La Goleta was great!!
We opted for the Junior Suite and weren’t disappointed. Amazing stay. Best view in the whole Port De Pollença in our opinion. Staff were really friendly and even gave us a complimentary surprise for our honeymoon which was really lovely and appreciated. The views of the top room were unreal, we didn’t want to stray too far away at times merely to just sit there and stare at everything there was to look at. The check in process was quick and simple. Beds were comfortable and the AC was working good. Quiet hotel. Shower is huge and you even have a view of the ocean from the shower itself. Jaquzzi tub was awesome as well. They also do have a pool on the top floor with nice views, but it is a bit on the smaller side, and busy but still lovely. Breakfast downstairs was really great and overall I’d easily stay here again. This place made our trip so much more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you to the staff again !

I couldn’t fault any of our stay with the hotel, the staff are amazing and extremely friendly. And the hotel its self is lovely very clean and very good facilities such as the pool. The food was absolutely delicious so many options for different dietary requirements. We loved the fact that water was available 24/7 as well as coffee and tea. Will definitely be staying again.

Great little boutique hotel in a wonderful location. Everything was neat and clean. We only had two negatives. We don't normally need bell service, but my wife was checking in while i was trying to find parking (not easy), so she had many bags. No help getting them to the room, and the room involved some stairs and walking through the pool area. The second critique is that our room was much smaller than it seemed in pictures. Other than those, the cafe staff was awesome and the style of the hotel were great

La Goletta was a very relaxing place to stay. The beach was so convenient just 25 yards away and the hire of a parasol and sunbeds at 15 euros a day was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly Carlos on reception who answered a million questions and our breakfast waiter Enzo.

There is just the one restaurant on the ground floor which is pleasant. Breakfast is plentiful and I can recommend the scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. The service is good. The staff in the restaurant are polite and welcoming especially the young chap from Argentina.
Most of the reception/ front of house are very professional and helpful, particularly the tall more mature chap and the lovely lady that went out of her way to help me tune in to watch the Lionesses in the semi final. However, there is one that is very surly, rarely looked up to say good morning or afternoon and was rather rude when I questioned a couple of items that should not have been on my hotel bill, Granted these things happen but it’s the way that things are said and handled that can or cannot make a positive impact.
The restaurant lacks atmosphere and is rarely busy. Breakfast is good as I mentioned early but alas the evening menu not as so much. Salads are good but there are not a lot of options.

Every member of hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is immaculate with a rooftop plunge pool with views over the bay. The standard room we had was compact but immaculately clean with a great bathroom and everything you needed for a lovely stay.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We wanted a change in scenery and Puerto Pollensa was lovely. Our room was small and unfortunately overlooked a couple of balcony’s but it had super air con a large shower room and was scrupulously clean. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice.

Dead friendly, really nicely decorated, top food and a decent view from the balcony even thought it was advertised as a relatively poor view. Great little touches like coffee machines in the rooms, parasols, beach towels and umbrellas. Would happily stay again and thoroughly recommend!

Junior suite on 5th floor has amazing views over Pollença port. Pollença is stunning and delightful. Beach is gorgeous, lots of villas, vacation homes and apartments around. Lovely promenade lined with palm trees, very clean and well maintained. Junior suite is not huge but great for 2 people, clean, modern, flooded with natural light, and very comfortable; hotel has blue and white nautical theme which is reflected in rooms. The terrace is amazing, almost as large as the bedroom with jacuzzi and sun loungers. Nice sunrise and terrace has sun for most of the day. Terrace has outdoor jacuzzi which is nice touch. On some days Pollença was very windy and terrace was freezing. Without the wind it was very pleasant. Room has good heating. Hotel is in great location near port, shops and restaurants. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very poor quality. They do provide freshly squeezed orange juice which was nice but otherwise the breakfast was disappointing. Food was cold food and not particularly tasty or varied. Otherwise a very lovely boutique property in great location.

I think La Goleta had been recently refurbished as it was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and we were made to feel very welcome by all staff members. The breakfasts were good quality and plentiful, with an on-hand hot drinks machine to help yourself whenever required. We were just yards from the beach, across a pedestrianised road - the only thing you had to be wary of was cyclists - this area is a cyclists mecca!

Great location right on the water, quiet and relaxing. The staff and service were great. We arrived a little early and were allowed to check into room. We stayed in a standard double room, it is modern with a small balcony to sit on and view the ocean. The rooms are very nice and we were given a complimentary local bottle of Cava upon checkin and 2 bottles of water replenished each day. It is a short bus trip to the old town or up to Port de Pollenca (buy your tickets on the bus). Breakfast is a buffet style with fresh fruit, cold meats, yoghurt or cooked eggs, bacon etc. Make sure you book into the restaurant to eat, it was delicious.

We can’t praise this hotel enough! We just had 7 nights there and we loved it. We got an upgrade to a seafront balcony room which was a fantastic start, reception staff ware delightful and the room was spotless. Everything is pure white or azure blue which made it feel clean, bright and welcoming.
After 3 days I realised my year old backache had disappeared - first night back in my old bed and I’ve just ordered a new mattress! But the linen was also great and changed daily, we also had robes and slippers.
The breakfast was superb, the lovely girl serving and cleaning up was delightful. The only thing was the music - too loud and rap music is inappropriate at breakfast. We sat outside till 11 most mornings enjoying the beach view, reading, and endless coffee.
When we went to the beach (literally over the road, sandy and clean) we were given a basket with 2 towels and free beach parasols.
My husband hired a bike one day and he was shown into the hotel cycle room with padlocks, and a free washing machine, dryer and capsules for his cycle wear! What an unexpected bonus! Oh, and a free water bottle which was a nice gesture!
We didn’t use the swimming pool or desk as it was too small to swim and no breeze at all - and the beach was so lovely.

Nice hotel, good location
No issues but it would have been good to have been allocated a balcony room. The standard doubles with partial sea view are not advertised as having balconies but I believe that some of them have small Juliet balconies. Not sure how you get one, we arrived about 2 hours before check-in and were happy to leave bags and return at check-in time. I had hoped our early arrival would have helped but I guess they were all occupied.

Beautiful hotel, beach is right on your door step. Loads of shops and restaurants close. There is a stocked mini bar and prices aren't over the top too but we just headed to the spar and bought our own supplies. Having no balcony is no issue for those who don't want to pay extra. Room is air conditioned, clean, decorated really nicely and cleaned every day. The day we arrived there was a beach party outside until 6am! But this is part of their tradition, the windows blocked out the noise and they provided ear plugs which was very thoughtful. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was plenty and delicious. Definitely recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at La Goleta. The service was impeccable, and the location, decor, food and in fact everything about the hotel had been well through through and executed. We had one or two minor issues during our stay which were handled professionally and with a smile. All in all one of the best ever holiday experiences of my life!

Two away days in Puerta Pollença.
The room in the hotel was small but perfectly formed. It was extremely clean and everything is new as the hotel is only 3 years old. The staff are lovely and a really nice touch was a small bottle of cava in the room to welcome us. They have a Michelin star for their restaurant but it was fully booked for the two nights we were there. Would certainly return here.

Across street from beach at quiet end of the town. Newly renovated, the hotel is fresh, bright and sunny. We had a sea view room with glass balcony. Beds very comfortable, lovely modern bathroom. Breakfast was a super buffet with excellent staff. The hotels restaurant (Argos) has a Michelin star and does 2 tasting menus. Book before you arrive! Staff are exceptional and eager to please. The only downside is the rooftop pool which is really just a plunge pool and the area itself is quite claustrophobic but the beach is so nice that we didn’t use the rooftop area. A great hotel.

Lovely hotel. Stylish and comfortable. I was initially in a standard room which was much better than a normal standard! Large bathroom, no bath but excellent power shower. Side sea view with a small balcony. I upgraded to a superior room after 3 nights (not initially available). Little difference in the room (first room was beautiful anyway!) but the front sea view was amazing. There's a lovely little rooftop terrace and pool too. Excellent location being central for everthing. I travelled alone and this hotel was just perfect. I would definitely recommend to other singles.

Great wee boutique hotel
Great wee hotel situated in a great position not far from the marina and straight across the road from the beach. Room was on the small side but had a large walk in shower, tv mini bar and ample storage space, beach towels and a beach bag are also supplied. Breakfast was good with a decent selection and was on until 11.30 which was ideal. We booked this the night before travelling and were happy with our selection. We would definitely recommend, and probably will go back at some point in the near future.
