Property was ideal for families with good all round facilities including a lovely small water park which is all that is needed. We were just B&B as this suited us, food was great and staff always very helpful. The rooms were cleaned each day to a very good standard, all in all a very good value hotel in a perfect location very near to a beautiful beach

I chose this family/spa hotel as I am a solo traveller (female) and was looking for a relaxing stay where I would feel safe and that is exactly what I got.

The staff were all extremely friendly and professional. The whole hotel was very clean. The entertainment, particilarly on the Friday night that I arrived, were very talented musicians! I liked that the use of the spa facilities are included for free (except massage). The beautiful beach area is a 3 minute walk away with many sunbeds and umbrellas available to rent for the day, or you can lay anywhere else free of charge. There is also a restaurant right on the beach.

I have stayed here a number of times as a sinlgle cyclist and am always made to feel welcome by staff and other customers.
I always feel at home as soon as i step through the door.
The food is always excellent with so much variety that it would be nigh on impossible for anyone to find something they didn't like.
For me , i love the fact that there is safe and secure storage for mybike at the hotel.

It was a good stay. The kids club is a great perk.
My only concern is my 6 year old watched squid games while she was there and one of the teachers told her the hotel was haunted because someone killed themselves by jumping. My daughter was thrilled to hear about it so it isn’t a big deal but some kids might not be able to handle that.
Breakfast was pretty diverse. We didn’t do the all inclusive.

Wonderful family hotel

Lovely hotel that has everything you need for a family break. The staff are amazing!! Kids club was great and the food is brilliant. You can tell everyone really cares. As well as good food the all inclusive covers great local drinks too. Location is perfect for a short walk to the beach (great spot!) or buses to other parts of the island. One complaint/issue. Pillows are awful! Ended up using cushions to get decent sleep. We had a junior suite and views were terrific. Would definitely recommend for a family hotel.

My daughter and I have stayed here on 8 occasions and it is always consistent. My only negative feedback on this occasion are beds - so hard / uncomfortable, and the pillows awful (long and thin) rather than the more traditional large rectangle.

A good nights sleep is key to a rejuvenating relaxing break and would place as the number one factor if we were to return.

Upon returning to the UK we stayed at the Premier Inn and slept beautifully - best sleep in a week.

I stayed in RM107 on the ground floor, just past reception down a corridor that was covered by CCTV, this made me more than happy to leave my very expensive bike in my room. The room was huge, around 5.5m x 3.5m excluding the bathroom, with twin beds and a sofa bed, and proper wardrobes. There was no balcony, due to it being a ground floor room, and there was a little noise at night from Palms Bar, just over the road, but nothing a set of earplugs didn't sort out. The breakfast was great, there was a continental cold buffet, a warm English-style cooked breakfast, plenty of fruit, yoghurt, and bread. Despite this being \"off season\" the hotel seemed quite full (mainly with cyclists such as myself). I only stayed B&B so can't comment on anything All-Inclusive. I would definitely stay here again, the price and service was great.

Stayed here happily many times over the past 24 years - the 'all inclusive' option has spoilt it, and the compulsory coloured wristband system is not acceptable. The food is now very mediocre and was mostly tepid, never hot! The pool area often had dirty crockery strewn around, and again, the 'all inclusive' package has spoilt this pool bar.
The staff were very friendly in all areas of the hotel, and the cleanliness of the rooms was good - towels are small and toiletries very limited. Would be an improvement to get rid of the heavy blankets and replace with duvets. Would think twice about a return visit to this hotel.

The room was great nice and clean plenty of hangers.

The only thing I would say needs improving is the shower pressure but the rest is spot on.

Stayed at property now 4 years in a row, the improvements that have been made are great however staff are stretched to capacity. Buffet lunch/ dinner standards / choices dropped since last year ie there was usually a pasta chef cooking fresh pasta which isn't done also no biscuits& cheeses, cold meats for salads at lunch.balconcy also never got brushed the full week we were there other than this we had a great time and still would return.

The hotel didn’t have a good welcome never explained anything upon arrival just gave us keys and didn’t explain about the facilities deposit and payment for safe or the half board option! Once we went to our room it smelt awful like there was a sewage problem I called them and they asked someone to come into the room from housekeeping that just put some disinfectant in the bathroom and left! The smell did not go and eventually they moved us the next day to a smaller room! The rooms were not cleaned daily the floor still had sand and hair so we knew that they didn’t clean it! The dinner options were poor so even though we were half board we didn’t eat dinner apart from first night! The pool beds are taken at 6.30am so we went to the beach instead! It’s location is on the quieter side but the beach nearby is nice

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was good and varied, but tended to be repetitive and meals became rather monotonous and boring over the week. Although all inclusive, many drinks, such as cocktails had to be paid for. The biggest irritation was people being allowed to book sunbeds for the day, simply by leaving a towel there, despite being rarely near them.

Staff was just outstanding. I wish I had asked their names but they were ALL very friendly and helpful. Location is very good. Close to beach, stores, pharmacy, car rental, bars and restaurants.
The only negatives were not providing free water with dinner and asking for cash deposit for pool towels. You can buy a drink pass for 5 euros a day (great deal, includes beer), but we were only planning to take advantage of free dinner for just 2 out of 4 nights paying 20 euros each for 2 cups of water seemed a bit high. Wish they would sell daily drink passes and not for the whole stay. Food was great.

Overall, I would love to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is really nice and the room was lovely with a corner balcony looking onto the sea. They allow you to take your bike into the room which is great but the food is pretty poor and the entertainment is too loud and not great. Have stayed here the last 3 years and had hoped with it having new owners this year that the food would have improved but unfortunately not to the extent that a number of our group ate out most evenings. We are planning to stay elsewhere next year.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel rather a large 3 star hotel with a large shiny foyer. The food is really rather poor - think canteen. We booked because it stated family friendly and made a big deal of the indoor pool etc. Beware children cannot use the pool! The hotel is setup to be all inclusive so think cheap alcohol and high throughput food. If you are looking for a large unrefined 3 star in a good location this is for you if not you will wish you had paid a little more and gone to one of the better reviewed 4 / 5 star hotels - read the bad reviews!

The evening entertainment is fine but held/performances in the centre of the building. If you don’t wish to participate in the evening entertainment there is no where to escape to! This means if you want to speak to any of your party you can’t!

Food is decent.

Great hotel. Don’t be put off by the negative reviews. We stayed only bed and breakfast so can’t comment about other meals it all inclusive options. It was a quiet time of year during our visit and so the hotel certainly wasn’t busy, which probably added to enjoyable experience.
Our room and balcony area was fantastic, offering a panoramic view of the beautiful bay. We had room 833. The breakfast offered a really good selection - fresh bread, pastries, cakes, doughnuts, cereals, sausage, egg, bacon, omelette station, etc.
the pool area was very please take with plenty of sunloungers.
The beach is only a five minute walk and only 20 mins in to the centre of Puerto Pollença. There are plenty of lovely restaurants dotted along the way as well.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back again.
The reception staff were very polite and helpful.

I had an excellent week at the Fergus Style Pollensa Park SPA, the staff were very welcoming and helpful when needed. My room was decent and the buffet-style food was good too with plenty of variety. Evening entertainment was lively! Overall I had a most enjoyable one week holiday there! I would recommend trying it and the resort of Puerto de Pollensa for a sporting or family holiday!

Good hotel in excellent location. Puerto de Pollensa is a great location. Views of the Sierra de Tramuntanna and the sea. Lots of choice for bars and restaurants, etc.

Rooms have fantastic sea views. Two minor gripes:

1/ Paid to go half board. Food was reasonably good, but the hotel does not include any drinks with the meal - not even tap water. A bottle of water was E3.80.

2/The hotel were a bit stingy with toiletries and towels. Only a tiny bar of soap and a sachet of shower gel, not sufficient to wash with are provided - and supplies are not refreshed when the room is cleaned

Quality Hotel with Good staff, most of the guests we talked to had been to this hotel on numerous occasions & we're ready to book for next year. Food was varied & of good quality, room was clean & apart from the lack of a extractor fan in the bathroom was comfortable. The reviews on trip advisor about lack of sunbeds & queues for the dining room we did not find on any occasion. The staff in the Dining Room were quick & friendly & our whole experience was very good.

Don't get excited by the room view photos.

The room I was given was on the first floor overlooking a large flat roof with a glimpse of swimming pool beyond, very disappointing and different to the sea view studio shown in the photos. This is a large family hotel concentrated on serving volume and entertaining kids.

School holidays so very full lots of activities for the children entertainment every evening. As mature person on half board not the best time to holiday.I have stayed at this hotel many many times. Surprised at the number of changes totally modernised throughout bedrooms and public areas very nice very comfortable.

Downside -hotel geared to all inclusive customer. Silly prices in the bar for none inclusive customers and for not very nice drinks. Wine I usually buy in dining room 12E now 24E to me 12E to inclusive customer. House wine undrinkable to me but on tap for all inclusive.

Bedroom cleanliness generally good but things missed. E.g. glass for use when cleaning teeth never cleaned or changed. Surfaces cleaned around items rather than total clean. Balcony never touched.

Staff helpful and available and most will go that extra mile.

Personally prefer hotel out of season April/May or October.

Hotel recently refurbished, and decent value for the budget traveller. Excellent for cyclists, with free lockable bike storage and tools etc.

Tip: if staying half board go to reception and upgrade to the black wristband, which gives unlimited free drinks (from self-service taps) in the restaurant for EUR4 per night.

Lovely hotel, unfortunately no earlier check in than 2pm however staff were very accommodating. Once in the room, it was very clean and well designed, however there was no welcome pack, water or tea coffee facilities which just would have made things more comfortable and convenient. Shower was a bit weak, but we always had plenty of piping hot water. We stayed with bed and breakfast and the breakfast was always very good, lots of choice and again staff very helpful. The walls were very thin and we never got to sleep in in the mornings as it was so noisy! Overall though good place to stay for a long weekend and the spa is well worth a visit!

Hotel was clean with ample free parking. The food was faultless with plenty of choice. Rooms were clean and basic. We were all inclusive and my only gripe was that the staff were quite cagy with drinks at the bar giving out one at a time to each person which meant all 3 of us had to get up to go to the bar although it was obvious the drinks were for 3 all includive customers. Also at dinner time the staff always had to be stopped and asked when passing to get drinks. This minor issue may also be due to the hotel being busy and full on our stay. It would not put me off staying here again.

Entertainment was good and the Dutch chap leading activities was most friendly and helpful. The only niggle was the restaurant staff their service varied from very good to ride and unfriendly. Our holiday was really almost spoilt and one of our party felt almost bullied by a waiter. Another of our party was most frustrated by the inconsistency of service offered by the restaurant staff. This is a large hotel and would have had a better rating from us if our treatment by the restaurant staff had been friendlier and customer centeredness. The holiday was expensive and I don't mind paying a bit more but did expect the service to reflect the charge. The room was also less than what I had expected with nowhere in the bathroom to put toiletries. With no balcony and nowhere to air towels , or even hang the bathroom towels to dry other than two books and no chairs in the bedroom. We. Had a ground floor room with no view and it was really noisy from 7am with deliveries. Certainly not what we expected from the photograph or description on the website.

Nice enough but few flaws!

Hotel room was clean but not much space! Three of us but zero space other than the beds so nowhere to sit other than on/in the beds!
Door to balcony did not feel secure, only locked at the bottom and not the top or middle!
Some of the hotel staff were great, friendly and helpful but some were almost rude to the point they should not be customer/guest facing.

Not a 4 star

Have been to this hotel four times. It used to be a good three star. Now it is being run by the Fergus group the price has gone up considerably to go with the new 4 star status. Unfortunately all the hotel got was a makeover which has not added any real value. The rooms are the same size. (very small), with less places to put belongings because there is now a small fridge. Our air conditioning was very ineffective and didn't improve after we asked for it to be looked at. Service for the fresh cooked hot plates was very slow. There was no anticipation of the queue so you ended up with cold sides while you waited for the meat/fish to be cooked. The quality of the actual food was good but it wasn't put together in a coherent menu. For example when there was steak, there were no onion rings or mushrooms but strangely there were calamari rings in batter! There were very few sauces to with the main courses. The pool snack bar is now a Mexican restaurant, I assume to help achieve the 4th star. We were told we could only use it once on our all inclusive for two weeks without additional cost. To be honest you really wouldn't have paid to go again, the menu didn't vary and it was not very inspiring. The entertainments team were superb last year and really tried to get everyone involved. This year I saw them being told by management to quieten things down, perhaps to be more in keeping with their 4 star status, but I think this was a mistake. The drink was of a better quality than before but the pool bar was closed long before the entertainment finished which mean't there could have been a queue of 20 people waiting at the only other bar towards the end of the night, even if you only wanted a bottle of water. I have always found the staff helpful but was disappointed by the very minor changes to go with a steep price rise, particularly given the very favourable exchange rate.

A clean well designed hotel suitable for families who want to spend the whole holiday in the complex. Staff were mostly very good. However the all inclusive majority was the downside. Branded with a purple wristband, food was mass produced and average. The compound mentality of guests putting their towels on sunbeds at 6am was irritating. Port of Polenssa is a beautiful location.

Overall the hotel was great. The room was comfortable, clean and individually air conditioned. The only drawback to our room location was that it was directly next to the outdoor stage in the pool area. The music from the nightly shows (until 11 pm) was so loud it shook the windows. Not good if you have early morning activities or little ones. The front desk would do nothing about the volume when asked.
As for the rest of our stay, it was wonderful. The hotel is a five minute walk to the beach and close to many restaurants, bars, a grocery store, and a doctor. I loved that we could borrow towels with a deposit and exchange them for fresh ones a many times as needed, for use at the pool and beach. The pool was large and clean, with many sun beds and some umbrellas. The pool area had its own bar and restaurant. The main hotel restaurant was a large, cafeteria style with a wide variety of food choices for each meal. The hotel had a ramp next to most steps for easy wheelchair/ stroller access. The hotel puts on a variety of entertainment daily, including kid shows, water Zumba, water polo, and short concerts featuring local talent. Wifi was free in the room.

Good Value, but with improvements available

Well priced for the stay. Especially considering late booking.
All Inclusive came with a large range of drinks and food. The lunch and dinner buffets may benefit from an increased quality if the vast range was reduced to a few main dishes. The other benefit this could bring would be at table service.
This would elevate the dining experience to match the expectations made by the room.

A Cycling Hotel

I have used this hotel since the mid 1990's for cycling training holidays with friends and family. formerly owned by the Cabot Group it struggled with food quality and reminded me of the BBC program \" Hotel Babylon\". Now under new ownership \"Fergus\" their is a definite improvement in the food quality, the rooms and above all, facilities for our expensive bikes - Puerto Pollenca is a great base for any cycling holiday with good roads in both the mountains and on the flat. In 7 days I cycled 280 miles in warm sunshine, which is fantastic coming out of the British winter.

Perfect for a cheap break

This hotel was everything we wanted for a cheap break; clean, well located near to the beach and town's facilities, well equipped room and lovely balcony, good facilities including a large, clean pool and plenty of sunbeds.

The food at the hotel was reasonable for a three-star, and there was always plenty of choice at both breakfast and dinner (we were half board).

Overall, highly recommended.

Nice hotel close to the beach

2nd visit to this hotel and pre-booked the superior room to get the end view across the bay and it is totally worth it!! All rooms have good views but the ones across the bay are superb. A great place to stay with children, plenty to do either in the hotel, on the beach or out and about.
