Beautiful spacious villa with private pool. Heaps of space each room has its own bathroom. Comfy beds and great showers. Service was great and staff very friendly and helpful. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Great gym and sauna with ice bath. Highly recommend.

The people at Peppers were all so helpful and pleasant to deal with. They couldn’t do enough to help with whatever we needed.
The hotel is beautiful, great room service, custom food to suit allergies, shuttle to town was awesome to get to shops the beach for sunset and easy to reach great dining spots.

Absolutely incredible! Could not speak more highly about Peppers! We just spent the most beautiful week with our parents & 2 daughters in a gorgeous villa which accommodated us perfectly! The staff could not be more helpful, they are all beautiful & nothing is too hard for them. The location is fabulous - so close to everything in Seminyak & the added convenience of the shuttle & buggy service makes it so simple to get around - rarely having to get any extra transport unless if was for a day trip. Our girls spent only a small amount of time in the kids club but loved it! The fact that the rooms have their own pools is wonderful - it’s the best of villa life & resort life. The room service food & cocktails are amazing & quick. The breakfasts were our favourite part! Just the best way to start the day! We can’t wait for our next trip & thank Peppers for an amazing experience.

Don’t usually write reviews but this is my 3rd time staying at this Property and each time it is outstanding in all areas so I wanted to express this. The staff can’t do enough for you and as this was the first stay in a 2 bed villa instead of the 3 bed presidential and we didn’t have enough sun on our pool they immediately upgraded us to the 3 bed without charge. The villas are immaculately clean and breakfast is amazing.

The most amazing place to stay

This was the most amazing hotel stay and I wish we had stayed longer. We stayed in the 3 BR Presidential Villa with private pool -- it was a total \"Wow!\" experience.
It includes the breakfast where you can order any dish and hit the buffet. The meals and the drinks were great. Service was excellent. Loved the private pool. Everything was perfect.

We'll give a five stars to Peppers Seminyak, mainly because of the staff. Their excellent attitude, attentive service and smile really made our stay.
The villa is very conveniently located, quiet and beautifully designed.
There are a few improvement we felt could be done are mainly:
1) the fittings in the bathrooms of our villa could use some upgrade. Leaking bathtub taps and squeaky taps that is far too short to reach the sinks; not a good look for luxury stay.
2) resident squirrels poops turn walking path inside the villa to an obstacle course and poops lingering way too close to our villa pool. The cleaning crew mainly focus on the inside of kitchen/ living and bed/bathrooms, could use some reminder.

4 nights stay at Peppers Seminyak

Overall it was a great stay at the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A big thanks to the staff for our special request being accommodated. We have ordered a floating afternoon tea set which require a day of advance booking but the hotel manage to fulfil our request at a short interval of 1.5 hour during our last day of stay. However, improvement can be made to the housekeeping though. The toilet were not thoroughly clean and the bedsheets and towel provided to us were stained. But overall we enjoy our time at the villa and kudos to them.

The staff are magnificent. They cannot do enough for you and all with a smile everyday. Breakfast is fantastic with plenty of choice, along with all day dining. We had dinner and it was wonderful, easily on a par with the top ten restaurants in Seminyak.
This our fifth stay and it did not disappoint. The villas are lovely and luxurious.
Once the tourism and economy improves I would think there will be some minor renovations to update, however this is not a criticism or had any bearing on our stay.

The villa has an amazing pool. The first room in the villa has an outstanding bathroom with jackuzzi and an outdoor shower.
The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing. The location of the hotel is very good and walking distance from shopping, nighlifr and many nice resturants.

It was self contained and secluded ideal for our family group. All rooms had separate facilities and were serviced daily with towels, sheets and amenities replaced. The restaurant was very reasonably priced and food good. Good breakfast choices. Location could not have been better with easy access to all the main attractions and the beach is only 4 minutes from the end of the street. Golf buggies ply between Villas as transport to the street. We could not fault the accommodation, location or service.

Best villas in Seminyak!

A group of 6 of us stayed in the 3 bedroom presidential villa for 5 glorious days. We have stayed here in the past and it still doesn't disappoint. The service is second to none. Everyone from the efficient and polite reception staff, to the restaurant waitstaff who remembered us from our stay 9 years ago are absolutely amazing. The villa itself has been very well maintained over the years, although a few fixtures here and there are showing their age. Nothing major though. The villa is equipped with everything you could need, including very effective air-conditioners, hot/cold clean water dispensers, fully stocked kitchen etc. The private pool is very large, and as it is not overshadowed by any buildings, it is a beautiful temperature at all times. The breakfast was lovely, with a small buffet to tide you over until your À la carte selection arrives. The endless coffee is a real bonus too. We didn't use the gym this visit, but have in the past, and it is great. Definitely be prepared for the size of this resort too. If your room is towards the rear of the property, it is quite a long (albeit pleasant) walk down to the main restaurant/reception building. So if the walk is daunting to you, simply call the desk and ask for the complimentary shuttle cart to come and collect you. It can also drop you down to the main road for when you want to hit the streets for a spot of shopping, so take advantage of it!
A beautiful resrt worth every penny!

Bali treat for eight of us 😍

There are 8 of us in my family including partners and the opportunity for all of us to get together is a treat. We chose Peppers resort at Seminyak because we’ve enjoyed this beautiful part of Bali before but finding the perfect place for 8 of us (the ‘kids’ aged between 24 and 30) required a few boxes to be ticked. We found it here. Our villa actually consisted of 5 beautiful Bali style buildings that surrounded a large pool. Around the pool were comfortable sun loungers and on one side under a large canopy. The gardens were beautiful and attracted spectacular dragonflies. In each of four bedroom villas were lovely large bathrooms, separate wardrobes and private courtyard. The fifth hut is the largest with a huge space, a lounge that seats 14 people, kitchen, large dining table and fantastic sound system. Leaving the villa for breakfast (which was included with our package) was a pleasant walk for a few minutes. The dining area was near the pool. There was seating inside or outside under umbrellas. There was a buffet for breads, fruit etc but the menu was a la carte with terrific options. The location of the resort is excellent and within short walking distance to the centre or beach. The smallest criticism is that we had to ask a couple of times to restock soap etc but this was soon sorted, a very minor glitch in an amazing stay. The eight of us heartily recommend staying here.

Had the 4 bedroom villa for 3 nights. I had Informed the resort that I had was going with a 1 year old toddler 3 months in advance. When I got there, they informed me that they had “ran out” of high chairs and I had to PAY for rental of one. Only after arguing with the manager for 30 mins did they secure one for my kid.

2 of the toilets had constant plumbing issues that kept getting clogged and we had to call engineering and cleaning as toilets were getting flooded.

Willl not go back again and willl not recommend anyone with kids to go there

Good location and picturesque villas. Convenient for dining in Seminyak. Great for groups. Avoid bedrooms backing onto the main “laneway” as you will be woken every morning before 6am by staff, scooters and buggies. Staff were friendly, but some low value items went “missing.” I would stay there again.

Would not recommend this hotel for anyone with children.

The resort is tired and needs a revamp.

We stayed in a 4 Bedroom presidential villa but nothing about this villa was presidential.

The kitchen was basic and didn’t include a microwave or even tea towels!

The tv reception on all TVs was terrible even after we complained.

On one of the days our room flooded from water from the toilet and the staff and housekeeping were so slow in helping out and old came with a mop to clean up. No disinfectant.

The hotel is really boring for kids there is no kids club.

Check our was so poor. We asked front of house to collect our bags before we went out to dinner and upon check out ( over an hour later they were not there) they then took over 25 mins to collect them only to come back and say they couldn’t get into the room!

I would never stay here again.

There were six of us girls here for a birthday and it was perfect for us all to chill out and do our own thing or all hang out together as well as being so close to all the things we love to do in Seminyak. Peppers resort was amazing, although it doesn't so much suit the young couple type who want to relax by the pool all day it sometimes was very comforting to know you could go back and relax at your accommodation without the hussle and bustle of seminyak. The hotel is amazingly situated but slightly off the main road giving the resorts occupants a sense of serenity

We have stayed in Bali a couple times, and villas never quite worked well for our family of 6. Peppers, however, ticked all the boxes - perfect 3 bedroom villa for families (2 bedrooms not too close to pool, plus living area/kitchen and well-covered outdoor lounge area), close to shopping streets and beach clubs, lockable villa main door. The staff were exceptionally attentive, remembering all our names every day, remembering our breakfast order preferences, and generally excellent service! Villa was always cleaned very well, food (including room service menu) was excellent. Happy hour cocktails, beautiful spa and gym on site, all great. Peppers was the perfect balance between resort and villa accommodation. We'll be back - thank you Peppers Seminyak staff!

Nice hotel and its spacious. Staff was great and friendly. Walking distant to nearby resturant and shops. Good location. 10mins walk to the famous kudeta for a sunset view as well. Housekeeping need to improve as i can feel the floor stickyness in the living room and bedroom. Nonetheless, they have kept the room tidy and repleishes the amenities daily.

nice hotel with very friendly staff especially the breakfast waiter named Koma ( not sure how to spell his name ). Me and my friend was looking around at the buffet bar and he proactively tell us the menu and explain each breakfast in the menu in detail. You feel like someone is really treat you like an VIP :p

The only compliant is the swimming pool float which I order since check in never sent until I finally compliant the day before I check out. I stay 3 days 2 nights. They only sent the float on evening which the abit late for me because I want to take the picture with the float in pool. Disappointed because the swan float is abit damage the head already cant float in water and can't stand up.

We were upgraded to a larger villa. Staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. The facilities were great. The only thing I can add for improvement would be the quality of food. Ironically, one of the best things about staying was the inhouse BBQ. We ordered the seafood BBQ on the last night and it was incredible! So much food and the service was great. Shops abd local things are a close 5-10 minute walk around. There are supermarkets very close by so if u need anything you can duck out to grab them. The local food is good. Nice and close too. My family and I had an absolutely amazing time and I would definitely be back.

Our villa was beautiful. Very clean and no request was too much trouble. The staff were friendly and very kind to our 1and half yr old. Location was good with lots of good restaurants and shops close by. We ate in the laneway restaurant a few times and was always very good. Breakfasts were included and were delicious also.

Wonderful holiday primarily because of the Villa at Peppers and their service. Great size of villa (600m2) and so well serviced. The included breakfast at the restaurant and staff were also fantastic.The restaurant was also good for a quiet evening meal when you didn't want to go out and reasonably priced. We'll be back. PS Kids loved being driven around in the golf buggies!

Holiday paradise here in Seminyak

the welcome and enthusiastic greeting put me in holiday mood 'straight away'. To add to my happiness, I was upgraded to a villa with a larger pool. Travelling 'solo', I very much appreciated this thoughtful gesture. The villa exceeded my 'imaginings' of how a villa should be. The little 'extras' - king size bed, crisp white linens, lots of pillows. Enormous 'spa' bath with a large fixed glass panel making it sheer joy to laze in the bath, and take in the 'private' tropical paradise outside - there were generous indoor and outdoor showers. Straddling the pool, bedroom annex on one side and combined lounge/dining/fully equipped kitchen on the other. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, a 'stand alone' water cooler which dispensed cold water and boiling water. A wonderful selection of teas and coffee for the plunger pot. The lounge area had 'full length' large and very comfy sofas, with lots of cushions. There were large TVs in both bedroom and lounge rooms. The villas are extremely private, separated by lush greenery, gardenia bushes, ferns, frangipanis etc. Buggy transport is provided to/from villa to/from Reception. Now, the best part of staying at Peppers : without a doubt, the wonderful staff. Always a beautiful and genuine greeting from room staff, reception staff and the staff in the restaurant. all staff went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed. The warmth of their beautiful smiles will always be a special part of my wonderful memories of Peppers.

Great staff!

Unfortunately our flight to Bali was cancelled (twice) because of a volcanic eruption. I emailed the staff at Peppers many times in regards to our stay and always they were prompt and helpful. We never got to stay at Peppers but if in the future we visit Bali I would definitely book Peppers.

Beautiful complex, lovely gardens. Our 3 bdrm villa had a seperate living area around our own pool which gave us all a comfortable place to get together without meeting in one of the bedrooms. TV reception very good, WiFi reception excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Large outdoor (undercover) bathrooms with spa and sep shower.

Excellent choice for families (large and small)

We had a large family gathering in Bali and rented a 5 bedroom villa at Peppers. We had an excellent time and the staff at Peppers went over and above to make our stay a memorable one. The property is beautiful and well maintained and ours kids loved the in villa pool. Room service was one call away and were prompt event at 2 AM!

We had a BBQ and it was very well catered to. They decorated our villa and went out of the way to heed to our requests.

Would highly recommend it and hope to be back in the future.
