The salt water pool was a unique experience! It was amazing. Loved the river pool and the slide! The spa was a little too small. Facilities was clean and staff was very helpful and accommodating. Checking in and out was a breeze! Parking was free! Buffet breakfast great! Our room had the lagoon/beach view!

Highly recommend. The pool is fantastic for kids with the sand to play in and there are communal sand toys if you forget your own. Pool bar is great for food and drinks. The hotel itself is beautiful and the onsite restaurants are fantastic. Highly recommend you book ahead for the teppanyaki restaurant and also the buffet night at the main restaurant. We will stay here again! The staff are also, all wonderful.

I booked for 7 people $1500 one night we get 2 double beds and 2 fold out lounges. Nothing for the 7 th person. Rang reception they said they would bring us fold up beds never did. The beds were so uncomfortable no water in the room no bar fridge. 2 light blankets for each additional bed. No 24 hr room service place outdated. Staff were awesome though. Bad facilities etc. No discount given for room. Never again

I really liked the hotel’s entrance and the saltwater pool with sand and fish in it. The service was great but the rooms were outdated. The food was not great and very expensive. I don’t mind paying for great food but this wasn’t even good. The buffet breakfast was one of the worst I’ve had in a 5 star hotel.

The Marriott is a dream destination for families. We had a large vacation club room which suited our family with 2 bathrooms. Kids get a free icy pole by the pool each day which they loved. The waterslide and tropical fish in the pool were a big hit. A lovely resort to spend time with the family at.

Throughout the resort the staff were impeccable, they had a \"happy to be here, happy to be serving you\" attitude, I cannot speak highly enough of them.
We dined at Misono Teppanyaki restaurant on site and it was loads of fun.
If there was one down side, it was that the rooms were a little dated but they had cooking facilities and a good size fridge which made up for it.

I liked the motel istself just had a problem with the dryer which I told to the front desk that was not working needed to dry my clothes that was watched which didn’t happen and had to put on my older clothes that were dirty because I needed the dryer to dry them and room service did not come up to look at it straight away so I could utelilize the room so for a big motel not very good will not stay again

We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit with sofa bed. The sofa bed was the only negative - barely comfortable enough for our 2 kids to sleep on, ended up having to pull mattress off and use it on the floor.
Otherwise hotel was great - kids absolutely loved the lagoon pool and the bigger one had heaps of fun on the water slide. Plenty of pool side seating although bar shut at 3 which wasn’t so great!

Bed was extremely hard, I ask the other family who stayed at the Marriot also if they had a good sleep and they also mentioned the hard bed. Linen (doona) not available for kids as it was too late, maybe 9.30pm as they kids were sleeping on the fold out couch.
