Although the room was clean and the staff was okay breakfast. Unfortunately was not what I expected. I arrived nine twenty and told the breakfast area was shut down that I could get a cold sandwich if I wanted it.No thank you
In addition to my room being okay, clean. I was very unsatisfied because I did not have any body wash to use. And I did not want to use a facial bar on my body because it dries my skin out. I was also bitten by a spider while I was seeing there. I will not be returned to this hotel ever

My stay overall was good however I had requested room cleanup and never received it which meant, I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and washcloths, and dispose of my trash it was point. I didn’t even have a clean trash bag because they didn’t pick up the trash.

It was disappointing that you had to go to the front desk to just get lotion. The snack station was not fully stocked. Great Stay Bad Room house cleaning service

My stay was honestly really good and relaxing.When I arrived no one was there to greet me because it was only one clerk there at that time.But when the next clerk came to the desk he was very polite,professional,informative and he did it all with beautiful smile.When I got to my room it was amazing.It smelled cleaned and the king size bed was perfect. I checked the rest room that had fresh towels and cleaned also.Finally after my long drive I decided to shower and get something to eat.Listen you can walk to restaurants their do close to the hotel and so is the mall! The bar was ok except I stood there waiting so long the clerk at the desk had to tell the lady that she had someone waiting.Finally she comes out(no smile or greeting) so I ordered an “old fashioned”.I now see her looking upset until she told me that my drink was almost finished but she discovered that she was out of Maker Mark(bourbon)and she tells me I need to pick what I want to go in the old fashion even though she was the bartender.
The drink sucked! But anyhoo…I went out that night and came back too my comfy room. Fast forward the service for the room wasn’t good. I had to change and make up my bed on the second day out of my three night stay.The trash was emptied by me and the towels that was placed in the uncleaned room was put up by me.There’s mold in the shower and I later found out that the refrigerator didn’t work.But my overall stay was good and I would come back.But they do need to address the issues

My first night there the A/C unit for the suite area did not work and the one in the bedroom area barely worked. When I notified the front desk, I was told that an email would be sent to have it looked at the next day and she gave me a box fan to help with the heat.
Upon returning to the hotel the next evening around 5:30pm, she said that an email had been sent but apparently no one looked into the issue. Luckily the maintenance guy was still there and he was able to get the bedroom unit going and the suite unit barely going.
They had all day to look into this, why wait until I’m there trying to use the bathroom and change for evening to look at it.
The front desk lady at night was very polite, but could only do so much.
I would NOT recommend staying here!!

They only good things we experienced are the convenience of location. The rooms are not what i expected. Our bathroom was not cleaned prior to our arrival, which was @11pm. There was still hair all over the floor and bathtub. The guest prior to us forget thier prescription medication which was on the floor in the room, which makes me believe even more so that the room wasn't cleaned. If you google search the property, there is a pool in the pictures which is very misleading!

Ants in the bathroom :(

We came to Raleigh for a family trip.This stay wasn’t very pleasant since there were ants in the bathroom, the bathroom tub was stained and the overall room felt outdated. The service at the front desk was fine but I probably will start only booking 4 star hotels and pay the extra money. Would not recommend for more than an overnight trip and that’s if there were no decent options left in the area :(.

The hotel itself is nice. The beds werent the most comfortable. Pretty stiff. For the majority of the hotel, it was very clean except our tub wasnt. The area around the hotel was so loud. the room when i got it was clean, however the maid never cleaned the room the 5 days that i was there.
I had to go downstairs when i need fresh towels. I ran out of toilet paper you have to go to front desk for that. So for the price of the stay i didn't think it was worth it. The halls smelled the weed day and night for a non smoking hotel,i smelt weed all night, the elevator even smell like weed. For a Marriott i was a little disappointed. Felt more like a red roof inn
