This was honestly one of the most amazing hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was small, but the layout across buildings was so unique. I've never seen anything like it.
There was always coffee and tea available up front under the beautiful atrium, so we were able to entertain our local friends in a comfortable and casual setting.
The breakfast was fantastic; lots of variety and all delicious; just wish it had better hours.
The spa area was incredible, though the pool was freezing cold. That's the only thing I would change about that.
Overall an absolutely lovely stay and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is about 1.5 k from the ferry. Book a taxi ahead of arrival, otherwise you'll have to complete the 'refugee walk' along coble stone streets. The hotel is a bit of a labarynth spread between 2 buildings. My room did not have elevator access. I had to traverse 2 spiral stair cases with all of our luggage to get to the room. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent.

Stayed in a family room which distinctly smaller than the photos on booking site. Stayed in July when the room was very hot - no a/c. Decent condition of the room. We really enjoyed the swimming pool / relax area and excellent breakfast. Good location with easy walking distance to sights in Visby old town and close to the sea front. Parking was not included and rather expensive.

However, I have a major beef with their customer service. Accommodation was prepaid via Expedia. They took my credit card info on check-in, put close to $1000 on it for potential extras but then did not cancel this on checkout. Impossible to contact the hotel. After 10 days, Expedia customer service managed to get the charges reversed(thank you Expedia)

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this hotel. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Our room was very comfortable from the beds to the nice sofa. The bathroom was spotless and in excellent repair. The heated floors were a bonus! We both loved the breakfast, which had a wide assortment of many local products. It’s fun knowing we are supporting the local farmers. The location of this hotel was perfect, with quick access to everything we wanted to see and do. It was just maybe a 3-minute walk to the Baltic Sea. Walking to Stora Torget took under 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was not easy to find in the dark after your ferry arrives late. That said, we had a very helpful woman desk clerk who helped us get checked in late.

Charming. Converted from an old brewery. My wing felt like a mini villa, with greenhouse plants in and a water feature. Buffet breakfast is rich with an outstanding selection of meats, carbs, dairy, and fruits.

Pool området är en sorglig historia, vill jag ha ett kallbad så kan man gå till östersjön istället! Bastun gick heller inte att starta. Lite soft bakgrundsmusik, lite gröna växter, en varm bastu och servering av god dryck och lite snacks skulle lyfta poolen till andra höjder! Nu var vi på hotellet i tre dagar och såg ingen som badade över huvud taget!

Golvet i relaxen är väldigt halt..kanske en idé att rugga ytan på en del klinker eller dylikt. tv och fjärrkontroll var inte matchade för varandra, det byttes batteri i hopp om att det skulle hjälpa men nej tyvärr. Frukosten var bra, det kunde funnits någonstans att ställa disk då personalen inte hann röja på borden så det fanns plats för gästerna som fylldes på konstant. Men annars fint rum och trevlig personal i reception!!

Bra hotell sentralt i Visby. Krevende parkering pga trange gater. Men slik er det i Visby! Opplever at utvalget i butikkene er dårligere enn før. Færre butikker. Besøket denne gang var ikke son turist. Veldig bra mat på flere restauranter. Helt ok frokost på hotellet. Knøttlite bad, men bra rom og gode senger. Litt problemer med å forstå resepsjonisten ved ankomst. Snakket for fort, spesielt om det digitale. Hotellinfo via QR kode. Mulig å lufte gjennom vindu.
