Nice accommodation in a really good place close to the beach. Quiet and clean. Only downside is we were there for 4 nights and the apartment wasn’t serviced during that time, so we had to collect clean towels from reception.

Great location and overall the public areas were good. Unfortunately our apartment was a little dated and had a few maintenance issues. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the hinges on one of the kitchen doors were very loose. These were fixed after reporting them. There was also mouldy silicone in the shower.just needs a little TLC.

The room was a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures, the pull out bed in the lounge was incredibly uncomfortable and when it’s down you can’t get out onto the outside area which was annoying when you wake up and have to disturb someone who is still sleeping.

Our room had a roof terrace with sun bed, bath, chairs & tables. Location is a little way out from the main town though. No car park, simply on street parking, which wasn’t a major issue at the time of year we stayed (Oct) but could be problematical in peak season.

We have just got back from a brilliant week spent here. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and had a lovely view of the pool then out to sea. All of the staff were friendly, and the outside areas were well kept. The location was great, about a 10 minute walk from the heart of small town, but along the beach and a wide promenade. We will definitely be returning!

Apartments are great it is a tight squeeze for 4 in one apartment as lacks storage. Basic kitchen equipment etc. Beach 2mins away but pollenca port area with main restaurants etc is a good 25 mins walk.

Lovely hotel great location right on the beach and 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants although there are also some along the front too. My only criticism would be they only service the rooms once per week and the one day they came they turned up at 8.30 am and 9.30 am both times were either asleep or still getting ready. However that is a minor concern you can request new towels and sheets from reception. Overall I would definitely recommend and I would stay again.

This is a lovely apart hotel - very friendly and accommodating staff. Just across the road from the lovey beach. Felt very safe here. We were upgraded to an apartment with a splash pool outside of our room. We booked the day before we were due to leave as our other apartment cancelled us at 9 hours notice. We were glad they did. Short walk into town but we passed and visited several restaurants and bars on the way.
We were a little put off at first as it had said next door to a shopping centre which turned out to be a Spar shop which was closed. It would have been handy if it had been open. Sanitisers everywhere in the vicinity of the hotel. Taxis were cheap and plentiful if you wished to go father afield into Alcudia etc. would go back - highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable property with immediate access to the superb beach. Nice pool and sunbed options with table tennis and pool table.
20 minute flat walk along the beach to the Port. Great restaurants available within 6 minutes walk all the way to and in the Port-spoilt for choice!

We were in a sea view apartment overlooking the pool. This could have been noisy in other resorts but here it was a great. The apartments are very family friendly and are super quiet at nit. I would highly recommend!

Location is nice at the end of the beach, so walk-able to the center of things, but still reasonably quiet at nigh, and with a better view IMO than up by the marina.. We had an ocean view and it was nice to sit on the balcony, although at times it was windy (although we were there in May and we understood it to be unseasonably cool this year). It was also very nice to have the option of cooking for ourselves in the room. The kitchen was adequately stocked with pans, utensils, etc. for what we needed (although we still had to buy some basics, like salt). Service is very limited -- even pool towels incur an extra charge -- and there was no cleaning in the 3 days we were there, which I assume relates to it being more of a condo accommodation than a true hotel.

Good Hotel but disappointing standard room.
The hotel since refurbishment is very contemporary, pool is good, great location and the staff very courteous. I so wanted to give this such a good review but unfortunately remained disappointed. This was due to the fact that my booking was for a standard room with a king size bed but what My Wife and I actually got was an adjoining room (door to neighbours room) which was at times very noisy (the door may as well have been left open) and resulted in interrupted sleep. Also not a king size bed but two twin beds as stated on the booking. I asked on several occasions if we could upgrade and was happy to pay extra but was advised that the hotel was completely full so we were stuck and had to endure the noise for the rest of the week. If I was to recommend I would advise to go for a roof terrace but would also advise to do some research as I am not entirely sure if those rooms have adjoining doors or not, but from what I did see externally they looked very nice.

Didn't enjoy the towels on the sun beds from early hours of the morning.. they have a 30min policy but nobody enforces it.
Approx 25 min walk to get into the thick of it .. Resturants etc.

We had a ball at the Hobby Club and were impressed by the modern renovations, showers were Great, air con and free Wi-Fi in the rooms, only downside no onsite catering and some music around the pool wouldn't go amiss, but overall we had a wonderful trip accommodation was lovely and clean and location superb, staff very helpful too and pointed us in direction of health centre when our son was unwell.

Fabulous apartments
The apartments are newly renovated, spacious, well equipped and right opposite the beach. The pool was great and manned by a lifeguard. Great location, quiet and family friendly, next to a shop and near a wide range of restaurants. Wonderful staff who sorted out a problem with our original room. We would recommend this resort and these apartments for anyone with children who isn't fussed about having a kids club or entertainment on site.

Perfect beach front location close to town.
Love Hobby Club. Great location, rooms and pool plus friendly staff. In front of a lovely stretch of virtually empty beach at the quieter end of town means a lovely 10-15 minute walk into town along the beach. Pool great size and always had loungers available whenever we fancied a few hours by the pool. Easy walk to Llenaire bus stop where you can catch buses anywhere. Plus the best restaurants in PP almost next door, Swing & Siurell. Been coming to PP for last 13 years usually booking a villa but wanted to be within walking distance to beach and town. Now my 2nd visit to Hobby Club since discovering it Oct 2016 with friends and already booking a third! Enjoy!

The apartment was basic but clean with all you need. The location was perfect for us over the road from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. The staff were friendly and really helpful. We had a lovely stay and would definitely go back.

A really nice size complex with helpful and friendly staff. The apartment was well equipped and really close to the beach. Although at the quieter end of the town it was a nice stroll to the main area of shops etc. Good choice of restaurants and supermarkets. We took the bus to Pollenca town which we loved and found a great restaurant, Freiduria Pollentia de Mar, that did menu of the day for 8 euros!! Excellent food, wine, olives desert and bread.

Lovely location & very friendly staff. I did however pay extra to have a beach view. I could see the beach so technically they met the agreement but I will say I expected a better location. There were apartments literally on the beach which is what I would have expected to stay & what I paid extra for. I would stay there again but not pay extra.

We stayed at this hotel in early October and were very pleased with our choice. The apartment consisted of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/sitting area with a balcony off overlooking the pool with a view of the beach. Everything worked well and was very clean. The pleasant walk to town and restaurant area was about 15 minutes along the beach promenade. The pool was clean and the sunbeds provided in good condition. Altogether a nice place at a good price. Would recommend.

Average hotel that has unknowledgeable staff
This was my second stay at this hotel. I made my booking and had to change the number of guests. There was no problem. Was told that there were only six rooms with king beds and later found out that there are no rooms with king beds. All rooms have single beds. Great place to stay if you smoke; there are no issues with that. Don't place phone calls. They charge for 800 calls and calls that aren't completed and their rates are high. Night staff guy was lazy and couldn't communicate well at all in English and had no clue what I saying with my limited Spanish. He pocketed €5 that was supposed to be for phone calls. So, incompetent.

We had a lovely holiday at the Hobby Club. The apartments are across the road from the beach. Good air conditioning. Basic kitchen but had all we needed. The maids came 5 days per week but mainly took the rubbish out and did a cursory mop of the floor. One of the beds had 3 springs missing but the other beds were comfy. Nice balcony with hanging space for wet clothes. Nice hot shower with good pressure. Wardrobe in the main bedroom but hangers kept falling off their hooks. The beach is lovely with buses to go to nearby Alcudia, Pollensa and further away Palma. We have been to Puerto Pollensa several times and the location here is great. would certainly consider returning to Hobby Club.

Well placed hotel away from the crowds but only 10 mins walk away along the beautiful seafront. Clean and well maintained not fancy but fancy not needed. Located next to supermarket with fresh bread and pastry's all day long, which was very handy as there is no restaurant at the hotel so you can DIY lunch and sit by the pool with it, so its much nicer and cheaper. Would definately go again

What a great place to stay. Although a little far from the main port it was a great place to stay. Nice room and they even had the air conditioner on upon my arrival, which was really appreciated. Fully equipped kitchen and nice pool and near the beach(across street) People were nice and no complaints on my end. I will definitely stay here again. It was a great bargain.

Hotellets läge och personalen var jättebra. Närheten till stranden lyfte hela semestern. Vi badade inte i poolen, dock var det väldigt rent och fräscht runt poolen och personal som gjorde rent varje morgon, kanske det bästa vi upplevt. Det vi inte upplevde som bra var att städerskan var slarvig, städade inte badrummet ordentligt vilket vi påtalade för receptionen. Kylskåpet är alldeles för litet för en barnfamilj. Om du bor på lägenhetshotell måste det vara större, vi fick plats med lite ost, smör, grönsaker och lite dricka. Endast en aidrconditon i stora rummet och ingen i somrummet. Det gjorde att det blev lite varmt i sovrummet. Överlag är vi nöjda med hotellet och kan tänka oss att återvända

Det ble en nedtur å komme hit, da bildene lyver. Det var linoleum på gulvet på alle rom, inkl badet og dårlig renhold på kjøkken og soverom. Flekker på sengetøyet. Sovesofaen var skjev og putene og madrassen i sengen var hard. Fant kakerlakk på soverommet. Rotete og lite koselig bassengområde, så stranden rett nedenfor ble brukt mest. Et pluss for air condition som stod på også når vi forlot rommet. Ellers hyggelig betjening og fin utsikt fra takterassen.

For people traveling alone and seeking for a quiet morning, this is not the place to be. The noise level in the apartment was for my consideration to high as you can hear the movements in other apartments. Sleeping in was not possible. However, the staff was very friendly and tries to help as much as they can.

L hotel è di fronte alla spiaggia attraversi le strisce pedonali e la spiaggia di sabbia è li. Ci sono i lettini in piscina. Abbiamo affittato le bici e non erano il massimo xk erano un po scassate, il cambio di due bici non funzionava... poi la camera da 3 era molto bella ma fanno le pulizie solo 3 volte a settimana e quindi restava sporca xk cmq c era sabbia dappertutto essendo al mare, e idem per gli asciugamani cambiati solo 3 volte a settimana. Personale abbastanza disponibile. Nel complesso cmq bello.
