I stayed in Royal park hotel which had a nice and spacious rooms compared to Genting Hotel. This hotel is expensive compared to other hotels in area.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Nice gym. Friendly & well trained staff.
Great customer service. I was greeted warmly by a very professional front desk employee by the name of Didi. It is my first time in Singapore and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Also, my birthday was the same day of check out and she made sure that I didn’t leave the hotel without a proper birthday gift. Greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing close to perfection even if there is a res

It was amazing however it could be better. They have no restaurant to obtain food or coffee during anytime of the day. They do provide a paid breakfast till a certain time. That was it. They do have sky lounge which open at 6pm to 10pm. Please kindly think about people who come in at 5am in the morning and require a quick bite or coffee instead of using a vending machine

The hotel is fantastic. It met our needs. We had a fantastic stay. Limited dining options are not an issue as there are numerous eating places around the hotel.

The only slight downside is that the pool area was a bit too deep for a young pre-schooler still learning to swim. It was also a bit on the cold side and the lack of showering facilities at the pool area meant that people had to return to their rooms to clean up.

A Pricey Small Room Hotel

The room at 18sqm is really small for the price paid for. Also the room is noisy as we can hear outside people talking & sound of hair dryer from the next door.
Stayed this hotel for 10 days just for convenient of travelling to my work place, otherwise I will not even consider. Lastly I must comment that most hotel staff are friendly. Thank you.

Midrange quality to match the price

Good solo stay, bed bedding electrical electronics bathroom all ok. Middle midrange hotel - neither too cheap nor pricey. Quiet. About 10 minutes walk from the public transport terminal. Efficient check in. Very very limited food options but it’s about 10 minutes walk from two shopping malls that have plenty of food options. I advise you bring your own snacks if you want breakfast in your room.

Nice hotel in the WEST of Singapore

I arrived during the midnight for the check-in. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean and welcoming. Very Impressed and would recommend folks to choose Genting Hotel. Esp for those that are on business trips working in Jurong area. It was very convenient for me to get to Clementi where the goal of my trip is to accomplish some errands there. Super easy to get out and go back to as well.

One of the very Average Hotels in Jurong. There are no other Hotels nearby . Breakfast is too ordinary. the prices are high comparing to services and hotel provided . worst situation is that the people deal only on mails and phone . so difficult to communicate.

It was a very convenient location to walk to public transportations. A couple of things I recommend for improvement are to offer more than one filtered water spot and better door closing. Me and my roommate made sure the door was closed every night but one morning we noticed the door was opened. Not sure what exactly happened.

Rooms in Genting Hotel Jurong are decent, but disappointing for this room which we have booked, which was the most expensive room being offered by the hotel.

This room is able to sleep 4pax, but lacks the luxury feel. It does not have a work station, a space for a sofa area to relax, nor it has a bathtub.

Also, during our enquiries made before our booking, we were also told that we would be given complimentary car park access. After checking in, to our disappointment, the complimentary car park were limited to 1 ticket (1x car park exit) per night's stay only. Additional trips in, and out during the course of the day, would be on your own expenses.

And to make things even worse, the hotel management has replied me on my Google review posted, that they actually allow 1 carpark ticket to be redeemed per exit. They are a confused team, who are not customers centric.

Was greeted by the receptionist name Ranny when check in, very friendly & professional, since I did requested for early check in when making booking at Expedia, she proceeded it within 15 minutes, check in done. Nice room, clean & comfortable bed, a bit small bath room but in average, satisfied with what I paid. Will sure stay at the same hotel if I visit Jurong East again.

Beautiful hotel and cozy room. Deluxe rooms were missing coffee machines which is a bummer. Staff will ting infinite door bells for room service if you do not put DND or even start calling on the room line. Got my sleep spoiled a couple nights over a 2 week stay. Overall experience was good!

For the facilities provided and the location of the hotel, it is significantly over priced. The rooms are very small and hardly has any space to move about. It is near train station, making it easier to commute to the central area of the city.

Best hotel in the West

It was a long staycation with 2 rooms while waiting for our house to be done with renovation works. We had our rooms upgraded by Ms Christine at front desk courtesy also from Mr Waran who took care and tended to our needs with regards to rooms and parking matters.

Having a laundromat in hotel and ice dispenser machine on our floor were very helpful especially in our situation where it made the stay warm and felt like home.

Only thing hotel could have added in to the toilets were bidets. It would be lifechanging.

Limited food choice which isn’t that bad since there is a lot of choice near the hotel. One thing that was absolutely terrible was the WiFi. Limited to two devices and the connection very slow and unstable.

Not worth the price. I was placed in a smoking floor for not sending request prior to check-in. No complementary water provided in the room. You have to bring your own bottle and refill it at lobby. Breakfast was the only thing I feel apprecited due to its variety.

There is a vending machine (Chef-in-the-Box) that only accepts cash. However the only denomination the machine accept it SGD 2 notes. I have seen similar vending machines at MRT station which accepts Ez-link, Cash Card etc. Genting should consider working with vendor to provide cashless option.

Near to shopping Amenities. Will be better if offer complimentary hotel parking. Good to provide bottled water once upon check-in.

Front office staff should be more friendly and approachable when answering query. Do not brush guest aside by saying “wait I am busy” and “no more” free parking with an impatient and cold manner. This I refer to the bespectacled female staff doing check-in on 27 Jun.

Do not choose Superior Room, as the hotel discriminate against guests whom booked Superior Room. The staff will insult the guests. Worst is when the hotel experience a sudden surged in booking, they will treat guests whom booked earlier at a cheaper price as second class citizen. The hotel will prioritize guest who paid more for the hotel room with better service. Such as queen size bed will be allocated to the guest who paid more, and the rest will just have to take double single beds. Even when booking was done earlier. Lastly, the hotel discriminate against local citizen.

This hotel was further from the airport than the resorts world hotel listed as 30 minute drive. Also when i arrived, the only room was a smoking one. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and attentive. The second floor pool area was particularly nice.

Firstly thy gave me a handicap room !!!!
Than the receptionist that checked me out is no smiling on her face And rather rude manner.
The carpet seems very soiled and looks like it’s not been washed quite some time . I was disappointed as I stayed here last year and was all good . Not sure I wl return to this hotel next year .

I love the free Bus Shuttle between RSW Sentosa & Genting and its very easy to get to anywhere using MRT

Overall not a good hotel stay.

The safe box locking did not work. I requested twice for assistance. After the second request, it appeared that it was working but on my last night it failed again, this time with my belongings inside. I had the request - again twice - for assistance as I need to get my belongings out for an early start the next day.

The WiFi worked for my iPad but I could not connect my iPhone to WiFi the whole time I was there - my phone worked fine with WiFi in the different location I was working in during the day

Also I used a coffee cup on the first day I was there - this was still sitting dirty on the window sill when I left.

The rooms were really quite small with only a narrow space around the bed and the shower was difficult to use with out hitting the walls on all sides.

Other than that the stay was OK
