Most things were in good condition, but there were some maintenance issues - curtain in main room had broken 'slides' allowing it to droop untidily in one place; bedroom door onto the balcony with defective latch and very difficult to lock. The lounges are close to needing replacement (too soft for me!!). Most importantly, the remote for the main room's light/fan was missing. Had neither light nor fan there. Would have thought the presence of remotes would be checked after each stay, but evidently not. Disappointing, but otherwise the room and its ocean view were excellent.

An amazing voew, super clean apartment and very easy to reach Surfers Paradise from.
2 things marred the stay. The window blinds were wafer thin! Every morning at 4.15am, the bedroom was lit up and red hot!
The second, twice we had to change our fob as we were denied entry to the building! Once I had to call out the 24hr help as it was 1am.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this property. The amazing ocean view was a true highlight and provided a beautiful backdrop for our entire trip. Furthermore, we were very pleased with the room's cleanliness—the space was immaculate and well-maintained upon arrival.

The only unexpected condition we encountered was the requirement to remove all garbage from the accommodation upon check-out. While this wasn't a major issue, it is a service we typically expect to be included at other similar accommodations, and we feel it's worth noting for future guests.

Overall, the positive aspects, especially the view and the cleanliness, made for a very memorable visit.

We booked the three bedroom penthouse which was beautiful and had amazing views of the beach. The property is a bit run down and could do with some minor maintenance. I would recommend booking the three bedroom penthouse and would stay there again.

Our apartment was on the 12th level with uninterrupted views of the ocean. Very close to tram stop and about 12 minutes walk to Cavill Ave. Q1 building was 2 streets away. The apartment had all the basics. We stayed for 3 weeks and write up about apartment said serviced but found this was not correct. Washer and dryer included so linen etc was able to be washed.

The location is good and offers easy access to Surfers Paradise. The unit was old but spacious enough for a family. However, the cleanliness was average, and there were no basic kitchen supplies like salt or pepper. When I requested additional shampoo, the reception informed me that there would be an extra charge. Additionally, there was no daily cleaning provided.

It was nice location. Had hard time sleeping as bedrooms did not have a/c. Stayed for 3 nights and needed to cook some food but unfortunately they don’t provide salt and paper. I am traveling from another country can”t bring my own spices and these are basic.

The view was amazing and the apartment had a well equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great space.
The location was perfect. Easy 2 min walk to the tram and a beautiful stroll to the main beach.
We stayed for five nights and the room only had one towel each, no face clothes and only one roll of toilet paper. So if you stay here it would be a good idea to prepare with supplies. They had an ice machine in the lounge that was loud throughout the night and clear instructions not to turn it off, which was a shame because took away from the peace of the place.
The neighbouring tenant isn't friendly and we were told off for shutting our door to loudly when we when out in the morning.
Overall a great location and great space. A little more attentions to detail would have us running back to stay again.

The property was listed as pet friendly but when we raised comments made to us by some residents on check out we were advised it wasn’t, and someone had accidentally listed it as pet friendly. We understand mistakes are made but being accurate about being pet friendly is important as it was the reason we selected Baronnet Apartments. The only the other complaint is the internet was not available on the first day and there was no TV unless you logged into your own streaming accounts. The location is great if you’re looking for midway between Surfers and Broadbeach. The apartment was aging but clean.

Very disappointed with our stay at Barronett apartments beautiful ocean view but very dirty 2 bedroom apartment
balcony doors not clean properly can see smudges AlI over doors have a infant who is crawling and jumpsuit was filthy black from floor that suppose to be vacuum and mopped before each guest arrives
Feel reception should advise you of facilities was unaware of tennis courts has they are hidden around the side and rackets and balls available to use but not told we’re to borrow from and also 2 days of staying there they we’re resealing pool which we could not use for 2 days of our stay
Has we were there we received to notifications of noise complaint which we weren’t making noise has they were also aware we had a infant in the apartment also which they can’t expect to always be quiet hard when you have permenant residents when your on vaccation
Overall would not recommend this apartment for family’s

Great view, large apartment,so close to the beach. Only 2 towels provided and no facecloths supplied or beach towels ( unless you paid extra at reception but the office was closed for the first two days even during Office Open Hours.)
We couldn't get a WIFI logon for our room and ended up peggybacking off a nearby room but it kept dropping off, so almost 5 days without internet only Wifi.

Staff were friendly and location was close to the beach however the overall experience was extremely disappointing. 2nd day we had no power for the entire day and most of the night, we had to throw out the groceries we had purchased, no compensation given, Water leaking from the dishwasher flooded the kitchen, after being told it had been fixed it did it again the following day but much worse. Still had not been rectified before leaving. Dead cockroaches on the floor, a horrible smell coming from the drains. A tablet left on the floor of kids bedroom, from previous guests. The pictures advertising the accommodation were nothing like the actual room itself. Overall extremely dissatisfied would not recommend and will not be staying here again.

Late check in worked well. Apartment very close to tram stop and we’ll positioned for shopping and restaurants. Room 1102, lovely ocean view but very tired, thinking other rooms may have been renovated more recently. Reception staff not over friendly. You can’t leave your bags there if you have a later flight than check out. Very friendly permanent residents with great local knowledge. Overall a good stay.

Proximity to beach and easy walk to dining and shops. Good eating at the surf club just down the road. Nice gardens and pool. Easy car parking. Building is getting tired for its age and many items in the apartment need replacing e.g. handles on vanity and soap dish in shower rusty.

We didn't have TV all weekend. We didn't have heating the first night. We didn't have a pool or spa all the time we were their. Powdered soap poured out all over the floor of the extra blanket when we used it. Light was out in the laundry area for the first night. Who said this room was ready to be given out to a guest???? Room was very nice but not ready for guests and no help all weekend. Pretty poor.

Lovely ocean view with parking included. The apartments are a bit old and tired and could do with refurbishment. The fridge in our apartment was making more noise than a rocket firing. We rang reception and Chris the Manager came promptly and moved us to another apartment. FYI the bathroom has very limited linen and no tissues etc.

Great sea view, directly from living hall. Everything well provided for those who are cooking, even containers to pack food and scale to weight luggage can be lent from receptionist. Easy check in even reception is closed on Saturday.

This apartment was surprisingly bigger than what the photos showed ... the photos really didn’t do it justice ...
the en-suite was a shock I wasn’t expecting that ..
if I had to find a fault would be the hot water running out and having to wait three hours to shower .. with two young children it was testing with being so close to bedtime .. but otherwise I would stay again!!!!

We did have some cleanliness issues but these were attended too by the management.
The management team were nice people and easy to deal with who wanted to sort issues as soon as they were informed.
We think we were a little unfortunate in the allocation of our apartment.There was no dishwasher, the aircon unit needed overhauling as it was extremely noisy. The apartment was generally a little tired and in need of a makeover, particularly the kitchen.
From our conversations with the management it sounded like this was the only one without a dishwasher and the only one of a few in need of some refurbishment.
This was on the 10th floor and the views were great.
The bed was very comfortable.
A nice quiet location within easy walking distance of surfers town centre, and a nice walk to Broadbeach. The local beach was extremely close with access to patrolled swimming.
We would definitely stay again, but would ask a few questions regarding the apartment before booking.

All was generally good however I thing the furnishings were dated such as the kitchen bar stools were made of very weak timber and I could not sit on them,Secondly the glass lounge room table was a concern as we kept running into the edge of the glass top,I would have preferred air conditioning in the bedroom and ceiling fan in the lounge room would have been ok.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely and the room was clean and suitable for a family. Judy on reception provided excellent service. The only change I would make is to choose a superior ocean view room next time.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, Tramway is down stairs and the beach just accross the road. However, we literally paid a fortune per night for our stay and we were expecting of course something modern and nice. We were disappointed when we entered the apartment, it was old and the kitchen not clean enough, even the draws were half broken, the windows are old and the wind came through the joints! we had to block it with some cartons as it was so noisy at night, the bed in the master bedroom was not even a king size. Sorry to tell that we might not come back.

Extremely suprised just how big the one bedroom apartment was, fitting a huge lounge area, large full kitchen, good size bathroom and laundry facility. Spacious balcony from lounge and bedroom. Very clean, fresh & well maintained - lots of wardrobe space are huge bonus. Pool area conmfortable & BBQ very clean, was happy to sit amongst it not feeling grotty
