Home away from home! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I look forward to coming back. The location is amazing. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was beautiful and very clean. I did not get a chance to eat at the restaurant. I did hear mixed reviews about the food that I’m not trying for myself. It’s a centrally located area and very easy to get to the subway station and or get an Uber or Lyft.

I love FiDi area so was happy to be staying in Seaport and having Fulton St station nearby.

Overall a great choice of hotel and would definitely consider again.

I stayed at 33 Hotel while visiting someone in the Financial District, and the location was perfect — extremely convenient and within walking distance of everything I needed.

Overall, the hotel was very comfortable. The room was very clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated.

That said, I do feel the hotel could improve the aesthetic of the guest rooms and hallways. A bit of updating or refinement would elevate the overall feel of the property.

Breakfast was included in my stay, but unlike many hotels that offer a broad menu selection, here the options were limited to just three items. Because of that, I chose not to have breakfast at the hotel during my stay.

I asked for a late checkout and was given one additional hour, which I appreciated.

Overall, a very good and comfortable stay — especially for its excellent Financial District location.

In the morning we found black debris all over our pillows and side table. The AC/Heat vent in the room must have not been cleaned and when the air came out it went all over. It was really disgusting and we are worried it went into our mouth, nose and face through the night. We also got a ticket being parked temp. in front of the hotel when we were checking out. $110 ticket .
Aside from these unfortunate events, the hotel service and staff were wonderful. Everyone from JR who is the evening manager to the bar staff and housekeeper were so kind, warm and inviting.

Although I did like this hotel, staff at front desk always very friendly and helpful, there were a few things the hotel could improve upon.
The towels were rough/hard on the skin (seemed old, used/washed too many times), highly recommend replacing. Carpet in room could use a refresh along with curtains (had coffee stains). My bed was very lumpy, maybe time to flip bed.

I loved the friendly,helpful,and attention given to my daughter ❤️ and myself,as both of us are disable.We were met at the door,of our car,with an umbrella by this wonderful,friendly person, Chris,who quickly got us out of the heavy down pour into the Hotel Lobby, my daugher's wheelchair was barely wet from the rain.Mr. Chris escorted us to our room,after Mr. Gray,Front Desk Staff Member, Checked us in at timely manner, He helped with getting my clarification from credit card company,as my credit card was denied,because they didn't know i was traveling,after speaking to the both of us,my company approved the transaction.I am so grateful to both these Gentleman, and because of them, i will come again to 33 Hotel !!! I also enjoyed the cleanliness, and Peacefullness of this Hotel

If you want the Brooklyn bridge view make sure to ask specifically, as the names of other terrace rooms are misleading. Wonderful location and having terrace options is fantastic. They need better service at the onsite restaurant.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I’d ask about construction before booking. My first bed had a large dip in the mattress so I had to change. The rates due at the hotel are confusing, charges are not consistent per each day. Don’t stay in a room close to the elevator, you can hear everything happening in the hallway.

My experience with the 33 Hotel was phenomenal! From the moment I stepped into the lobby my traveling companion and i were treated like royalty! My front desk agent J.R was so polite, handsome, helpful, professional, and generous! We had a slight hiccup with our credit card and he was so helpful and understanding. He allowed us to go to the private lounge area until we got our funds sorted out. Such a sweet gesture that really made our night after 7 hours of travel. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was very luxurious! Overall the room was kind of underwhelming for the amount of money we paid but the fact that it was very clean made up for it. If you stay at this hotel make sure you ask for J.R he is amazing, helpful, and very knowledgeable! He will make sure you receive royal treatment for the duration of your stay!

The room was clean and beautifully designed. There was only one thing that stops it from being an excellent. The resort stay included 40 some dollars toward dinner or breakfast, but when I went to the hotel restaurant at 7 PM to have dinner, the chef was on a break for 20 minutes. That’s kind of weird and I’ve never seen that in a New York hotel.

The bellman (I think named Chris) was amazing and so nice/helpful. That being said, the room was definitely not what I’d except for how expensive this was. The bed was one of the worst and most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I have a video of a bug in the sheets as well but I was so exhausted I didn’t feel like switching rooms and it flew away. The first morning all the lights came on by themselves at 7am and again at 10:15am so I was woken up. I did tell the front desk that. It was also so noisy. Not only with delivery trucks and outside noises but housekeeping every single morning was banging into walls and super loud too. They also show an outdoor space on their website and fail to mention the picture is a suite’s personal outdoor space. It’s completely false advertising. Overall it was over a thousand dollars for a place I wouldn’t stay at again.

The experience at this hotel was very disappointing and far from what was advertised. The photos on the website did not match reality. Our first room smelled strongly of weed, had a ceiling barely 2 meters high, and was practically windowless. When we asked to change rooms, we were shown two alternatives none of which matched the pictures online.
I requested an upgrade or at least some form of compensation, but was told there was nothing available. When I mentioned to the front desk manager that the rooms didn’t match the online photos, I was met with a dismissive attitude and told, “Well, this is what you signed up for.”
The new room we received had a gloomy, basement-like feeling the only small window was positioned so high up that all we could see were air conditioning units. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere, and even after reporting it, no one came to fix it. It also took 10–15 minutes to get any hot water.
The overall condition of the room was very poor: the walls were dirty and scratched, the furniture was worn, and we even found long black hairs on the bedsheets. The fridge wasn’t turned on, and when we asked about it, we were told it was “only for storage.”
Another misleading detail — there is no public rooftop terrace as shown in the photos. It is only accessible to guests staying in suites.

My family & I traveled to NYC for a few days & am so glad we stayed here. The location is amazing- walking distance to many attractions- and the neighborhood is very quaint & pretty quiet. The hotel itself was perfect. We had a decent view of the Brooklyn Bridge. The room itself was spotless. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The shower was one of my favorite things. Only quibbles is lack of minibar and lack of in hotel dining on Mondays and Tuesdays. Also, for safety, the stairs between the elevators desperately need railings. I nearly fell twice.

Having said that, this hotel offered the best service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Incredible staff. And the dining was exceptional. Lovely wine hour. It would be my first choice if I ever need to return to NYC.

Our most recent stay was excellent. Very pleasant staff. Great afternoon snack menu and drinks. Location to Pier 17 is superb.
Our room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is gorgeous. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and look forward to our next stay. Parking is a short block away and the hotel validates. Nice breakfast menu, avocado toast was delicious and the breakfast sandwich is also a good choice. The balcony view of the Brooklyn Bridge is special.

Filthy, filthy room. Not at all as represented. Chipped, crumbling dresser, filthy dresser handles, ripped and stained shower curtain, dirty night stands, ill-fitting door knobs, paint drippings. Staff and manager were nice and helpful. Had to check out early due to condition of room. Hotel manager made aware of problems and worked with us on a resolution and promised improvement.

our check-in was early due to the flight, but the hotel held our luggage until the room was ready. by 2:30 pm we got the text that it was and we headed back to get the key cards to room 605. the staff were excellent and very welcoming, including the bar staff while we had a great breakfast. the room was very comfortable with a furnished terrace looking at the brooklyn bridge and east river, bathroom was very clean with white marble and polished wood and a well appointed room with a desk and coffee maker.

Rooms was poorly cleaned, windows dirty even saw a bug in the room when I was checking out I was staying in room 306.
Staff at check in was excellent staff in breakfast area very bad got orders wrong several times made it feel like it was our fault never a I am sorry we got this wrong. etc.
Had continental breakfast included really poor if you don't like sugar for breakfast.
I suggest you change that to something better or just don't have it at all.

Great stay in NYC

We had a great time and service was great. They claim 5 stars status but I think that's a stretch. 4-4.5 yes, but not 5. No pool and gym is microscopic. Cannot fit more than 1-2 people. But the location is incredible and the restaurant is quite good. Service was awesome. They went above and beyond for my wife's birthday trip. Overall, this place is a gem. Would, and likely will, stay here again.

We ordered a room with a view of the Brooklyn Bridge and this was the view shown in our confirmation email. However the room allocated to us was round the corner of the building. The advertising on Expedia was deceptive and the principal reason for booking this hotel was the view. We feel cheated and nothing was done to correct this when we complained.

The free breakfast offering was disappointing. Only one drink of coffee or tea included. Not what we would expect of a high end hotel.

In summary, don’t go to this hotel if you want a view of Brooklyn Bridge.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is located near Pier 17 which is convenient and it is situated in an area that is relatively safe. There are so many restaurants and places to explore. It is also only about a 15 minute drive from Grand Central with plenty of ubers or taxis around to go from the hotel to another destination. Highly recommend!

great room with a nice terrace facing the square. bathroom is perfect, but needs glasses for drinking....room was nice size, bed very comfortable...coffee maker, no kettle and cups should be in the room...not paper cups (thats not luxury)...terrace was nice, but did find a couple of cigarette butts and bits of food on the astro turf.

josh at the bar was excellent and very friendly and personable...an asset to the hotel. and chris went above and beyond to make sure our luggage was safe in our room

food was very salty with some items (to me), but great breakfasts
