was the actual name of hotel. I was told I was staying in Hilton but the day before arrival I found out we were staying at Peppers Soul. The bedding configuration wasn’t setup as to how we had asked (this was rectified after I contacted the holiday booking company and they sent the cleaners to reset beds). Then the mid week clean we arranged prior didn’t get done (this was also rectified also after I contacted them again). Unfortunately they put the king bed back to singles again, I told them at the time as we left for lunch but they didn’t fix that and I had to contact the holiday company once again and wait for them to return to changed the beds again. Our room wif kept stopping and had to contact holiday company again who sent out a technician which was good for a few days but then it stopped working again and we couldn’t be bothered to have to contact the again as by this point I was just sick of having to contact them all the time. Another thing that annoyed us was having only 2 sets of keys for a 3 bedroom unit. I asked prior for 3 keys in wotif and it must of been AI that responded as was told I could but he holiday booking company policy is for 2 sets only.

Our stay was a mixed bag, the accommodation in terms of the actual place was terrible. We payed over $4000 for 4 nights, the view was amazing however, everything else was terrible, starting with he lift situation happening at the time of our stay to the fact that the bathroom had no supplies, anything left there was previously used. We contacted management for basic kitchen supplies and they came in to place everything in the unit before responding to us. The unit lacked basic necessities, such as toilet paper, towels, soap, and other shower amenities commonly found at places advertising themselves as ‘luxury’.

The plus to staying here was the 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurant, aside from that one positive I wouldn’t be staying here again.

the whole unit was super dirty, lots of cockroaches, flies and even crickets throughout the whole apartment, dining room hallway, bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the windows in bedroom couldn’t even shut, made it unsleepable for the first night when it had thunderstorm, never ever recommend it!!!! don’t ever think about booking this or it will be a disaster and money wasted like we did!! The property was in a great location walking distance to everything and the hotel facilities were great. The beds were average very springy and soft and there were no fry pans that actually worked on the electric cooktop. Some of the basics like salt & pepper, tea, sugar and coffee would have been nice. Overall we had a nice stay only some minor issues but no deal breakers. The view on the balcony and the bedrooms were fantastic. I would stay again

Fantastic location!!! Everything super close. Kids loved the pool area.comfortable beds. Aircon wasn’t as cool as we would have liked some rooms were a little stuffy but being winter wasn’t a huge deal breaker (key collection was easy just dropped my wife did a lap of the block and she was already waiting for me at the parking entrance on return.
2 keycards so our kids could come and go to the pool as pleased without us being stuck. Overall pleasant stay.staff on pick up were amazing very friendly and responded immediately to any questions we had through out our stay.

The staff were really helpful during both my check-in and check-out, especially as my times were a bit unusual. I really appreciated their assistance.

However, when we visited H Luxury Residence Apartments seven years ago, we got a very similar room — right down to the same couches, which still had the same covers. Unfortunately, the couches were extremely dirty, the carpet had dirt and strange stains all over, and even the mirror near the entrance hadn’t been cleaned. The toilets and bathrooms were covered in black mould, which is definitely not ideal when you’re planning to use the shower. One of the shower doors wouldn’t even close properly, so whoever used it ended up freezing.

We also had a bit of trouble with the stove — it worked one day, didn’t work the next, and then started working again. This might have been user error, but it was still frustrating.

The main reason I didn’t contact staff about these issues straight away is that we were only using the room to sleep in and didn’t spend any more time there than necessary. The parking was excellent, but the rooms are in serious need of attention — the couch covers, carpets, bathrooms, and toilets need a deep clean, and worn-out fixtures should be replaced.

The little communication I had with staff was fantastic, but unfortunately the condition of the room was disappointing. We booked the hotel mainly for its location, and if we stay again, it will be for the location only — not for the rooms, which were absolutely

The problem was the room had a stale smell and the place was grubby, hairs and bits on the sofa, marks on the wall, the bath was full of mold and didnt look lime it had been cleaned. We could have got much better for the money we paid. Over all disappointed.

H Luxury Residence Apartments – a fantastic spot

We stayed at the H Luxury Residence Apartments – a fantastic spot right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Being part of the Hilton Residences, we had access to the pools and gym, which was great. However, be aware that Hilton staff aren’t particularly friendly or helpful if you’re not a Hilton guest – we found them quite rude when we had questions.

The Panorama Apartment itself was wonderful, with beautiful views and everything you’d need for a week-long stay. Netflix was a great bonus for the kids when they needed some downtime. Wifi was not always available.

The only downside was the second bedroom, which had both a double and a single bed – the room was small, hence the door couldn’t close properly. It might be better if the layout of the beds was rethought.

Despite that, we’d definitely stay again – hopefully at a slightly more affordable rate next time, as it was on the pricier side.

We chose between several rooms in this hotel, decided to pay an extra $800 to have the ocean view room. Only to arrive and be given the river view room. We contacted the reservation team and they didn’t bother to get back to us.

The location and the view were luxury. But despite the names the apartment certainly was NOT luxery. Common areas stains all over the carpet, old mismatched lounge, mismatched and incomplete crockery/cutlery. Missing basic things like toilet paper, bin bags, dishwashing liquid, conditioner. Check in/out office dirty dingy space that has only stairs to reach it. Disabled people can't check in. Cramped bedrooms, could hardly walk between the two beds, only really space for one bed per room. Location and view were great though. Team stop about 100m away. Woolies and Coles both only half a block away.

The check-in location is not great, unlike the Hilton. The person who welcomed us was not very friendly. The explanation was brief, not a smile, no attempt at a more precise explanation. For the apartment, we had to leave the French window on the dining side open because otherwise it made an infernal noise. It was impossible to sleep, so it is cold inside the apartment at the moment and the place is very poorly soundproofed from the outside.

Great location! Walkable to tons of dining options and the beach is right there! I was hoping it was more of an ocean view but it’s obstructed by a huge building in front. The kitchenette is small but has everything you need! Beds are super comfortable! Pillows not so much. It’s also super loud when it’s windy and not really ideal to be on the balcony when the weather isn’t great. The master bedroom balcony door is locked and unable to open yet the balcony door in the spare room where our kids slept, was able to open. We did not like that. Overall good location and would stay again!

This apartment has excellent views facing Cavill Ave and towards Broadbeach with good sea view too.
Having to pick up keys prior to entering was easy as the office is right next door to the Hilton.
Car parking was good, a little bit to work out but easy once figured out.
For an apartment in this calibre, it does need some attention to maintenance and the beds are very cheap models as very firm and can feel the springs.
Surprising that not many cooking utensils, pots and pans for cooking. But had lots of plates and cups.
Apart from a few coffee capsules, there was no other coffee or tea. Not even salt and pepper.
Sometimes the lifts took awhile but is a big hotel so expect this.
Overall we felt this apartment was good value, great views and great walking distance to grocery store, Cavill mall, tram and of course the beach.
So many cool and different restaurants all around the hotel.

This is a separate owned property within the same hotel as the Hilton. So you don’t have any association with the Hilton staff, no room service or cleaning or anything, this made parking a bit confusing because you have to park across the street in the parkade then walk to the office outside the hotel and pick up your key card which gives you access to the underground parking. The underground parking acccess is crucial because there is basically nowhere else to park. The check in process was easy you get your key from a lock box.
The apartment had really nice views from the bedroom with the panorama window, less nice view from balcony because you’re blocked by another hotel. You might get scared of heights and feel a bit woozy the first night you stay there because we were on the 43rd floor and could feel the building moving just a little bit which throws you off. Had laundry in the apartment which was really great. Kitchen had your basics. It’s more like staying in an air bnb because you have to take out the trash when you leave and things like that. Location was really close to the beach so that was nice, right in the busy area so lots of shopping and lots of people so had a busy vibe on the street which you have to be in the mood for. Fun night life.

The entrance to Hilton and the location to the main street was great but it stops there. The apartment was not clean it had rubbish from prior tenants. It had a persistent damp smell even if you air the apartment for the day. The dishwasher was leaking on to the tiles and then onto the carpet. There were stains on the blankets and the walls. The apartment was really runned down and looked more like schoolies had trashed the apartment. The over 700 photos on the website definitely does not reflect what was in the room. It was very disappointing to arrive as a family and endure and experience this as a holiday. We also found that the non-refund policy is unfair as this the photos and the room we got was a complete misrepresntation in all forms of law. We will never return to Hilton surfers paradise. Shame on them for dressing mutton as a lamb!!!

H Luxury Residences were the highlight of our trip to Surfers Paradise. The property is situated in the Hilton tower and offers a variety a delightful Panaromic view of the beach and surrounding city. The apartment is fit out with everything that one could need from cooking, washing, cleaning etc to enjoy the trip especially if you are travelling with young children.

Only downside of the trip was waiting for the lifts during each time we had we had to leave to go to the beaches or the shops. They can be slow especially during busier holiday periods.

Despite above the property is highly recommended.

From the moment we entered the parking lot on the first day, we were shocked. The entire parking area was filled with an overwhelming stench.

When we entered our assigned room, the entire place was incredibly damp, and the entire room was filled with a strong moldy smell. All the curtains in the room, and especially in the bathroom, were covered with mold.

The most shocking experience, however, was encountering a family of 6-8 cockroaches right in front of us that night. Our family was horrified and immediately contacted the hotel via email, strongly requesting a room change. Unfortunately, our request was denied. The hotel downplayed the severity of the situation and offered to bring us an air freshener the next day—an absolutely ridiculous suggestion.

We felt like they were taking advantage of the busy December season, forcing us to accept the situation. In the end, we gave up on changing rooms.

The hotel then offered and confirmed a refund of the cleaning fee—a very small amount—and assured us it would be processed after check-out. However, they later emailed us, claiming that their finance team had rejected the refund request and that they couldn’t provide it after all. What does it even mean for them to reject something they themselves proposed and confirmed?

This entire experience has been shocking and deeply frustrating. Their unprofessional behavior and broken promises are unacceptable, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others.

It was ok, Average Accomodation. We are on holiday for 5 nights. 2 bedroom apartment booked. We checked in after hours, we never been provided with wifi password or room did not had a tissue box. Bathroom was clean but no conditioner, or shop. No extra towel was provided. Every night cost us $200 and whole stay we paid $1200 including tax.

The apartment was good value however the property is difficult to check in and out of with limited parking in surfers paradise and no temporary visitor parking. It’s also been 2 weeks since my stay and my security deposit has yet to be returned despite not experiencing any issues during the stay. Communication with the company that arranged the hotel is challenging.

No hot water coming from the shower during our entire stay and the water pressure was appalling. I called management which went unanswered and was diverted to a recorded message that advised to send an SMS. I sent three which also went unanswered. I also sent multiple messages via Expedia which didn't get answered until close to check-out. The bath itself was also stained.
When checking out, reception advised that the booking team would be in contact in regards to a refund. No one has contacted me. Expedia have also tried to contact them to get approval for the refund but that has also gone unanswered.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were very clear instructions on how to pick the keys up after hours and the location itself was absolutely perfect, close to everything. We were able to use all the facilities that hilton has to offer too. Will definitely come back !
