Our stay at Hoposa Pollentia was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the warm and friendly staff. The hotel’s elegant design, combined with its unbeatable beachfront location, created the perfect romantic atmosphere. Our room was spotless and stylish, with a balcony overlooking the sea — waking up to that view was unforgettable. We loved the delicious breakfasts and evening drinks overlooking the beach and sea, all served with such care. Every moment felt peaceful and special. We left feeling completely recharged and can’t wait to come back — it was the perfect couples’ getaway!

from the time of arrival to the time i stayed, the hotel has an excellent view, waterfront, everything LOOKS modern & updated. I did have an issue with the air, for them to offer another room, if i had to pack up, i would just check out. Why was the room not prepared before arrival. AC only works when key card is inserted. The room did not go below 22 degrees celsius, to be told thats european laws. The price for the room is to expensive for what they offered. I was attending a function at a near by hotel, that was sold out otherwise i would have checked out immediately to stay there. Spanish is the language for the area, i had language barrier issues. i have photo & video if expedia would like to see

This hotel felt like a family run hotel, and this was down to the super friendly staff. We got to see the same smiles and greetings every day which gave you a feeling of intimacy and warmth. The decor is stunning, clean and modern with a beach theme that is so relaxing. Apart from sleeping and showering I usually don't often spend time in the actual hotels I stay at, but evenings with drinks on their patio were a delight!

Lovely small, boutique feel hotel

Lovely small hotel. Perfect location on the beachfront anout a 15 min walk from the heart of the town so convenient but quiet. Road in front before the beach but not busy and benefit of a 3 mile odd promenade.

Nice, modern beachy decor with comfy sofas and chairs both inside and out.

Buffet breakfast was very good, alhough didnt vary much on a daily basis. So much fresh fruit! Cava also included. Its also open for lunch and dinner and there is a full bar outside with live music several nights a week.

Two pool/sun areas. Loved the one on the roof top with fantasticc views over the coast. Good quality sun loungers too.

Small, fairly well equppied gym with modern equipment.

Staff are very friendly and provide good service. Everywhere is super clean.

The only drawback is that rooms are small, although well designed and comfotable. The bed is also two singles pushed together which is disappointing for an adults only hotel. We had a good walk in shower, large thick towels and complimentary toiletries. Rooms also have a kettle, mini fridge and hairdryer but no dessing gowns

I would only recommend the front sea view rooms as the ones at the back dont get any sun and have no view at all. Superior rooms are basically the same size with just a larger balcony and two sun loungers rather than chairs.

Puerto de Pollensa is a lovely resort and we would definitely consider staying here again

This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. The downstairs area, front garden and restaurant area are very nice but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. They are VERY small. I take responsibility for not checking on the room size before making the reservation. The staff made their best efforts to accommodate us. We still left a day early. Will not be back.

The hotel was lovely although the pool area around the back was very unattractive with no atmosphere at all.
The roof terrace had a plunge pool but no sun beds free as the mayor had removed all the sun beds from the beach! Thankfully that was being fixed but after our stay. The rooms were small but functional
The restaurant staff were lovely & loads of choice for breakfast.
The lunch menu slightly disappointing & they couldn’t make a nice salad. Loads of other choices near by.
Would we return? I’m not sure but that’s only because we wished we’d been slightly nearer to the centre.
Super clean everywhere to be fair 👍

Absolute paradise!
This was mine and my sister’s second time at this hotel and we can’t wait to visit again asap!
Beautiful hotel on the most stunning beach.
The staff are soooo friendly and helpful.
The rooms are on the smaller side but beautifully interior decorated and housekeeping do an incredible job at making them gorgeously clean and tidy every day.
It’s honestly the most incredible hotel and area.
2 brilliant Spar convenience shops less than a minute away for all drinks/snacks/sandwiches etc!
15 min walk to the busier area of the port where we like to go to ‘Stay’ for dinner sometimes, again amazing staff and lovely food with a view of the water. Many gorgeous restaurants in Old Town Pollensa Sq. which is 15 min drive from hotel. Heavenly.
We’ve been home for 12 hours and missing it all so much! Thank you Hotel Pollentia, you go above and beyond.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to cycle, go to the beach, walk to restaurants, visit the marina, etc. As we went in the low season we didn't have any issues parking our car in front of the hotel but this might be more problematic during high season. The hotel was lovely, staff members were super accommodating & helpful and the breakfast was delicious (the view was spectacular). They have a lovely little sitting area and outside dining in the front of the hotel which was great during the day and in the evening. They also had live music while we were there.
We opted for the standard room as we would be out most of the day doing various activities and we found it to be a bit on the small side. We had a leak in our shower but the staff were quick to try and correct the problem. They do have other amenities (ex: bikes) that we didn't use but are available. I would come back and stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Hotel was ok, but not deserving of the ratings others have given. We also experienced a few issues. The first was that our original room was not available (seems others have experienced this so it's a common occurance), so we had to go into an upgraded room for the first night and then move. This wasn't a huge issue for us and we were given a free lunch as a gesture for the inconvenience. However, the room that we had for the remainder of our stay was terribly noisy as it was next to the reception area, the lifts and the passage to the dining area. The staff would shout loudly from 7am and music was played in the communal areas from this time, sometimes quite loudly. We therefore slept poorly through our stay. Secondly, I had some items stolen from my bike that was kept in the bike room. There are security cameras, but they are seemingly useless as they weren't of sufficient quality to make out the perpetrator (hotel made a gesture of goodwill here too). Also, while the description mentions pools, the one on the roof is more like a large bath. Another matter was that the cleaning staff use so much bleach that the rooms smell very strongly, and the amount of bleach used also ruined a pair of socks that I had to bin as a result. There was a large range of food at breakfast, although the quality wasn't to the expected standard (and the coffee wasn't not good at all). The person that did the omelettes was nice. The cocktails from the outside bar were also not good. For the money

Rooms with beautiful sea views of the port and beaches that sit just across the street, and the amenities of the hotel are incredible. Rooftop pool with a spacious sun deck and a beautifully decorated front lawn with a bar and lounge chairs open during the afternoon and into the evening for a relaxing drink after dinner and before bed. Lovey staff and a perfect set up for a quick and filling breakfast as well. Highly recommend staying here if in Pollenca.

3 heated pools advertised and yet not one in the hotel! Neighbouring hotel has a heated pool \" you can use\"

Rooms are very small and although lovely have no rugs or anything so its very loud all the time. The beds in our \"upgraded\" tiny tiny room were two small sprung mattresses and two singles pushed together, which didnt stay together, hardly romantic, comfortable or luxury

My only negative point is the rooms are on the small side but for the amount of time you are in the room it wasn’t an issue and the soundproofing from the other rooms could have been better. But overall I would recommend this to others

The hotel was brilliant - clean, modern, good bar. The hotel staff were all very friendly and happy to help with whatever we asked. Excellent views of the beach and sea! Would definitely stay here again.

The only negatives (and they were minor and certainly didn't dampen our fantastic time) was the shower thermostat was set too hot so we had to have a low pressure showers to achieve the right temperature; and our double bed request was in fact two single beds pushed together - which unfortunately throughout the night would separate meaning we couldn't necessarily cuddle as much. But - we didn't raise these small issues with the hotel as everything else was so great we didn't want to make a fuss. But had those two above not occurred - it would be 10/10 stay for certain, whereas for us it was more 9.5/10.

6 nights relaxation

Stayed for 6 nights with my fiancé to relax after a tough few months. It was a fantastic stay and I will list the positives below however I would like to point out early on that there are issues on check in. I paid £1500 for 6 nights which was advertised as a room with balcony. Upon arrival there were no rooms available so we had to spend a night with no balcony. It doesn’t sound much but the rooms without balcony are approx £60 a night cheaper. I originally thought I made an error however the way the staff acted I think it’s safe to say they do this on a regular basis. Frustratingly I was not offered anything in return. A simple drink would have been sufficient however I was not offered anything which meant we started our holiday with a sour taste.

That said the positives were massive and listed below:

Breakfast was excellent.
Rooms were very comfortable if a little small.
Located perfectly on the beach front with plenty of dining options within comfortable walking distance.
Bike storage offered making a cycling trip very easy.
The room we received with the balcony on the 2nd day was comfortable and the balcony was lovey for enjoying an evening drink.

Would recommend the stay but would be aware paying for a balcony with sea view doesn’t mean you would get a balcony with sea view.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable and relaxing, exceptional service from staff and a great varied menu for all meals. The drink menu was pretty good too!
Location is also excellent for the beach, just cross the road! It’s a lovely sandy beach too. Loads of great restaurants nearby too with a short stroll to the town.
I already cannot wait to stay again!
We spent the majority of our time on the rooftop where there were always plenty of extremely comfortable sun loungers available. The front of the hotel was also very pleasant to sit and have a drink and live music on 3 of the 4 nights we stayed.

Had a great stay 2 nights at Hoposa Pollentia. A very modern and stylish hotel with a beautiful roof terrace although I preferred the sea to the small pool. Parking also turned out to be really easy as there is a big parking lot 2 blocks from the hotel that you can use for free - so just really convenient. Rooms are nice and we had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea - so enjoyed a drink here in the evening. Also the hotel is a little bit off the main crowd, which we enjoyed - but still everything is within walking distance.

We stayed a whole week in a junior suite, and found the hotel beautifully appointed and with very friendly staff. It occupies a lovely position slightly out of the town centre and directly opposite the beach. There is a sister hotel (Hoposa Uyal) two doors down which also offers massages and spa facilities etc. The veranda was particularly nice when the weather was poor, with cozy undercover seating looking out over the sea. A few things that could be better - firstly they're a bit cheap with the guests who have paid a fortune to stay here (e.g. charging 1 EUR for a few ice cubes in a plastic glass, trying to avoid taking AMEX, maids didn't replace toiletries very often and gave us lots of ends of other people's toilet rolls). The pools aren't heated which renders them unusable late in the season. Sofa in living area was a sofabed and was consequently very uncomfortable to sit in, with lots of metal bars poking out. Breakfast was a wide selection, but was just 'ok' quality wise, as was the lunch we ordered from the bar on one day. Towels weren't great quality and weren't replaced as often as they should have been (even when put on the floor), and our beach towels were never replaced. A/C system was poor and noisy, although they did provide a fan when I raised this. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay overall but don't think we would come again for the amount we spent - we didn't quite feel it deserved its ranking as one of the top hotels on the island.

A lovely adults only hotel with a great seafront location close to restaurants and shops. Easy free parking & use of sister hotel spa facilities available. Restaurant serves a delicious hot & cold buffet breakfast, great all day snack menu & the fixed price 3 course evening meal menu was very good. We enjoyed watching the world go by on the large front terrace, the staff were very friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

A big thank you to all the staff who were wonderful and made our birthday break even more special - nothing was a problem. Welcome pack arranged with ease. Perfect location opposite an amazing beach with full amenities and a friendly beach bar. Only a short walk into busier centre along a promenade. We were spoilt for choice at breakfast and dinner - new dinner menu every 2 days. Bedroom was not large but stunning decor throughout with plenty of places within the hotel to relax, stunning roof top area with plunge pool and a pool area at the rear of the hotel which came as a surprise. We had a late night flight but were able to store our luggage and book a shower room free of charge which made for a great end to our holiday. No hesitation in recommending and would love to return.

Fantastic hotel directly across a small road from a beautiful beach. Staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was spotless.
The only negative is that the rooms without balconies are quite small and there is nowhere to dry towels, clothes etc. In future we would pay the extra to have a sea view room with balcony.

Excellent location with water views. The downstairs lounge and terrace error is the perfect spot for enjoying an afternoon drink. Other facilities such as bike storage and gym are also great features.

Great staff and great facilities. Rooftop terrace and proximity to the beach and restaurants were the highlights. Breakfast was a complete continental. Our flight home was not until the evening and after we checked out, we were allowed to use a courtesy shower room (private) so we could continue to enjoy the beach until we needed to head to the airport!

The staff are really lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was smaller than I’d like, but it’s an old building so not much can be done about it. Really nice clientele and the rooftop sun deck is a hidden gem. Breakfast is great too!

We booked a night at the Hoposa Hotel Pollentia when our original holiday accommodation fell through and we needed time to find another option for our two week stay in Mallorca.
Christina on reception was immediately so bright, cheerful and incredibly helpful that we felt our stress at being “homeless” on day one change into the relaxed, chill out beach vibe this hotel provides, whilst still being of a very high standard.
Christina also provided us with a room upgrade and a late check-out, to give us as much time as possible to find our next accommodation.
What is so special about this hotel is that Christina’s care and attention for our party was reflected across all the staff who were friendly and attentive at all times.
This hotel, and its location is pretty much perfect on every level. The rooms are smart and clean, the reception, bar and restaurant areas cool and upmarket and the beach is just over the road. It is beautiful and most importantly relaxing. We felt better for coming here and will most certainly be back. Thank you Hotel Pollentia :)

the property is very well renovated - lovely contemporary with a hint of the rustic feel to it.
The pool at the back of the hotel is its downfall - it smells of cooking oil as its next to the kitchen. They do use a lot of oil - even on the omelettes in a morning.
The fresh fruit at breakfast is wonderful.
Great property and very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location a short walk from the noise of town centre. Superb service from the minute we arrived. The hotel had fantastic facilities, was always spotlessly clean but more importantly has a great team of people there who made our stay super comfortable. Top service in all areas. Very safe area for bike storage, a shower room available for when you have checked out but fly late in the day. Breakfast is not to be missed, great options for veggie/vegan. The only negative was the walls to the bedrooms were quite thin so you could hear doors being closed, and even our neighbours alarm clock going off in the morning... but it was worth it for the comfy bed and wonderful facilities. Would certainly stay here again

Always the highlight of our year visiting

Absolutely magnificent every time. This hotel is simply incredible, relaxed, modern, comfortable and picturesque. The recent modernisation has made this the best hotel in the area. It is perfect for couples looking to relax and a short walk from central Port de Pollença. I've lost count how many times I've stayed here or next door at the Uyal and it never disappoints.

Best hotel in Port de Pollença, maybe even Majorca

Incredible! Renovations are amazing, hotel is now so modern, comfortable and the roof-top area/pool is a welcome addition. As ever staff cannot do enough and we were made so welcome. I would not stay anywhere else in Port de Pollença.

The property is beautiful with great views and good location. If you are looking for a quieter and more relaxed Mallorca stay Hoposa is for you. The staff was always pleasant and accommodating. Also, we were very pleased with the breakfast.

Cons:
I noticed one of the body lotion bottles in our room was used.

Ordered room service and the burgers came without an ingredient that was listed on the menu. However, staff was apologetic and made accommodations to the bill.

Overall: I would stay again and recommend!
