Bad experience with this place. Staff was nice but location not that great. If you are planning to explorer Paris and only come back to the this place to sleep, I wouldn’t recommend. The area at night is not safe at all. You have to walk a good 10-15 min from the metro and doesn’t feel safe at all. I had to find another place to stay more safe for the rest of my trip and when asked for a refund, they denied. Don’t recommended at all, especially if you have children.

Overall, very clean. There is a homeless man camped out near the entrance. He didn’t bother anybody or make us feel unsafe. The entrance to the hotel secured by passcode and the elevator and stairs to get to the rooms requires a key card. There’s two grocery stores less than two minutes away and a really good pizza shop at the end of the corner. Wi-Fi worked really well throughout our trip. We had a nice view of the Sacre-Coeur from our room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The fans in the room do not replace a/c and it was quite warm at night. The hotel is very eco-friendly. As room service is not provided. It would be nice to have a broom/pan for the floor. We would stay here again in seasons with cooler temperatures.

Convenient and well designed. The only negatives were 1) the lift being temperamental- the lift doors closed after my 5 year old entered before I could step in, and would not respond to me pushing the button, creating a dangerous situation and 2) the manager on duty on that day being quite rude and unhelpful whilst I was distraught. Thankfully it was my final day there. All other staff were friendly and super helpful.

I recently stayed at this place in Paris and overall had a good experience. The location is fantastic — very walkable, close to the Pigalle metro station, and within walking distance to Sacré-Cœur and many local cafes and restaurants. The area felt vibrant and convenient.

The kitchen was a big plus — well-equipped and perfect for anyone who wants to prepare meals or snacks during their stay.

However, the room was extremely hot at night. There was no air conditioning, and unfortunately, the standing fans provided didn’t offer much relief. They made a rattling noise and didn’t circulate the air well. We had to sleep with the window open, which helped a little but wasn't ideal.

Also worth noting: there was a homeless person camping near the entrance. While this didn’t directly impact our stay, some travelers might want to be aware of it.

If you don’t mind a warm room at night and you're looking for a centrally located spot with a great kitchen setup, this place is worth considering.

Great location for bars & restaurants around the corner. Rooms look good, nice garden area. But hotel service is not what I expected. Be ready to put sheets on your bed yourself, when booking an apartment for 3 people. Staff needed about 10 minutes to figure out where the bed stuff is and let you change the sheets for the couch yourself. No room service included for stays less than 7 nights. Feels rather like a hostel than a hotel. Informing the receptionist the next morning about the discomfort didn't help. They just said this is normal at this place. Besides that stay was fine.

This was our first European trip! After spending months looking for properties, we decided to book here. When we first arrived, we were not sure what to think. To be honest, as we pulled up we saw some grafitti and one homeless tent (neither is new to a New Yorker), but I was hesitant. We gave it a go, and happy we did.
The hotel was clean, so pretty inside and the staff were friendly and welcoming! They answered all of our questions—offered suggestions on food, and metros…

The aparthotel was spacious and we felt like Parisians. It was walkable, good food, nearby bakeries. We would definitely book here again. The doors are locked and you need a card key to enter so we felt safe. We are thankful to the staff for making our trip a memorable one.

On arrival at property there were a gang of boys drinking outside on the access road outside reception with a homeless man camped outside in a tent very close to the hotel. Property is in average condition I would say but in a great location. Montmarte has plenty of restaurants/cafes and shops in close proximity to the hotel.

Would Not Recommend - The area surrounding the hotel felt quite sketchy, and for a 4-star establishment, I expected not only quality service but also attentive management that takes guest concerns seriously. First of all, our room was not ready within the promised timeframe, even though it had been paid for in advance. After a 13-hour flight, we were exhausted and simply needed to rest — instead, we were placed in a temporary room that was not as advertised. The room had a broken dining table, was missing a second bedside lamp, and didn’t even have one of the nightstands. This was unacceptable, especially given that we had paid for the original room in full. The situation was unsettling and not something I should have had to deal with during a supposedly comfortable stay. The overall service felt lacking and surprisingly frugal. At one point, a staff member told me there was no need to buy items like paper towels or toilet paper — yet I had already made multiple trips to the front desk requesting them.
To make matters worse, the guests above us were extremely loud at 4:30 AM. However, when the new neighbor next door moved in, he had no problem knocking on my door over something as minor as where I had placed my garbage. Sadly, this stay left me feeling uncomfortable, disregarded, and disappointed. For someone who paid a significant amount for five nights in a 4-star hotel, I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a high-quality experience.

Sketchy location, lack of hotel-like features

It was nice having a studio apartment for our 8 night stay in Paris. The kitchen has everything you could need (except seasoning, cooking oil, directions on how to use the microwave), there is a small closet for storage with an iron, and a separate WC from bath area.

My biggest issues with this place are the lack of “hotel-like” amenities. If you stay for less than 7 nights you DO NOT get housekeeping services. That means no clean sheets or towels! The kitchen comes with coffee pods but once you use of your 2 you HAVE TO PAY for more! I wish the room came with cleaning supplies (like a broom or disenfectant spray) for those with a longer stay. There is 1 elevator that is tiny and can get busy with guests and housekeeping using it. If you want extra toilet paper or tissue paper you have to go to the front desk each time to ask for more. And the alley the hotel is on is SKETCHY with graffiti, trash, and homeless.

I think I would stay at this brand of hotel again but not at this location.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Generally, the room was fine; however, housekeeping is provided every eight days. So, this may be an issue for some; I simply adjusted. Further, BBC News and France in English are the only two English language television stations provided. But, like most tourists, I didn’t come to Paris to watch tv. As far as location, this hotel in Montmartre is very near train stations and bus stops. There are many shops and eateries nearby also.

Shower turned cold by noon! On a day when it was 30F outside the shower ran cold! Bathroom could overall be better. The lounge is what you see in pictures, not the actual room which is more like a 3 star hotel room .
Location is definitely awesome! 5 mins walk to Basilica sacrecouer , 10 mins walk to Place du Tetre and the amazing Pain Pain (one of the best croissants and caprese sandwiches) is just 2 mins away !

Property seemed beyond the ability of several taxi drivers to find.

The location is excellent. Apartment was very good.

Small supermarket directly outside the hotel, very useful.

Lots of restaurants nearby, our favourite was Green Farmer, about a 10 minute walk. Some of the ones closest to the hotel were very tourist focused.

Only minor issues for us, marks on the wall in the small toilet, unpleasant.

Lighting was poor, especially in main bathroom, one bulb had gone and no replacement was available.

Shower holder was faulty and flopped, so we needed to hold it in our hand.

Pillows very soft, looked fluffy, but gave no support.

A mouse in the wall behind the bed woke us both mornings that we stayed.

There was no sign of an infestation inside the apartment, I checked everywhere, but it’s still not great to lie and bed and hear a mouse scratching behind your head.

The room has a small but very workable kitchen. Cons the site we used to reserve our room said breakfast included, it’s not. we stayed for one night and it was just what we needed. the communication in advance was bad - they never replied to my messages. but when we arrived it all went smoothly. and i like the way they've implemented some sustainability initiatives - reusable cups in the bathrooms (without those useless disposable coasters), bulk soap/shampoo, good recycling facilities (including batteries in the lobby!), and a library of things to borrow items you might need during your stay (workout kit, kitchen appliances, umbrellas, and lots more!). The only thing missing was recycling instructions in the rooms.

Location is great, we were able to use public transportation and to travel to and from the Gare du Nord without any problem. This was a great room. The fact that the bathroom was on the second floor was a bit uncomfortable at time but the space was plenty for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We were only given 3 big towels although we were 4 guests. I would also say that the fact that there was only a all-in-3 in the shower was a bit disappointing.

Excellent and affordable place to stay in the heart of the action. The room was great for a family stay and had all the facilities we required. All the staff were more than helpful and the added little extras, like free water cooler in the reception area were welcome, given the hot weather. The only thing to be aware of is the lack of air-conditioning in the rooms - not a problem for us, as we walked all day and then fell straight to sleep, but some may value this.

Do not use during hot Summer days since the only hotel area with AC is the lobby. It was too uncomfortable so we stayed less than an hour. Hotel charged us for the entire 4 day stay. We contacted hotel several times since July 14th
but manager has never been available. We have tried to find a resolution but to no avail.

We would absolutely stay here again. The staff was great and speaks English (in case you are concerned about your abilities with French). There is a grocery store and laundromat just around the corner, plus there are several cafes and a gelato spot to pass the time while you're doing laundry.

The Abesses metro stop is about two blocks away and makes for an easy jump off point to anywhere in Paris & beyond (such as Versailles).

Plus, Montmartre is a beautiful area and worth some of your time away from the bigger Paris attractions.

Highly recommend this property.
