This hotel was such a wonderful choice for our trip. Its location in Barcelona is top notch, the hotel itself was perfectly comfortable and beautifully designed and the amenities such as the pool and gym made our stay feel even more convenient. Only thing I could possibly complain about is that in the morning the plumbing tended to have a weird smell for some reason but honestly this wasn’t a huge deal, just really the only thing that wasn’t perfect. The staff made us feel very welcome and interactions with the them was overall very pleasant. We look forward to coming back to Barcelona soon and without a doubt we will be booking here again.

Great hotel in a cool neighbourhood with lots of cool places to eat and hang near by. Staff are great and super friendly and really helpful shout out to the lady at the bar.

We stayed in a superior room nice size and well appointed and a nice private balcony too. Lots of nice small touches. And a rarity sadly these days but the streaming from my phone to tv worked perfectly

Great city break hotel. Room was smaller than expected but more than manageable for two people. All staff were very welcoming and attentive. Room was cleaned and fresh towels and water provided daily. Pool was a great added extra given the heat and humidity while we were there. Would definitely stay again

This hotel was conveniently located and close to a pharmacy and many restaurants. Our room was nice and clean with plenty of towels. The a/c was a little bit tricky to work but we got it done in the end. The bar was great with a fantastic female bartender that kept us entertained. Keep an eye on your bill as she twice gave us the wrong ones. The rooftop pool was disappointing. Very small, and too warm.

We had a five night stay here while conducting work and leisure. Excellent location near two subway stations. We wanted a location away from the main tourist areas, but close enough to visit by metro. There is food and dining in every direction you walk from the hotel. The room was excellent, bed was comfortable, A/C was necessary and we were so happy to have it. The small refrigerator was good to have for storing some of our own drinks. The shower was awesome. Best room of our 13-day European trip. The staff were very nice and friendly and helped us a few times.

The Art Gallery and theme of the hotel is so unique. I enjoyed the exhibition that was on and wandering around the hotel is visually wonderful. It's located quite close to points of interest but not ao clowe that you are in the thick of everything.

The hotel is unique and beautiful, conveniently located in a busy area (walking distance to a few major landmarks; great shopping area; incredible restaurant selection). The staff members were welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. The art pieces in the hotel are wonderful (there’s a gallery on floor -1). The rooftop is rather small but very nice. We loved our room with a balcony! Lovely hotel…we would absolutely book again!

no one offered me the room upgrade, no one offered anything for my gold expedia status, any VIP-access. They don't know what it is. They were very surprised that I wanted to get something extra. As a result I was given a ticket for a drink at the bar. but it was done very reluctantly. What's the point of being a hotel with Vip-access then?

I tried to request for an earlier check in as our flight arrived early and we needed to change for our 4 hour degustation Anniversary lunch at Disfrutar. The manager at that time was very surly and won’t have any of it. His personality was just cut and dry without a hint of a smile. The staff when we returned after our lunch to check in was better. Something just felt off with the morning staff though.

Wonderful weekend in Barcelona

The hotel was fantastic. When we arrived, welcome chocolates and a chilled bottle of champagne were waiting for us. (It was our honeymoon) The location is great for walking and though the pool was cold, it felt great soaking my tired legs in it.

Really good hotel in a great location!

The hotel was in a great location, very lively in the evenings with lots of restaurants around. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly, the bar staff were really nice and attentive, the bathroom was clean with plenty of toiletries provided.
Downsides - we had a first floor room with a window that faced the courtyard which meant that the room barely got any natural light. The bathroom was a wet room, which was ok but there was very little ventilation so took forever to dry.
Overall, great hotel to stay at if you get a différent room.

The hotel itself is very well appointed, I think there was a misunderstanding between the hotel and Expedia and when I got there my room was much smaller than Expedia had advertised so that was disappointing. I also I was also disappointed that the room had a few things that were not working properly like the shower door and the telephone was broken that was immediately corrected so I was appreciative. I would still recommend this hotel to other guedt because of the staff, the area and how convenient enclosed to many areas of interest.totheothat.mishaps

Rooms - excellent (we had a balcony and I would highly recommend it). Staff - excellent. Rooftop pool - excellent. Bar - excellent and reasonably priced. Location - excellent. You could stay closer to Playa De Catalunya, but this location is quieter and has loads of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants. We never walked more than 10 minutes for our restaurants. The closer you get to Playa De Catalunya the busier and less clean it becomes.

Property was clean and modern. The staff and service was great and we really appreciated them (especially considering what we went through). But, in short, DO NOT STAY HERE!!

What made our experience extremely disappointing were the numerous sound issues we had in our room. On our first night, the person staying in the next room had their tv on late into the night, which we could hear and which kept us awake. Hotel security knocked on their door and called them, but they never responded. We were kept up until 2-3am. Beginning the second night, we started to hear what sounded like high heeled footsteps above us. These footsteps actually woke us up early one morning! We couldn’t tell where they were coming from (we were on the top floor) and never found out, even after staff looked into it. We also had issues hearing loud voices of people outside from rooms below us on their balconies as if they were right next to our windows. Thankfully, the staff got us into a quiet room for our last night, but this was after numerous issues. We were very disappointed with our stay and advise people not to stay here if you are looking for peace and quiet in your room.

Impressed with this hotel. The room was well designed and comfortable. I like the patio facing the courtyard. I'd call the room cozy with lots of nice touches including mini bar (for fee), but several free espresso, free water bottles, and a cookies. i really like the bathroom. The shower had a lot of water pressure.

This is a great place and location. They have an excellent breakfast, I wish though it wasn’t as expensive (18 euros). The staff had cava during check in and also added a nice touch by providing cava and macarons in my room for my bday. I highly recommend. Few blocks from La Pedrera and restaurants all around the block. The taxi hub is also at the corner of the hotel. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

I cannot day enough great things about this property! The front staff, especially Roger, were super helpful anytime we needed something or had a question. Superb location. Near lots of great restaurants and a taxi stand. The shopping district is just a few blocks away. H10 Art Gallery also had modern amenities in the room. The lighting was motion sensing! The bar staff, especially Alexandra, were super friendly, too!
