Mi novia se hospedó allí, y fue espectacular, le ofrecieron una hab en la zona para mujeres y la pasó increíble, además, ella perdió un desayuno, y al siguiente día, también lo iba a perder, y la llamaron a la habitación para llevarle el desayuno a room service sin cargo adicional, esto ya es de 7 estrellas. Sin pensarlo, reservaría acá mis próximos 10 viajes a Caracas.

The hotel is one of the few decent options there is in Caracas. Nonetheless, it still falls short in some areas such as service, and maintenance. Almost no one speaks English other than the reception staff. In general staff needs hospitality management training since they are rough in their dealings with the customers.

We arrived at the Eurobuilding, and were checked in quickly, went to the room and it was a very nice room, but it was too small for us, we are used to spacious suite type rooms. Well i went down to the reception and spoke with them and Expedia, and they immediately gave us a bigger room with a very nice view. I was very pleased and impressed, i am definitely staying there again.

1.- We do not have charge service to the room what caused me inconvenience if the cards did not pass immediately
2.-I do not receive the treatment as a client and partner of the eurobuilding club, I do not count on the breakfast and the guest is attended as he comes to sleep only to the hotel without any other comfort!

We have stayed several times. The frustration is not the hotel but the government regulations which do not allow paying for services in dollars or exchanging dollars for local currency.
This is not normal in all the countries I have visited. The hotel is not geared up to handling internaitonal tourists anymore. When I first used this hotel over 20 years ago It was just like any world class international hotel.

I booked a room a the Caracas hotel in error instead of the Maiquetia hotel. Attempts to cancel booking through Expedia and Eurobuilding was futile. I eventually had to pay for the night at Maiquetia.

Service at Maiquetia was great. Room seemed clean, check in an check out were both a breeze. Staff were cordial even though very few of them that I interacted with spoke English, I guess this is to be expected. We both knew enough of the opposite languages to \"communicate\".

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Every day in it exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable and with impeccable facilities. The staff is very attentive and cordial. This was my second stay, having been there for 4 days in May. I really enjoyed it. Just one minor problem as we had to wait nearly four hours to get towels AFTER they had made up my room, leaving only 1 bath towel. A little annoying, but overall a very nice place to stay.

Highly rated!

I booked this room for someone in Caracus on business. It is close to the US Embassy and the Medical Center for Visa exams. The hotel was clean and safe with comfortable rooms. The restaurant was fine and the grounds of the hotel looked great. I was told by the Medical Staff this was the best hotel in the city, and I am very happy this place worked out so well for my friend. I will be booking this room again next month.

Not what I expected, not a five stars hotel

If you don't care about an old structure hotel with a very low maintenance to the hotel and rooms, it might be an option. My review is bad because this hotel does not fulfill with what a modern 5 stars hotel should be, specially considering there are several options, including four stars options, with better accommodations. It's not completely bad the experience but I would not recommend it

Hotel is nice but be careful of the charges. They will give you free room upgrades but when you get the bill it is trple the charge. Also be careful of ordering anything. They don't give an itemized bill, only a receipt that has the total and a place for a tip. At the end of the stay you get a bill for an additional 10% tip. Also I was charged for breakfast when I was told it was free. Even the restaurant bill had no charge on it. Be careful!!!!!!

We have stayed at this hotel before. Disappointed in lack on English by the staff. When I first used the hotel 17 years ago English was spoken well. The hotel is suffering from the current government which does not encourage general friendliness to visitors from overseas. It has a great location and the pool is large. Overall very safe which security is a must if visiting this country, so full marks for security. Was much better hotel than another I stayed in the same city. One cannot expect normal international standards unfortunately in Venezuela. Full marks for Breakfast.

An oasis in Caracas

In the current situation of the country, this hotel is an oasis. No shortage of supplies during my stay and one of the most dedicated and polite staff I've seen in hotels around the world. My only issue was the actual comfort of the room, which has some flaws for a hotel of this category ...but given the state of affairs in Venezuela, this place is just wonderful and feels very safe.

A Gem in Caracas Center

Firstly don't go to Caracas unless you have to, It's not safe. Army patrols at the ends of the tunnels is normal. This Hotel was comforting. Had the amenities to help pass time in comfort without being worried. 4 restaurants, 2 pools (1heated), jacuzzi, gym. free wifi throughout and very cheap prices and fast service. I ordered room service total 620bs, I gave the waiter 700bs (expecting him to take the change as tip), he returned 15mins later with my change and receipt. I had a early checkout (5am) there was coffee and pastries available (complimentary).

Hi I am writing this now that I am out of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela which sadly has gone way down hill in the last few years and it reflects on the private businesses such as the Eurobuilding. Service is sluggish and some employees of the hotel are thuggish due to disdain for Americans though they never did anything overtly aggressive.

The gym is well equipped but the equipment is not wiped down well, certain staff there are very nice but there is one who really does not like her job.

The hot water in the shower becomes intensely hot and when you turn it down you get cold there is not regulating it. You have to make sure and remind staff to make up your room and leaving VEF 200 daily helps.

The food overall is good and the restaurants are clean and staff try to be helpful in there sluggish no pressure Venezuelan labor law kind of way but they are nice, the food is good and reasonably priced.

For me, someone who has stayed in many hotels good and bad in many countries I would say that this hotel is OK for the price but it is not up to the American standards perhaps it is OK for the Europeans and so named the Euro building.

I stayed there for 10 nights I could have moved but for the price I think this was the best deal I could find. I hope this is helpful.

I forgot my old phone charger in my room. After a few hours I call the Hotel to report the issue. I was told not to worried because the room had not been booked by another guest, since my departure. To my surprise the Hotel staff told me after a while: there is not any phone charger in your room,sorry. I asked the operator to speak with a supervisor, ja! there was no supervisor in the hotel at 9 PM. Conclusion is: if you, for any circumstance, forget any item in your room you can be sure you will not get it back. Please be careful to collect all of your belongings prior to your departure. Lost and found department do not exist.
In respect to the Hotel, in general, it is Ok to stay, no other regrets.

The overall stay of the hotel was mediocre. The staff were unaccommodating and and unorganized at times. I was staying with a group, and there were several who had reservations that were cancelled the day before arrival for no reason. The hotel also would not arrange an airport pick up for the group, even though we notified them well in advanced.

Despite the staffing concerns, the rest of the hotel was nice. The room was clean and fairly modern. The restaurant has great food.
