Had a wonderful stay at Surf Parade Resort! Came for the Gold Coast marathon & this was the perfect place to recover with the pool, spa & sauna on site. The view from our apartment of the ocean & hinterland was breathtaking & far beyond what we expected. Would definitely recommend & we will return

An older property of service apartments, some with residents and some holiday go-ers. Everything was clean and comfortable enough, good air conditioning split systems,fans in each room, nice balcony. Parking was free underground and convenient. Was great for a 5 night stay noting there is no room service. Wouldn’t stay longer than that. But all in all a good cost effective option in a decent area between Surfers and Broadbeach.

Close to the tram stop and about half way between the Broadbeach shopping\dining area and Cavill Mall, so you can have a lovely walk to either or take the tram.
We didn't use the pool or gym but had a look and both seemed really nice.

The receptionist was lovely and very professional when dealing with an, 'interesting' guest as I was checking out.

The apartment was well maintained, clean and comfortable. It felt light and airy and had views out to the hinterland from the balcony and bedroom. It’s halfway between Cavill and Broadbeach and is relatively quiet with beach, coffee and a small grocer (Broadbeach Grocer) all a few minutes walk. Close to bus and tram stop. Lovely pool area and tennis court. Enjoyed our stay.

Apartment neat and clean but small. Nice balcony and view. Pool and spa were great. Undercover free car parking was an asset. However, interior very small, suitcases need to be kept in living room as there is only 1 tiny 1 door wardrobe. No towel racks in bathroom which doubles as a laundry. No broom, no dish brush or kitchen sponge, just a tea towel. Convenient location.

We booked the hotel becos of the spa, but the condition is not very good and hence we haven’t used it for the 5 days 4 nights that we stayed. The toilet was broken in our first room, water kept running in the tank which created a lot of noise and my girl can’t sleep well becos of it. Mario was very helpful to switch off the main water switch and let us change to another room. The second room is even more dated than the first one despite it has some sort of ocean view. Overall speaking, the hotel is dated, some stains on pillow case, the chairs at balcony are disgusting. But I have to say Mario is very helpful and friendly. The location is ok, as the hotel is within walking distance to light rail station and bus station for going to sea world. The pool was ok.

The Apartment has a seaview and well equipped, unfortunately for us the washing machine in the room was broken, the door would not open, this was reported twice, but not fixed throughout our stay, the engineer did apparently come in but no update was given to us and no offer was made to use any other facility!!! this was a real downside to this property...

I arrived after a heavy downpour which left me saturated. Upon checkin, the lovely young lady helped me with a towel to help dry myself off and gave me an umbrella for the rest of my day. Please give her a payrise. Checkin was so easy (just the way it should be). The room was lovely and the location perfect. I felt very safe and the rooms were quiet too.

We got to our room; my hubby loved the spa bath in the room, overall the cleanliness of the room, the whole apartment building is clean, the pool and spa outside was clean and heated. We like Sur Parade as it is normally no stress. Basic but clean rooms with good access to the beach. The room was a compromise due to a booking mixup. The room we were in was fine but it was still undergoing some renovation I think? there was old towels left in the bathroom and the floor was a bit gritty. Other than that the resort was fine. We like the place and use them on regular basis.

Our first night was not pleasant as we walked into a bedroom without pillows. No one is available to help as reception staff work only 9 to 4pm and unavailable on public holidays if you need anything.

The room had no extra toilet paper (only half roll on arrival), no washing up liquid and could do with a good vacuum. The window sills were mouldy and dusty. I cleaned up the mould and we always take our own toilet paper & dish wash liquid etc.

Good location close to beach, with beautiful hinterland view from the balcony, over the pool, tennis court and Nerang River to the hills beyond. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Kitchen facilities were comprehensive with a cook-top, fridge, microwave oven and plenty of tools and crockery.
