Comfortable accommodation but bathrooms somewhat dated and tired. Good parking with stairs up to apartment so not for the those with reduced mobility. Have to say was very disappointed in this property. Our apartment was full of dust had a strange smell about it. Doors had dirty marks on them. The worst was my daughter feeling itchy and feet swollen. We pulled her sheets all the way back and found bugs in it that had been biting her. We actually checked out early putting keys in after hours box. Have heard nothing from place.

Stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with my daughter. The apartment was spacious and in a good location, close to cafes, supermarkets and the Pacific Fair shopping centre. The apartment itself was old and in need of a refurbishment, the kitchen was very dated, appliances old. We were disappointed to find an unwashed saucepan in the cupboard, unwashed dishes in the dishwasher and 2 empty drink bottles alside the couch. I wish I had taken photos of these things. Told the lady at reception and she said she would tell management - that was it. I believe that all the apartments are individually owned, so some may be better fitted out than others. I would probably not stay there again.

Great little place situated in broadbeach. Close walk to restaurants & bars, pacific fair shopping centre & the casino. Apartments clean & tidy with kitchen, laundry & air con. Would highly recommend!

The 3 bedroom unit was much larger than we anticipated. Plenty of space for the six of us adults. Master bedroom had a spa bath which was nice. I wish that we were given more than one key/fob for the room. We had two vehicles and six adults and although we were told that the unit came with 2 car parks we opted to park on the street as it was easier than trying to coordinate the entry/exit from the car park.

On checking in the Manager was very rude. Booked in through wotif after office hours she disputed our booking it took us almost an hour to get our room key as she was so flustered with the booking through wotif made us wait while she disputed the booking with wotif something that could have been done without us around. The washing machine broke after 2 days of our 5 day stay. The couch was extremely uncomfortable along with the beds. No lifts and we were in the third floor so it was a lot of trips up and down stairs to get luggage

We only stayed one night so can't say a lot, however the after hours check-in was very easy and the room was comfortable and the location a short walk to the Broadbeach restaurant hub, so very convenient. We will stay here again. Plenty of extra blankets and the kitchen well equipped.

The weather was cold and there were no blankets on the bed. I found one horrible old large blanket and one horrible old small blanket which I used to remake the bed but they were not adequate. The pillows were old and flat. The air con / heater had a broken air director and was located in a very bad position causing the vertical blinds the blow around when in use.

Started only a night for footy at metricon stadium. About 20 minutes walk to bus shuttle. Close to beach and broadbeach centre (shops, cafes) as well as the casino. Good location. Only three level building. Spacious 2 bed apartment. Would stay again.

Booked family of four into a three bedroom apartment. Received a penthouse suite with three bedrooms . Absolutely everything you need with heaps of room, just like a home unit, one could live in this apartment. The master bedroom was equiped with a spa and balcony . The other two rooms on the main floor had two single beds each. Easily sleep 6 people. Fully equiped recently renovated kitchen, the entire apartment had had a recent make over and quality fittings and furniture , good taste furniture was added. The room 62 was ideal and more than what we expected for the price. Great value for money. The resort itself had pool spa bbq areas . Walking distance to buses, light rail, casino, Broadbeach main district , beach . Also suited for self drive with undercover parking garage as well.overalll this is a great location and resort for a Gold Coast getaway , quiet, clean , well managed and not in the busy area of Broadbeach.

Markham Court is a good value place to stay. I was having trouble finding any affordable twin share one bedroom apartments around Broadbeach for my daughter & I. In the end we booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment at Markham Court as it was good value anyway as well as giving us more room and had everything we were looking for.

We arrived late at night but no problems accessing our keys and instructions. At first glance no porta cot which had been requested but rang the out of hours number and a cot was delivered promptly, though missing pieces!
Had the cot replaced the following day. Very comfortable mattresses on all beds but lumpy pillows.
Found the unit very quiet even though next to a busy road and ground floor. Met all our needs for the weeks stay and at an extremely reasonable price thanks to Expedia!
