my stay at this hotel was extremely horrible first of all the sheets and towels had stains on them. and when I tried to adjust the heat it just blew cold air not even cold just this weird feeling. the whole room was extremely cold the whole entire night and when I had to wake up to go to work to shower, the water was extremely cold but the sink water had hot water which is ironic. the floors were really dirty and it smelled weird in there. I only stayed there because I knew that the other rooms were'nt going to be better. this is a very crappy hotel. I don't think you guys should call it a hotel you should call it a motel

There were cracked tiles on the bathroom WALLS, holes in the blankets, a toilet that runs non stop all night and the sounds of others clearly audible from other rooms and the hallway. The location is very far from asunway station and it has no amenities to speak of. They advertise inside the lobby that they rent rooms by the hour.

The pictures online are very misleading and do not reflect what the hotel actually looks like. The rooms are extremely small, the shower pressure is weak, and both the hallways and rooms smell like smoke. They also don’t provide washcloths, which is a basic amenity. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room was dirty, and the pillows were old and uncomfortable. The vending machine was also not working during our stay. On top of that, when we were about to check out, we had to wait around 40 minutes because there was no one at the front desk. Overall, the amount we were charged was not worth the experience.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and felt completely neglected. Basic cleanliness was missing—unpleasant smells, stained linens, and fixtures that barely worked. The staff was unhelpful and indifferent, offering no real support when issues were raised. Amenities advertised online were either unavailable or in terrible condition. Overall, the hotel felt unsafe, unprofessional, and not at all worth the money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and booking literally anywhere else.

The employee at the checkin counter was having a full on conversation with someone on the phone and didn't communicate with us very well, it felt pretty disrespectful. The room smelled heavily of smoke and weed, I wish we knew this hotel allowed everyone to smoke inside. Awful permeated smell of smoke. We slept very poorly due to the smell as it kept waking us up. Unfortunate for sure.

We came at 5.30PM, we were told the room was ready and given a key (although just one key for 3 people was not ideal). When we got to the room the room was wide open, sheets were on the floor and the room hadn’t yet been cleaned. Thankfully the cleaners cleaned the room in around 15 minutes to a good standard, but the whole process was awful.

Well, my husband and I did not have any issues while we were staying at this hotel overnight and the room was clean. When I walked in, I felt like I was in a convenience store with the glass in between the worker and myself. They also have hourly rates posted at the check-in desk. And while we were checking in, I was staring at the sign, wondering who would need hourly rates at this hotel, and only one thing came to my mind.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Dirty, noisy, smelled SO badly of cigarettes and the front-desk service didn't show up for an hour so we were left to sit on the floor and wait for them. It was awful, and now they won't even help me with a refund for the nights we ended up not staying there. Absolutely insane.

It was the most affordable place in the area by far. It's in a good area. The room was very clean and in pretty good condition. There was free parking in back, with cameras (but still not really visible to the sidewalk or street, so I was a little nervous about it). Staff was very friendly. I was a little surprised to see posted hourly rates when I checked in. This is not the best place if you are noise sensitive. Doors opened loudly throughout the night, and the staff was cleaning a nearby room at 4am (again, hourly rate). It's also next to the highway, and there was a lot of noise from that.

The room was dirty (honey packs in the side table drawers, stains on the floors) the walls are super thin and you literally hear EVERYTHING in the hallways (elevator dinging, people talking, etc.) It’s definitely NOT family friendly either. I was only there for 2 nights and each night there were people screaming and moaning each time. And they also have “Short stay hours” on display on the front desk! It was not worth the price and I will never stay there again. Wish I could get my money back!!!

The room was rather nice: nothing very fancy but clean, confortable and had everything we needed! The location was nice and there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel (or else less than 20' walk to the metro, which was fine for us).

They have a late check-in which we really appreciated (we arrived at 2am).

Only negative points were that we were in the basement, so you don't really have an openable windown.
Also, there was quite a lot of noise: we could hear what happened in the corridors and it seemed we were next to the service areas, so we heard quite a lot in the night too...

Overall, price-quality was good for us!

My bestie and I stayed here for a weekend and honestly served it's purpose. It's 2 star hotel so not sure why anyone expects 4 star. I wouldn't stay there long term for sure for for a quick weekend it was nice. The location was close to metro. There was a lot of good food options down the block. Some people mentioned a lot of homeless but I didn't see anything crazy more then the normal new York vibe. We were two females and felt comfortable walking around the area. The front desk John was super helpful as well. Overall enjoyed the stay.

You get what you are asking for.. clean rooms, super comfy and big bed, all the right amenities. Nothing to fault here.. location wasn’t great.. you’re in between Williamsburg and downtown so just take that in mind. A lot of walking to the subways. Other than that, I enjoyed my 4 nights there.

This is a hotel that you can rent by the hour. The lobby has bulletproof glass and stinks of low budget chemicals that instantly made my allergies flare up. We walked into the room after checking in, could hardly breathe, and immediately walked out to see if we could cancel our stay. They were very inflexible and we wound up driving 4 hours home after going to an event we were attending that night.

It's about 17 minutes walk to the metro and five minutes walk to public bus. A little noisy because the location but really not bad at all. Location was nice. Found parking with no prpblem. I arrived 30 minutes early and front desk attendant told me the room was ready but I could not check in unless I paid a $25 early check in fee. So I did. TV had no sevice. Phone didnt work. Smoke detector was detached and hanging from ceiling. I reported all 3 but nothing was fixed. Spelread had rips and burn marks. Carpet had what looked like pooling water stain near bathroom. Water pressure was no good for taking a shower. They had no maid service to make beds, provide clean towels and clean room. I will NEVER stay here again.

Came here for a solo trip. Location is a little off the beaten path by train/subway, and maybe a little sketch, but it's easy by road. Price is great. Room was mostly fine, but furnishings were minimal and a little beat. There isn't much close by, so you'll be hoofing it at least ten minutes towards downtown Brooklyn for restaurants, potentially further for easy subway access. This place is directly under the BQE, so there's going to be traffic noise - I thought it was fine for being right next to the highway, but if you're sensitive to noise, this might be a tough stay.

For the price, this was more than fine; I'd stay again if needed. Keep your expectations in check.

I already sent a complaint to Expedia and expect a response soon. This is not advertised correctly. It is a scary place. My room was cleaned ONLY once for the 4 nights I stayed. I asked twice to clean and bever done. The windows are covered so you cant see out. AND rooms are not well lit. The Lobby has NO seating. Nothing. I paid 240.00 a night for what? Shame on you Expedia. I will only use Hotels Yonight.Better service and they care and resoond.
