We stayed in the tower suite which was overall lovely room. For that price, I would appreciate if the amenities are a bit nicer. The quality of the shamoo/conditioner was not very good in my opinion. I found the pillows were useless, too airly and too soft, feels like no substance in them. My neck was in terrible pain when I woke up.
The pool was nice but I think it would be good to have a booking system. At some point, too many people came and there were not enough room for everyone.
The restaurant was good. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. I liked the fresh flowers displayed there.
We didn't interact many staff there, but the lady checked in and out could be more friendly and welcoming though. It was our first time anywhere hotels we stayed at, we were not asked how was your stay? kind of stuff at the check out. I was prepared to give a little feedback of the room, but didn't have chance.
