Great family hotel and staff. Improvements needed
Great hotel for families and staff are so nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Love the bike shop/rental and the 25m lap pool. So close to beach which gives you the option of hotel pools and beach. Not too big either so more relaxed than larger hotels.
The room was good except the shower head was really poor and the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel wasn’t great. Also shower drain didn’t seem to drain quickly and shower flooded. If they improve this my rating would have been even higher.
The hotel also says that it doesn’t allow saving of sun beds around the pool, however everyone does it before breakfast and the hotel doesn’t actively stop it. All the beds are then gone before 7:30am.. I suggested they have someone out there in the morning actively stopping this however they didn’t take any action. This would easily be solved by active management as you see this at other hotels around the world.
The room was good except the shower head was really poor and the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel wasn’t great. Also shower drain didn’t seem to drain quickly and shower flooded. If they improve this my rating would have been even higher.
The hotel also says that it doesn’t allow saving of sun beds around the pool, however everyone does it before breakfast and the hotel doesn’t actively stop it. All the beds are then gone before 7:30am.. I suggested they have someone out there in the morning actively stopping this however they didn’t take any action. This would easily be solved by active management as you see this at other hotels around the world.

I have stay heron multiple occasions in this instance had broken patio door that wouldn’t lock. So my room was insecure the whole stay. I complained but nothing was done. So didn’t feel very safe. Food options also not as good as last years trip. I will probably stay elsewhere next time.

Absolutely fab stay at the Hoposa. Great location on a few minutes to the beach and to bars and restaurants. Food offered wide range of foods and had a bbq night on a few times during our 10 day stay.

Unfortunatelly Villaconcha’s Pool and restaurant Steve also other Hoposa Hotels and the pool during the summer is chaos. Not a spot to chill or soak. Imposible to get a Sun Bed. Food was good and the mini disco and recreation at night for kids were a massive hit. The apts are great and clean and using washer dryer is free.

Sporting stays at their best
Stayed a couple times now. Always an unbelievable stay. The people are absolutely wonderful, so warm and friendly and helpful. Sporting/activity holidays can be very stressful with the costs, equipment and training that goes into them. Villaconcha takes away any of the stress relating to an actual stay. The whole place is so clean, easy to navigate, incredible facilities to store bikes and cases and wash kit. The breakfast is again fantastic, particularly given the calories you’re needing to consume during your stay. Great selection and great quality.

We stayed in a standard apartment for 5 nights. It wasn't cheap but good value overall. The apartment was well appointed with good kitchen equipment but no oven. It was spotlessly clean and quiet with excellent maid/cleaning service. The superking bed was very comfortable. Internet was good and TV had some UK channels. Parking was freely available very close to the hotel.

The only thing I would highlight is that if you book a double room as I did you are given 2 large single beds pushed together with their own individual bed sheets and duvets. As I was travelling alone I could have saved some money if I'd known and booked a single room.

We eat out on holiday so didn’t use the Restaurant. The pool area was clean and family friendly with good facilities for all, we saw pool table, table tennis, darts, a trampoline and kids play area. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.

We had booked 5 twin rooms for a cycling holiday and everyone in the group thought the hotel was excellent. The facilities, inc gym, leisure pool and bike garage were perfect. The breakfast had everything you could want inc vegan/vegetarian and Glutten free. This was my second visit and I had forgotten just how good it was. We will all be back.

From the moment I arrived until I left all the staff were really friendly & helpful. The hotel itself was very clean & tidy. The room basic but perfect for what I required. Really powerful shower & great view from the balcony. All in all can’t fault the staff & facilities. Really good if you take a bike as well with secure storage. It’s also a few blocks off the main front of Porte de Pollensa which is ideal. 5 mins your at the heart of life but equally 5 mins away & quiet to sleep.

My wife and I had a very relaxing nine day holiday at villaconcha. Wonderful breakfasts! We were lucky with the weather in September. The gymnasium and 6 lane swimming pool right up my street. Great location for the beach and the town and it's restaurants. Easy bus connections to Pollenca and Cala De Sant Vecence. Taxi to and from airport really convenient good value and no car required.

We understand that the tiling was supposedly designed to be “anti-slip” but it was so harsh & sharp that our children cut their feet on the tiling (on more than one occasion) & we know that other children had similar experiences during our stay.

Terrible service terrible experience
Our booking was prepaid. We just need to pay the tourist tax at the property upon check out. We paid but did not keep a copy of the payment receipt as we thought we have the transaction in the bank payment summary on the mobile banking. After 8 days of the check out, we found a charge on my credit card which was provided to the hotel for check in was debited by the hotel with an unrecognised charge. We emailed the hotel. They said we did not pay the tourist tax at check out. Even we provided the bank transaction showed in the bank summary, the hotel refused to recognise that payment and said we must show the receipt of the payment of the tourist tax. That is absurd. The customer service of the hotel is non existent.

I could not fault this hotel. Recently refurbished. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment - it was well designed, clean, modern and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the standard of cleanliness around the pool and constant checking that guests were safe. I had doubled booked the property. I was told at reception that they would sort out in morning after our very late arrival. The next day different staff were in reception I asked if I could get some sort of refund they said no. The package I had booked and paid for with Expedia included breakfast and a studio room. Only niggle was that the room cleaning was erratic- supposed to be cleaned daily and although towels changed, areas of apartment not swept regularly and bins not emptied for several days- have stayed several times before and never had this problem. This was our 3rd year staying at Hoposa Villaconcha and we will happily return next year. The staff are always happy to help, the rooms are air conditioned and contain everything you could require, the beach is less than 5 minutes walk, free parking outside. Port de Pollenca is the most beautiful resort on the island with lovely views out to sea, surrounded by mountains on 3 sides. We visited Pollenca Market & walked the 255 steps up to the church, drove to Formentor and the lighthouse, Cala St Vincent - a beautiful small beach. We went as a couple, but it's really great for families too, with superb entertainment. Breakfast is buffet style, with a huge choice. Highly recommended.

Really nice hotel / apartments, couldn't fault it really. We went in mid September and it wasn't overly busy, a really nice level of customers made it relatively relaxing. Had everything you need, and nice touches such as no reserving of sun loungers (of which there were plenty). Staff really friendly and attentive. Plenty for the kids including waterslides / trampoline / bouncy castle / playground / soft play / entertainer etc and 3 of the 4 pools were suitable for kids. Short and pleasant walk to the beach / bars / restaurants etc. No car park but plenty of car parking on the street - we never parked further than a few metres from the front door. Recommended

Hotel was perfect from start to finish. We travelled with our 9 month old daughter and were provided with baby cot, high chair and baby bath for the room (on request). The pool area is perfect for little ones with a choice of 4 pools catering to all needs. Breakfast was excellent and evening meals provided a great range although we prefer to eat meals out on holiday we did dine in three times including the great bbq night. Would happily return!

Whilst it states family and sport hotel this place was alive with screaming and crying children. There was no where to sit quietly even on your own balcony. Children bouncing on a squeaky trampoline until late and charging about. Scootering in the pool and wicker chairs placed in the pool so parents could sit and watch their children. The dining room was like a school canteen. For any sport there was no down time. The place itself was spotless, staff friendly and efficient. In a great location but I am afraid I would not recommend. We were not the only couple to find this over the top and whilst we were only staying a week people we met felt the same. The receptionist did agree that there were more children than normal. I think a quiet area would help and not the pool over the road as suggested. That was just as bad. Its a shame because the staff were lovely. And reserving sunbeds was not supposed to happen, towels but no bodies, two days we had to go to the beach. Could not wait to get home for a rest!

I chose this hotel on my first visit to Mallorca for a week of cycling. . I had one of the apartments so had a kitchenette that had a microwave, fridge and freezer and cooker + various cutlery and saucepans. This allowed me to cook my own food which I prefer as it means being able to eat health when abroad. The Hotel is nicely situated from the beach front and the restaurants and shops. So didn't have to walk far for shopping The room itself was great. Situated on two levels with a tv on each level. I could not fault the room or the service from the housekeeping. I also had a nice balcony view overlooking the north west of Polllensa. I took my own bike on holiday. I was a bit apprehensive at first as they do not allow bikes to be stored in the rooms. However this is not a worry as the hotel has a large bike garage that has CCTV and you can lock you bikes. It also has storage for bike boxes , plus an array of tools, pumps and washing machines for washing kit. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool and a gym which came in handy during the evenings. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel, in terms of service, and its location and would look to book it again when I next visit Mallorca.

Took a short trip to Mallorca for a few days of cycling. The Hoposa hotel is an ideal location and has many sporting facilities on site ( bike storage, repair station, massage, spa etc)
The staff are very friendly and the hotel complex is to a very high standard.

Tucked away from the seafront and town centre, but close enough to walk there. Bike hire, bike garage, training pool and gym on site. Apartment with kitchen but restraint available for all meals. Leisure pools and sunloungers of you just want to chill. Renovated a couple of years ago everything is sparkly new. Great base for a sports based break.

Excellent clean and friendly hotel. The location is a five minute walk from the beach. The hotel is perfect for cyclists and families a good mix. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Great facilities, beautiful food at every meal, friendly and helpful staff, well equipped and very clean rooms. Great pool area for children and close to beach. Only recommendation for improvement would be some music in the restaurant as was a bit like a library at times.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful, particularly Alex on reception and Peppe in the restaurant. The staff genuinely seem to like children, always spoke to them and didn't seem to mind the mess they made! (We had a one year old and a three year old with us).
The pool area was great for adults and children with plenty of sunbeds. We visited last week in September and first week in October, so it was never too busy. The children's entertainer Dylan (or Mr Splashy Plants as my granddaughter christened him) was fantastic, just a shame that his service ended 30th September so things were a little dead in the evenings the second week.

The rooms were very clean and fine for two people but it would be better if there were some two bedroom apartments for families with children. Great holiday in very comfortable hotel in area which is ideal for cycling and walking. Excellent range of food at breakfast, and staff extremely friendly with notable exception of blonde lady at reception.
Hotel excellent for children and lots of couples there with babies and toddlers when we were there late September. We'd certainly be happy to bring our grandchildren to Villa Concha.
