The property served this purpose for somewhere for me to just sleep for the night. The area was not very safe car repair shops. No parking on the street. Had to park a block and a half away from the hotel. Looks like they were doing renovations to the bathroom, but did not finish. Once it’s done, it will be so much better. The rooms are too small for everything they have in it could barely move around the bed.

Was informed of special instructions on how to point a remote in lower left corner, then hit no 5 to get channels to work. Next night stopped at desk to activate card to save time, was informed I should not keep keycard in bag with my phone. I get to room and my door was ,no refills with coffee packets. Took towels for cleaning, never replaced, never vacuumed. I use to enjoy staying here but will never again. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere. They should not be running a hotel. Wyndham should investigate because it’s ruining their reputation.

The place looks nothing like the pictures inside. The room was in poor condition the window didn’t lock, the ironing board was full of stains. The toilet paper holders were rusty and nasty. The days inn book that was on the desk had a big hole in the cover, the desk itself was all scratched and chewed up with pieces of the laminate were missing. The corners of the floor in the bathroom was the garbage mail missing caulk and had holes all around. In the hall there was a big hole in the wall where an ice machine was at some point.

First, as with much of NY - no parking. It would be nice if the hotel did something with the city to provide. Did not expect much from a days inn, but the front desk person hardly acknowledged, seemed bothered when asked questions, and was on their phone oblivious to people walking up. The ridiculous prices warrant a friendly staff who is glad to answer simple questions without seeming like they're being bothered. Literally a pained look, answer, go back to phone. Check out - took key, said nothing. I get your days are long, but my bar was the floor and you went below.

Music was blasting until 4 am and the staff only laughed at us when we asked them to contact the room or do something about it. They refused to let us change rooms. At first glance the neighborhood at night looks very unsafe. I watched a female walk from around the building in a bikini and heels. The floor was wet in the bathroom. The A/c unit didn’t run any heat. The light/ electrical outlets on the right side of the bed didn’t work. Soap dispenser was missing in the bathroom, but soap was provided. Bed squeaked and moved.

There was mold all over the bathroom, called customer service there was no answer… I checked in at 3 ish in the morning and checked out at 9 AM . I couldn’t do it! They need to do better

The shower/ bathtub enclosure is 6ft high. The cleaning staff is 4ft 5in. A guest left the used soap on top of the shower railing. How long was it there…. who knows it was bone dry. The maid will never see it or reach it!!!! The shower walls were used as tissue…. Never again. I thought this was a hotel…. not a short term motel spot for a booty call.
